I must share that I have been coming here for years now, and one thing that makes my whole experience is Mrs. Ally! The Doctor are amazing as well, but Mrs. Ally really makes the experience unique, she brings such a unique element, it’s like having a good friend, caring and taking care of you! She is so knowledgeable and professional at the same time!!

I had an amazing experience here. Penny was helpful with helping me pick out the right frames, she was so fun and energetic. Definitely would recommend!

This Is The Beat Eye Doctor I Have Ever Been Too. Dr. V Is Outstanding, She Is Patient Kind Takes Very Good Care Of Her Patients And She Finds What’s Wrong And Does What Needed To Care For You. She Is Not Like Other Eye Doctors That Rush Your Exam, She Checks The Health Of The Eyes As We’ll As The Vision. The Staff Is Wonderful. I have been a patient for about 15 years. I love this office!!! Matt, Allie, and Dr. Hickey just make for a great experience! I have never had a bad experience at this office. Dr. Michelle set up a great office of people. My husband had his first eye appointment in over 20 years. The staff made him feel comfortable and he cant stop raving about his experience. The service here is impeccable! I never have to wait long for an appointment and when I walk in everyone makes me feel like I’ve been a customer for years! Also, I was having an issue with my work screen and proper distance for my prescription but they put me in a pair based on the distance I sit from my screen and I promise it changed my work life. Luv it here!!

My husband and I have worn glasses our whole life, so imagine our surprise when during my husband’s annual exam this company saw things that other offices ignored. They ended up alerting us to a serious eye condition my husband had been suffering from for years. I pray this company stays around because they have a customer for life with us. Very friendly and professional. Quick service, left with contacts the same day, and glasses were ready for pickup within a week. Had a hard time deciding on glasses so the tech had me keep my eyes closed to decide on fit between the pairs. Made the decision process much easier. I have been wearing glasses or contacts my entire life, I’ve always gone to national eye care optometrist and stores. Got me in as a new client so fast (literally same day which was not my expectation). The doctor was thorough and I never felt rushed, but my favorite part was picking out my glass with the optician. I cannot remember her name for the life of me right now which is so upsetting because she deserves this review the most. She was sooo helpful picking out my glasses, you can tell shes been doing it for years because she only needed to see me pick out one or two to know what I like glasses wise. She even picked a few I wouldve never thought Id like and they were adorable! Then when I came to pick them up that same week, she was quick to call me back and she was so excited! Like you could tell she was smiling so big and she was giddy. That makes the experience so much more fun when someone is just as excited as you to help fit your glasses. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this eye doctor office!!! They really are professional and the most flexible eye doctor office in Columbus!!! I been going to them for over 20 yrs and they have never changed! When no one takes you they will!!! I love the fact that they are super flexible!!! I was over 30mins late to my appointment and they made me feel good and that I was ok! And they took excellent care of me and my daughter! other doctor offices make you feel horrible when youre late but not them! All the ladies there are super nice and friendly! I would give them a million stars if I could! Ohh your glasses from them will make you think you have 2020 vision again! Super clear lenses!

The eyecare for you on refugee and noe Bixby is amazing. My doctor, Dr. Hickey, is kind, patient, and very informative. He listens to your concerns and always answer questions and happy to do so. He shows empathy/apathy...very important in the medical field.

I am currently waiting on my eyeglasses to come after a month of waiting and as I write this review Im still waiting I scheduled a appt for my 2 yr old but cancelled due to the lack of communication about my glasses. 1st and last visit and I am definitely never gonna refer anyone

The time was supposed to be a half hour visit and I waited over an hour to see a eye doctor what the hell are they doing around here

Dr V has the most thorough comprehensive service for children. She sees adults as well but has cared for my 3 children for several years. My son has a very abnormal muscular disorder and Dr. V took the time to consult with colleagues and attend seminars to be more familiar for my sons sake. I am so thankful for her care and service. He has improved greatly and I am thankful for Dr V and her team.

Very good. I drive over an hour to get her. Dr. V was the one to find an abnormality in my eyes and get me an appointment with a retina specialist.

Love the doctors and their quality of all my eye care needs. Frames and lenses are AWESOME!

It was a fews ago I visited this location and at the time loved the experience. I also referred several people to this location. I called today to get my prescription b/c my glasses have scratches and it makes driving at night very difficult. The person on the other end of the phone (Allison/???) was very polite at first, I asked for my pupil distance was placed on a hold, after they came back to the phone, I was told I would need to pay them more money ($15) to get this information. Didnt I already pay you once for this information? Why would you hold it from me? Makes no sense!!!! Would not recommend unless you plan on getting glasses/contacts and never have to call back.
