I’ve been going to Vision Professionals for more than 10 years. My kids and I have seen various doctors there over the years and have always been happy with our experience. The doctors and staff are professional, punctual, friendly, explain what they are doing, etc.. I personally see Dr. Smiley and he is really good at brainstorming options to balance/maximize correcting my near-sightedness while minimizing my need for reading glasses as I get older while also understanding my desire for a monthly contact lens. The team at Vision Professionals Worthington Hills branch took WONDERFUL care of me, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of vision care. Dr. Rock and the vision care associates, Shawn and Kyle, treated me like family rather than just a patient. I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my vision recently. I have progressive myopia, and in April, I started frequently seeing double after reading or doing computer work. It got so bad, I couldn’t even glance at my speedometer while driving. Needless to say I needed help. Dr. Rock and her assistants, Shawn and Kyle, ran multiple tests, and Dr. Rock identified the issue, and set me up with new reading glasses for up close work in addition to new distance glasses to reduce the stress on my eyes. I can’t wear bifocals due to balance issues caused by an autoimmune disease, so they decided on the two pair workaround. It was as easy as that. Kyle was friendly and easy to talk to. He put me at my ease, and we talked about everything from living with a disability to cartoons while he ran my tests and later as I tried on glasses. By the time I was through with my exam, Shawn was ready to show me frames that would work well with my prescription while looking great at the same time. He went above and beyond, going so far as to order our favorite frame in 3 different colors and sizes so I got the right fit as well as my favorite look. He has great taste, and I love the frames we picked out together! He is a treasure. Overall, the Vision Professionals team turned a scary vision event into a pleasant experience. I’d give them 100 stars if I could.

The staff and doctors here were great with my 5 year old! I was able to schedule within a week. My daughter really liked Dr. Rock and Jennifer was friendly and professional. We were waiting for less than 10 minutes, and the whole exam took under an hour. Sean helped us pick out the perfect glasses. I came here for an eye exam and new frames since they are a Costa vender. All of the employees were kind and professional. I would like to give Sean an extra shout out for helping me get the frames I wanted. Apparently there was an issue with the SKUs on the manufacturers website and they kept sending the wrong frames to Vision Professionals. Sean stayed persistent to ensure I received the correct frames instead of giving up. I am very appreciative of that. Would recommend this place to everyone.

It was a great experience. Every person I can in contact with were awesome! One thing I wish I had know was that some of the tests I had to pay a co pay for and I didnt know until it was already done one of those was 128 dollars. Had I known that I may have declined it do to how expensive it was. But overall they were wonderful and I will recommend them to everyone!

I found Vision Professionals to be an excellent eye care clinic. The exam revealed a problem with my macula and I am very glad to know I need to monitor the condition. Dr. Menner is an exceptionally good doctor of optometry. Her diagnosis of my macula was spot on and she saw to it that I was seen promptly by a specialist.
