Completely floored their hours of operation are just till 8pm during the week. No consideration for those who work a little later & can’t get there.

I am disappointed with my experience at this location. I came in to print 22 pages of card stock 10 point gloss paper for $25.66, however when I got home & started trimming them, they were not all the same type of papers. Some pages were thinner than others nor were they all glossy type. Gave them a call about it but the guy who answered my call (didn’t get his name) was rude so I went back to get a refund instead of reprint but David charged me $25.66 again instead of a refund. I would have never noticed this if I didn’t get a notification that I overdraft $25.66. Because He asked for my ID & scanned it as well, I assumed I got a refund & insert my card without additional questions. I don’t understand why did he charged me again if he scanned my ID. Be aware when you are getting a refund. On my receipt neither on the order page that the lady printed for me to pay upfront didn’t state exactly what type of paper & how many pages were I charged for.

Customer service sucks lines are long not mention 25.00 to set up a label template!!!! Seriously

Terrible customer service from the employees who work here. I was going to buy a printer here, but due to the terrible customer from your employees I decided to go to Best Buy.

Just wanted to give a Shout out to Morganne in the print/copy, customer service area. After having an issue with a print job submitted by another associate I returned to Office Max/Office Depot with apprehension on resolution of the error.Morganne reviewed the problem,made needed corrections and presented me with a proof for my approval.After making other adjustments to the order it was re-submitted to the vendor.In addition I was offered a few in house printed cards inorder to distribute contact information until my order was delivered to my residence...cards arrived as promised and fully met my expectations and the expectations of our organization.Morganne took the extra steps necessary in order to do it right..Thank you again.

I came in the Office Depot to buy a laptop. I asked if I could see the laptops, so that I could make the right decision. I was told I couldnt see or touch any laptops because of covid. I guess they havent heard of lysol or clorax wipes. I left and went to Best Buy.

Tried to force me to wear a mask. If yours work, why are you trying to force me? You know who doesnt require a face mask? Amazon.com, and they are about half price from this place

Brian and Serena were great. They assisted me with Dell Dual monitors. They took the time to call the store in Warner Robbins Ga. I went to pick up the same day. Also the young lady who worked yesterday and made copies for me was great .Both stores had excellent employees as always. Thx

I wish I can give no star at all. This is the worst place to buy a computer or a laptop. They have the most terrible laptop and computer you can imagine. I bought some from them and within couple of weeks, they develop microphone issues which they will not fix but rather told me to go contact the manufacturer. Dont fall a victim guys, beware of this office. They got my $800 without giving me a satisfaction on the product I bought from them.I barely use this laptop.The major reason I bought it, is to join a zoom meeting ones in a week.Oh! I almost forgot, they called three cops on me to send me out of their office.They said Im an intruder on their private property (office depot in columbus georgia).This happened in their columbus georgia office on the 11/14/2020The laptop is question is not up to five months.This is my first brand new computer system, and the office I choose to get it from is office depot in columbus georgia, and they gave me the worse experience I can never imagine.Beware everyone. They dont deserve your hard earned money.I just felt I should let you all know.Beware!!

HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Jaysus, 20 mins in line to print something. One employee working the print and ship area. This store is usually busy and needs more employees. And yeah, masks are useless.

Without warning, my laser jet printer decided to fly west today. This put me in a bit of a predicament since my business depends upon having that printer and we were not budgeted to replace it yet. Fortunately, David W was available to help me out this Saturday evening. He went above and beyond to ensure that I made the correct choice to meet my needs and budgeting constraints. My parents Bishop Will and Pastor Emma Willis had their 50th wedding anniversary needed a picture printed to go on a cake. Erica in the print Department took such good care of me. What wonderful customer service! Make sure she takes care of you. I was at the office Depot in Columbus GA.

Self service area great option for those that know how to use the fax and copy machines. Staff always pleasant and are wearing masks and gloves at the location I went to.

Friendly service and they were somewhat knowledgeable about the scanner we were shopping for. I would have gave them 5 stars but I had to search out the CSR to be able to ask them if they had the scanner. Overall a lot better experience than we have anytime we shop at Staples.

I wish I could give them no stars! Let me start off by saying when I went to the area that has the markers a lady came right over to help me. Kudos to her for greeting and helping me. When I went to the printing area I wasn’t greeted and things went downhill. I went to Office Max printing area to use the computer so I could print five pictures for my son project. Before I touched the computer the lady at the printing area stated the first five minutes is free then after it’s $1.25 per minute. I was shocked because that has never happened before, but at that time I didn’t say anything because I felt I’ll be done in five minutes if not before. I had already previously emailed the pictures to my personal email. I asked the lady at the printing area to assist me because I was having problems printing. This lady clearly need some more training because she had to figure out how to print it and she was on the computer longer than I was. I got four pictures in color and three of them were blurry. I mentioned that to the lady at the printing area and she told me she couldn’t help that. When she gave me my total she charged me for computer time and said I was on the computer for nine minutes. I asked for her manager. When the manager came over I explained what happened, I asked the manager to run the tape back, and she’ll see her employee was on the computer as much as I was so why am I getting charge? I told the manager the employee works at the printing area so she suppose to know her job right? The manager took up for the employee and said the employees are just like a mechanic you have to pay the mechanic. I said the mechanic know how to do their job too. The manager took of the computer charge, but I don’t see myself going back there after years of shopping there. That employee need some more training on how to do her job, she need some customer service training, she’s not welcoming at all, and she’s rude. She was the only one there and she made me feel like she didn’t want to be bothered. That’s not good business. I don’t know how the manager became a manager to be honest. She didn’t make the situation better and clearly she didn’t care about providing good customer service. The manager need some more management training, some customer service training, and she need to learn to listen to the customers. I called the customer service line to complain about my experience and I requested a call back so I could fully explain what happen, but that hasn’t happened yet. This tells me when you complain on Office Max nothing gets done it’s no consequences for providing bad customer service there. When I called the customer service line I asked them do they have a five minutes rule on the computers and she stated she was not aware of that. The customer service representative offered me a $20 gift card for the bad customer service I received and after waiting a few minutes she stated she didn’t see the option to send out a gift card. This company doesn’t care about their customers and they don’t keep their word. I didn’t call for a gift card I called to make them aware of the bad customer service I received.

I received the worst customer service today at 12:32pm. The lady working the register by the print service was extremely unprofessional. They could not find my order, and then asked for the number I gave when submitting the online order. They could not find it in their system either. She spoke to me as if I was dumb, and tried to act like I didn’t even place the order. When in fact, she was lazy and couldn’t find the order. Once they found the order, it had the exact name and number as I gave to them. They were the ones who failed to put it in their system. I will never be shopping or using their print services again.

Went in for a phone charging cord. Was told which one by an employee and purchased it. Got it home and went to charge my phone. Low and behold, it doesnt fit. Now have to drive back to return it.

Under heavy inside construction. Vigilant floor clerks. I was able to look around without being hassled. Somewhat knowledgeable personnel mostly eager to make a sale.

I ordered a printer in store to be delivered to my house since they didn’t have it in stock. Two days passed their promised delivery date I call to check where the heck my printer is they tell me that they have no control over the delivery date 😳 if you can’t deliver within promised date then why the F would you give a delivery date at all??? If you can’t deliver in time, give me a date that you actually CAN. So I plan accordingly. On top of that when you call to get update, they’re no F...ing help either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I must have looked lost but someone asked me if I needed help which I did. She helped me locate my items and when I had additional questions she was able to assist me. I found this hidden gem and for $5, totally worth it!

Poor print service. I spent 2 hrs there but came home with nothing. I know it is busy season but I dont get it why they were assisting people who came later than me. All i did today was just waiting and waiting.

Office Depot is pushing mandatory mask. Brian Kemp has already stated mask in Georgia are non essential. Any business pushing mandatory mask goes against our constitutional freedoms. I was also treated with poor customer service.

They recently redid this store, and it is nicely organized and there were lots of staff on hand to answer any questions and help in general.

So I went to Office Depot the other day with my mom who is a teacher to use their laminator. My Mom is a teacher and the laminator at her school was unplugged and in the hallway while the custodians waxed the floor. The trip to office depot was horrible the man at the printer and copier section of the store moved at a snails pace. They miss labeled merchandise so an older lesbian couple had to put back some of their would be purchases. Their lamination prices were highway robbery two dollars a square feet. So whenever we got done laminating what we came to laminate it was over twenty dollars. I will not to returning. Oh and by the way I looked at their backpack selection while I was there they had several brands. Jansport, Nike, Puma, and Columbia but the color choices for boys were this blue, gray or black. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere.

Its usually not crowded and they have great service; however, it usually takes forever to check out.

I returned an item to the this location and I had difficulty trying to return my money back. The Customer service manager tried stated the store could not give cash back but the rule of thumb is when a debit card is used the its the same as cash but she thought I was going to leave so she could either keep my money or give it to another person. They always try to get over on customers by asking them personal questions regarding purchase so they can think of some plot to steal money but thats how people operate today. Freaking crooks.

The lady asked the man working there to please assist me. He looked right at me as if to be discusted and said he had other work to do. Im not a racist. I treat everybody the same. I am a different race that they are. I had a feeling it was reverse descrimination. I will never return to this location. I will inform everyone I know about this

Their online service suck. Bad customer service and dont follow up on custom orders. I Order in the store two weeks ago and supposed to have my order deliver a week later they gave me the run around and still dont have my order. They told me that my order will be at my houses on5th shows up tried calling them throughout the week and I kept seeing this and will be at my house on Friday but no one showed up poor customer service
