I bought a box of beer, and later I found most of them are already expired. I got back to them, and they claimed that it is the state law that they can not give me a refund or replacement. They had nothing they can do. I don’t quite believe the “state law” works this way. It makes no sense to make consumers take responsibility of the store’s fault. I will never go there again. Very unsatisfied.

This place is amazing. Found beers I’ve never heard of and beers not found in DC or Virginia. You could spend all day browsing and spend your latest paycheck.

One of THE best beer selections to be found in all of Columbus. All of the most obscure craft beers can be found here. If you are a beer aficionado, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

Id give it 6 stars if I could. For a little neighborhood store that has a comically over sized sign with BEER ZONE emblazoned over a football field, you would think its no different than a gas station, but the beer selection is out of this world. I dont know what kind of connections the owner has, but they somehow get all sorts of variety here.

Looks like any other corner store from the outside, but inside is full of great beer selections. Some hard to find, obscure craft stuff also. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

A real gem in our neighborhood its been here since before I was a teenager. Great place for snacks or just about any malt beverage youd ever want to try with a pizza shop next door. Friendly staff.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in Ohio when as far as customer services. If you’re a person of color and/or love to end the violence of discrimination I’d recommend NEVER to shop here. I was racially discriminated against called everything under the book BUT a child of God, thankfully outside authorities were able to review my recorded voice memos and intervene (the police were called). I’ve tried several times to make a formal complaint, the cashier with glasses impersonated herself as “the owner”. I was just pre-law recent grad of The Ohio State University denied services because (and this literally what she said) “I can deny services to whom every I want to”. It’s a disgrace how people conduct themselves.

Awesome selection of beers and wine, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! My husband and I absolutely love going to KRM.We also leased a UHaul truck from KRM when we moved. The process was simple, cheap, and easy.
