They got mad at some teenagers for selling CDs in front of their store. But I think the American teens should have more the right then foreigners.

This store will sale you tickets but not cash them they will make you get more tickets or go somewhere else even if you purchased them in their store. Please go somewhere else they are a joke and scam they only want to cash $10-$30 tickets. I have notified GA lottery of their scam.
