I think since the new owner took over the store, things has been changed for better management of the store. The past owner and the new owner are like a night and day.The guy and his wife are the nicest and friendly people Ive ever met. Definitely need to give them a chance.

Horrible people here. Price gouging and taking advantage of everyone. We need rid of places like this in our community. They arent here to help, they only want to suck us dry.

I went in there a few days ago and bought some headphones. The old man at the counter said would you like your receipt and I said yes in case the headphones dont work and he gave me the receipt. When I got home and tried them, they didnt work.Sound went in and out on one side and if you moved around too much the sound would go out completely. Today I went to return them (with receipt in hand) and the same man that sold them to me refused to give me a refund because they were already in my ears. How the hell can you know if headphones work right without putting them in your ears?And if they are broke, who cares if they were in my ears they can not be resold (unless he has magical elves in the back that can fix them) I even said remember a few days ago I asked for the receipt in case they dont wor- he cut me off and said You can ask for a receipt but you cant return them . I told him there needs to be a sign or something that says no refunds. All that so he can rip people off and save or collect 8 bucks. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from there unless they are snack or drink items. He went from being really friendly to being rude just because I told him they didnt work.Then he had the BALLS to try to give them back to me,I refused and said I didnt want them. They dont work. I am not stopping in there again. I am in the area a lot now so he lost a customer that could have been frequent.

DO NOT rent U-haul from them. They will try to rip you off.I had refuel the u haul and the guy accuse me of not refueling. He even charge me 11$ for the fuel.My friend experience this exact situation but he had prove as he took picture of the fuel gauge before driving it.

Rent a UHaul from here and had a horrible experience.First of all, the truck that was given to us had a mechanical problem with the passenger door. My friend had to sit at the passenger seat to hold tight the door because it wont shut properlySecondly, we returned the truck with refueling the gas to where it was, but still got charged $8 for gas.Must avoid at all cost!
