My family have gone to Levitan for over 10 years. In. my 50 plus years of eye care, they are by far the best in customer service, care, and value I have ever experienced.

A complete crook and scam artist. This is my second time several years apart going to them. Same thing happened both times and shouldnt have given them a second chance. I was literally in the chair for less than 2 minutes for my complete eye exam, his measurements were way off of course (my script has pretty much remained the same over 10 years). I called my health insurance and told them what he is doing. DONT GO HERE, YOUR EYES ARE IMPORTANT

Horrible had a appointment at 1 get there at 1:06 for them to tell me the doctor had left apparently he had a 1oclock appointment his self not to mention they called me to reschedule thursday because he had an appointment that day as well staff is stupid couldnt even answer my questions wint be coming back to them ever.

Nice staff and they will get you in quick. What I dont like is that you dont get a full eye detail exam total exam last between 5-10 minutes this place pass out glasses to everyone I think just to collect money from the insurance company.

Would give zero stars if i could. my second time coming here- that was my mistake. they rescheduled me two different times because “the dr was out of town for an emergency”. my husband saw him at the golf course the day my appointment was supposed to be. staff on the phone is rude and dismissive. it took three months to get my husbands glasses and i was told at least five times a different day of when to expect them in. DO NOT GO HERE

I go in on a Friday and paid cash for contacts was told it would only be a few day’s till they get in. So far I’ve been told 3 other dates for the to come in and it’s been 3 weeks so far still waiting on them. The Dr. was great staff not very friendly.

I have been going there for years, they have always been awesome! I always recommend Dr. Levitin. We moved across town but they are worth the drive..

Love this office . I was literally only there for 10 minutes! It’s clean, staff is friendly . They take me back as soon as I get there, no complaints at all.

Horrible experience staff very rude when trying to obtain information. Staff not very informative when trying to schedule and not willing to work with clients. No solutions for problems just excuses and yelling from staff even office manager stated the doctor will not speak with patients regarding issues. Do not go here appointments are very quick but both times Ive ordered contacts i had to get new ones because they were the wrong prescription terrible service!!!!!!!!!
