Scam artists. Got a pack of Marlboro 27 for $9.18 including tax. Paid with a $20 and tried to give me $8.82 for my change. Do not trust this retailer at all.

Expried merchandise. No price tags anywhere. Price mark ups are outrageous. Clerk doesnt know price. Store hours very so constantly. I dont leave bad reviews often but the lack of general respect for your business is alarming. Definitely a stote that takes advantage of its location. Anywhere else in columbus and they wouldnt be in business

They sold me expired gum. Who does that? You can literally see the coating of the gum coming off and disintegrating. Too over priced. Dont do it!

Its astonishing to have Nelsons Convenience Store around the turn.I have been an unafraid customer to Nelsons Convenience Store and store is the best clearly. Its much in a general sense inadequately delineated to a comfort store, by it is humbler. By chance, all scarcely obvious detail that I require are here. The sustenance, stock, drinks and explicit stuffs, I can get it here.I other than like how the owner manages the store. He was enormous hearted and satisfying. He is incredibly garrulous yet it offers of me. He a fragment of the time give me controls on a couple of things. For those reason, Im giving 5 stars. Keep it up!

They are way over priced, I get you are paying for convenience. But they are very rude!! I used the ATM there and the next morning, $800 was taken from my account, and tried 4 more times that day. Guessing it had a skimmer. Only place I used my card. Will never go back in there!

Cashiers are very nice, the selection is very basic gas station-esk, but buyer beware some of the stuff is expired. I went in to grab some juice and an entire row of juice was expired by 2 months. For the area and price youd think the products would be better maintained and rotated out.

Stayed in the hotel for a few days, decided to stop in the store for a tobacco product and a small bag of roasted nuts. I pull out my ID upon request and woman behind the counter was in a bad mood for sure. After handing her my ID (Im 23 years old) she proceeds to tell me with an bitter attitude that you have to be 21 in Ohio to buy tobacco now as of today, 6/23/17. I chuckled a bit and informed the bitter woman that Im 23. She re checked my Id and got the product front the shelf ($4.99 which is expensive in comparison, but hey its a hotel convince store) then I grabbed the roasted cashews as they were advertised for a dollar and some change. The woman rings up the purchase and the total was over $10.00. I informed her thats not right and she assured me that the tobacco product and nuts were more than $10. I do the math for her and she changed the price to now $6 and some change. I thought that was still a little high so I questioned the price of the tobbaco where the item is normally $3.89 after tax. She proceeded to tell me that this aint your local grocery store honey as she smerks and swipes my card. I grabbed my purchase and left before my temper took over. I open the bag of roasted cashews and they are just plain nuts that were only warmed in a micro counter warmer. I Will not be doing business with this store in the future due to the employees they retain and the false advertised products they sell. The company also needs to make sure shes not taking advantage of the many busy guest that are normally there on business by overcharging the guests and pocketing money (theft). Always be aware of the price of the items you are purchasing here and double check the total.

Brand new convenience store with very friendly cashiers. Not a gigantic selection but should have what you need.

A much welcome and sorely needed addition to the Arena District, has all the basic go-to things you would expect but could never easily get before.
