We enjoy coming here for a lush bath time follow my youtube links for previous Boxing Day Videos. We also go to Polaris when we are available. Most of us have essential jobs so we hardly get to go so I opt for online ordering. Other than that truly enjoy this place! I absolutely adore Lush think its a fantastic brand I feel that their products are very transparent and you know exactly what youre getting. When I visited we were still in the midst of the end of old covid, the Fiasco with shipping and products being available so there werent a whole lot of products available to test and even to buy, but the staff was absolutely amazing. Just let us know what was going on that way we knew why the story was so empty which was awesome because I had no idea I didnt think about it. Im they let you know that you can sample but you will be getting your own personal little simple to take home. Which honestly I think is amazing because then you really truly get to try a product. Lush price point is moderate to high

Great place to buy quality soaps—, hand made, relax bath bombs, great costumer service, it’s really a good place, small but cozy. All natural, colorful smells superb— and the staff does show you how to use the soaps, and they do show you how to use the hand lotions, they have samples you can try on on site. In the winter my face is very dry, my hands . I need quality stuff to put on my face. Polaris mall great location and plenty stuff to do, you won’t be disappointed... I made special trip to this place just to smell the store, and there is Starbucks and #hollister the day is all good!!!!

Sky at easton was such a sweetheart!!!! he recommended me and my boyfriend an amazing soap and was so pleasant to be around! would definitely come back again!!!!

I really enjoy this Lush location. I was greeted as soon as the door opened and found everything (especially the new Valentines line) to be well stocked. Unlike mall locations with an open front, this store has doors so all the delectable smells build up inside. I had no trouble navigating the aisles browsing the selections of soaps, massage bars, lotions, and more. I will definitely be going back!

Overwhelming employee presence as soon as you walk in. There were 5 employees standing right in front of the door, it was militant-like. Instead of greeting me, they just stood there staring. They all stood in a line facing the door, which meant every employee had their back to me, so if I needed help (which thankfully I did not) it would be pretty hard to get any. They then resumed their chit-chat amongst themselves, and I made my way to the counter. The cashier had her back to the register (surprise, surprise) so I stood there patiently as to not disrupt whatever else she was doing. Took her roughly 5 mins to realize I was there... Will not be shopping at LUSH again.

Employees are always SO kind and SO helpful. They are carefully limiting capacity to ensure proper distancing and have a queue set up outside. LUSH is such a responsible company and I trust them for my bath products and to ensure a safe shopping experience!

I just went to browse in the store today, and had a wonderful experience! Eva did a great job explaining their protocol related to COVID-19. Jen was also super friendly. They helped me pick out a shower gel that is perfect for me. Overall there is a wonderful positive energy here. I would highly recommend giving this store a visit!

I have been struggling with depression really hard lately and self care is hard right now for me. I tried to change that today, but I honestly didn’t even have the spoons to pick out my favorite treats from this store. I grabbed a gift set and called it a day. At checkout the cashier was really sweet and added a gift to my purchase. This gesture seems small but it really meant a lot to me. I don’t know your name but you unknowingly made me experience appreciation, something I don’t feel often, and it was really touching. Thank you.

I went to this Lush for my birthday last week and it was so wonderful! The selection is great, and every employee I talked to was so friendly and helpful! One employee made small talk with me while she helped me try out some fresh face masks and gave me tips on what to do in the area to celebrate my birthday, which was so sweet. Then when I was checking out she cane up and gave me a free unicorn bubble bar for my birthday! Thanks so much to the staff for being sweet and helping to make my birthday a perfect day!

Best customer service!!! Whenever I enter the store Im instantly greeted with a smiling face. I can tell this Lush store takes pride in customer service. All employees Ive encountered are very knowledgeable on the products sold and the best part is getting the free samples. Im allergic to lavender and the employees go above and beyond to double check that the products Im interested in dont contain that ingredient and always are recommending new products for me to try out. I can be having the worst day, come into this shop, and leave relieved and fulfilled, and thats not even taking their products into consideration.Product-wise, I highly encourage people to shop here if theyre looking for quality body care products that are cruelty-free, vegetarian, ultra luxurious in content without breaking the bank. Ive been shopping at Lush for years because of everything Ive mentioned, and I will continue to make Lush my first stop in shopping for body care for the same reason.

Lush is such a wonderful company. The products are out of this world good. I have reversed so many skin issues by using their cleaners, moisturizers, toners, masks, etc. I have honestly never tried something from here that I did not like. Shampoo and conditioners are incredible as well as their hair masks. Bath bombs are such a treat. I could go on and on about the products. One of the best things that is offered here is the free samples, you can go in the store and not purchase anything and they will allow you to sample any product to make sure you like it before spending $. The prices are completely justified and all products are cruelty free! The sales associate provide customer service that you will not find anywhere. They will answer any questions you have, show you how to use products, and give great advice or suggestions. The new location is HUGE! I recommend Lush to everyone.

Neat place! It was my first time visiting. The customer service was great. All of the workers were very friendly and helpful. It was interesting and gun to try new items and see what I liked vs. What I dont like before a purchase.

I think my favorite product from Lush is their charity pot! The lotion is so creamy, smells amazing, and lasts forever. So much better than Bath and Body Works!

I LOVE LUSH!! But I will say that this time around I did not get greeted AT all. This may have been the rudest LUSH staff experience ever. There more than 5 staff standing together and although they looked over and saw me, continued to talk amongst themselves. There were two staff members that came from the back and immediately greeted me. Jordan helped the lost of all. She was what a LUSH experience should be like and has always been for me until today

I spent over $100 in this store and none of the bath bombs worked properly. After countless emails Lush dismissed the issue because I lost my receipt. I was pretty much told because I paid with cash, the loss was mines to take. I was able to give very detailed information on the transaction, never asked for a refund...only a replacement. Lush claims great customer service. Negative.

Cool new place at Easton. I tried the hand creams and soaps. Products are more organic and natural. I went to get a birthday gift for my niece. Excellant place to purchase a unique gift. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Omg, this store is SO GREAT!! The employees are phenomenal. They are helpful and nice and authentic. They arent pushy trying to get me to buy everything. They are also extremely knowledgeable. If you have a question about the products, which products are good for your skin type, anything, theyll help you out with a smile!! This store is also SOOOOO spacious! Especially compared to the cramped Polaris store. I havent gone back to Polaris since being at this one solely due to how spacious it is. I absolutely love Lush and the employees at this store make me love it even more!

So so. Always love Lush products. Store was out of stock and staff was a bit sarcastic about it. Would absolutely reccomend the products, but Id do my research so I could avoid staff assistance .

Staff is always helpful and good resource for alternative forms of moisturizers and lotions. Great smells and producta all around.

Lush has some nice products, and some (like the powdered deodorant) that dont work all that well. The creams and soaps and massage bars are nice. The employees are very helpful. I find the fragrance in the store pleasant at first, but somewhat overwhelming after a few minutes.

The staff are always warm and knowledgable, so much to the point that i end up spending far over my budget. But the products along with the companys mission make it dollars well spent.

I went in with no knowledge of Lush products and the consultant was so helpful! She answered all my questions and showed me around the shop and told me about everything (in her defense I was very curious) I went to shop for my mom and she asked questions about her to help find the best gift Im so glad I ventured into Lush because I do love natural Vegan products and this place is just amazing with a great staff. Now Ill be shopping not only for my mom but me too! Thank you!

I love Lush and their ethics. This store is one of the biggest in North America. I used to work at this mall and spent hours here. The staff are really great people and will make sure you know your options on what to buy.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful lush can be a little overwhelming especially for one this size but its my favorite location. Just wish Easton had more accessible parking options.

LUSH does customer service right in general, but Im constantly surprised by how friendly the folks at this location are. Theyre the most helpful and nice people working retail in Easton, by far.

Honestly I love Lush, and the employees are by far the best of any store I’ve been to. I love that this location moved to a significantly large space, and by extension made it easier to move around the store and spend time browsing.

A bit expensive but all their products are really nice. I love their pumice stone type soaps, they work wonders on feet and other dry skin areas.My wife and kids live the bath bombs and other products

OMG I love Lush so much. Their products are vegan and cruelty free, the company donates to charity, I have never met a rude employee, they do demos of products for you, and it smells amazing. Yes, they are a chain, but ome actually worth supporting. Plus, the staff at the Easton location are all super friendly and knowledgable. I legit go there just to hang out sometimes, but I do have a hard time leaving without buying anything simply because the product in question is so freaking amazing!!

Clearly labled ingredients that you cab pronounce, knowledgable staff, environmentally reaponsible - whats not to love? My wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease and as she cut gluten out of her diet her sensitivity to traces of gluten shot through the roof. What caught het most off guard us how many manufacturers sneak it into cosmetics and toiletries. Lush has become a safe haven for shampoos, face masks, lotions, and scents that she can use without fear of being glutened.

Love Lush. Every time I go in Im like a kid in a candy store. Great products that work, and great ingredients. Try anything!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I was in the store in the evening on 9-7 with a friend. The sales person only said hello and spoke with my friend. Asked my friend her name and not me, did demonstrations on my friend but not me. I was essentially invisible to the sales person. I will not go back.

I had THE BEST experience EVER at lush today!!!! Not only have they expanded, which is great, but the employees I encountered were fantastic (: Lucas helped me find the perfect deodorant Teo. Lucas was so friendly and uber knowledgable and then Rae helped me find a cool item called Scrubee. I am SO HAPPY with both my purchases!!! Thank you Lucas and Rae!!
