3 stars for lack of excellent Customer service. I patronize this store to Support black owned business. When the man is there, he catered to every person that walked in that door, he made sure you was helped even if you didnt ask for it. They have an additional lady now that have been in there since the move, and although they do speak when you enter, they talked to each other instead of making sure that I didnt need any help. I had to listen to their whole loud conversation which includes vulgar language for my entire 20-30 minute shopping experience. I should not be subject to your conversation, its not my business but they didnt care to stop while customers are shopping nor did they attempt to come and assist with hair. This is now a new norm in the NEW store, I never heard language like that before the move when the man was there. Other than that my last few times, the old store had everything and the new building is huge with so much more to offer. Please do better
