When I came into the store it was really clean and really nice the ladies that worked there are super awesome at what they do shout out to the pretty purple hair lady for assisting me with things I needed to have when I’m coloring my hair. Kudos to you! I’ll be back at this store every once in a while. You guys rock and I’d recommend this beauty store 💜. They are amazing and I love shopping at Sally’s I rate this store a 10 +++++. Very unnecessary and ignorant...when I cant shop in peace. I dont think I needed to be surrounded by two cashiers while I look for what I need.( You two were just at the registers screeching your Hellos) The fake rearranging game is old as well. I have no problem asking for help when I need it. More important, I have no problem paying. Very unnerving and disturbing.

Completly rude reps and i didnt get my five dollar coupon for signing the bigger lady w darker hair i had her before and she ripped me off on hair cream and she act like better then everyone i never go there again very bad customer service it not just in stores it the whole sally business i tried to purchase online twice so i didnt have to deal w reps and they canceled my order twice saying they couldnt process card but they took money off card both times and i havent had problems anywhere else i will fine shampoo somewhere else and i will put them on news for discrimination

Worst place ive been to i paid 5$ didnt get a card the ladies there just stand around talking and i didnt get my 5$ sara said she have to do manually and i come in and the girls didnt want to honor it and they were extremely rude never again will i go there
