The staff was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! Best experience ever with getting an eye exam and glasses and Ive been doing this for a long time! The people there were extremely helpful and quite literally made me feel that I was more than just a customer! I will definitely be recommending this establishment to anyone in need of glasses or an eye exam!

I will start off by saying that the staff and doctor at this business seems to be decent, but theres another issue to be aware of. The eye exam I received here was a terrible experience for me. Not only did they make a mistake and I had to wait to receive my glasses, but there was an issue with them as well! I paid for glasses here which didnt work out for me because of faulty lens. To make things worse, the lady sprayed something on then before i put them on and it irritated my eyes a bit. I would suggest to anyone to please purchase your glasses online if you are hip to it because its cheaper and you will have the whole package. They will overcharge you at this office. Most people wouldnt know how to order glasses online and thats why they feel as if they have no choice but to purchase them in the office. I should have known better and now I am stuck with defective glasses!

I have been going here for many years! The staff is very helpful and professional. Taylor has helped me and my sons several times in the past few months and is very kind and professional. So thankful to have such helpful people when we all suffer from bad vision!

I have gone to this Eye Clinic the entire 10 years Ive lived in Columbus, Ga and my daughters and I have always been treated nicely. The young lady who fitted my daughters glasses today was exceptionally rude and condescending to my 14 year old daughter. My family and I will take our money and business elsewhere.

I want to thank all of the staff, specifically Jordan and Rusty, for their patience with me. I had an old pair of glasses that needed to be replaced, but I did not like any of the frames I was seeing at any of the other optical shops in town (and trust me, I visited them all....every single one on Google). I wanted something very similar to what I already had. This business was the only one in town that sold the same brand of frame that I already owned. They even went so far as to look up what I currently had to find me an exact match (and there was only 1 available). I was so happy that I went back and purchased 2 more pairs of glasses from them in the same brand. You cannot get that same kind of service anywhere else. Any future purchases and service will be with Dr. Heath and his staff. I have also had several eye exams in years past with Dr. Heath and have been very pleased with his bedside manner. This is an excellent run family business. They are always busy for a reason, because they are doing the right thing! Thank You guys!

I am new to the area And finding new physicians is usually a little bumpy. This was not at all the case with Dr. Heath and his staff at Eyeware Unlimited. They were friendly, professional, compassionate and understanding. They took the time to really listen to my needs and my new contacts are Great!!! Thank You All.

Right after the Covid hit my Son broke his frame on his glasses. The original eye place we was going to had closed and wasnt opening back up for awhile. we was referred here from a friend, & the staff was amazing! they got him right him, did a eye exam on him, & had him pick out a new pair. they had his glasses ready within two hours. took NO time at all. we have been going here ever since then. love the whole entire staff. They made my 5 year old son, & myself feel very welcomed. they also have AMAZING prices.

First time there did the walk in option with minimal wait time. Excellent eye exam, esp. if you have limited funds. Have continued to only go to this establishment. Reasonable prices, easy to deal with and after first time, we did make appt. Got right in at our appointment time so didnt have to wait for walk in customers. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! My insurance wouldn’t cover another eye exam until January and i really needed one. The price at this place is amazing. The customer service is exceptional and the doctor actually tries to make a connection with his patients. I got my glasses an hour after doing my eye exam and they’re perfect!!! Will come back here every time.

I called this company today (11/19/2020) at 10:30 am to get an Eye exam for my DOT Physical per my Doctor request and was told the fee was 25.00 for an eye exam? I restated it was for a DOT physical again and again I was quoted 25.00 dollars and set up an appointment for 14:30 11/19/2020! Upon arrival while filling out the new patient intake form I noticed it stated 25.00 for an eye exam and 50.00 for a DMV eye test? Upon letting the receptionist know I called before setting the appointment and was told it was 25.00 after explaining that it was for DOT Physical she became rude and insulting stating they arent broken hearted over me deciding not to get the eye exam! Its my fault I have Humana Platinum health care plan and could of waited until Friday 11/20/2020 at 15:00 with no co pay and got it done at Eye Glass World but it would mean waiting to get the results back to the DOT Physician on Monday 11/23/2020 !Thinking I could get it done and in by Friday seemed reasonable even if I had to pay it was ok with me! but to be given incorrect information on payment and when bringing that to this establishment attention to be insulted an belittled was a bridge to far! As a marine and a proud American Its make me wonder if the President isnt right when he called us suckers and loser, We were willing to die and kill to protect American business like this and citizens who work for them that treat other citizens and customers like this! I wonder at times exactly what were protecting and is it even worth protecting and fighting for America any more if this is the best we are as a people an a nation!

Best experience I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. The doctor immediately answered & confirmed some questions/“thoughts” about a problem I had with a previous contact prescription I got somewhere else. Doctor was very informative and told me a few things I’ve never been told after years of going to eye doctors.Very laid back and very easy. It was hands down the easiest eye exam experience I have ever had. I’ve had some bad experiences... stuff like being charged for extra tests, improper fit leading to a blood vessel rumpturing and being charged for an ER visit to get it looked at.This place is privately owned and laid back. No doctors running around in lab coats trying to look like they are on a drama hospital show.Give this place a visit.

Very friendly staff! The doctor was very friendly and we had a conversation as he performed my eye exam. He gave me all the information I needed upfront. Just FYI, they dont accept insurance and dont have a huge selection but they seem affordable and still have nice frames to choose from. I am very pleased with how quickly and smoothly my appointment went. I left another appointment to come here and the friendly man who answered my call fit me right in the schedule.

I love this place. Everybody here is so sweet and helpful. I l been coming here since I was in middle school and I am now in my late 40s. Dr. Heath is my favorite doctor that I love to see. I always get my eyeglasses in a hour or less and they are always a perfect fit. Thank you so much.

25 dollar exam end up being 74 dollar 47 for some glass that pointless and useless due to I didnt get glur proof lens for additional 35 dollar more dollars being on a tight budget I couldnt get!! I never had glasses or need any antill last 3 months my eyes got bad to point sunlight or lights hurts them and blurry vision and if your on fix income wouldnt recommend this bc they try to charge you for everything possible!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I bounce around with every other doctor except my eye doctor. I have been to him for going on 12 years, since I was 12 years old. I moved to Pensacola at one point and made appointments to see him when Id come home to visit. I now live in Savannah and do the same thing. They send me my contacts through the mail no problem. On my most recent trip to Columbus I was having issues with my contacts and left my spares at home. I came in and they gave me temporaries no problem. When one of them tore the next day, the receptionist put me on hold for a minutes because she had to search to find another one (but she did it!) and held it at the front desk for me to come in and get. Great doctor and great staff!

If you are looking for place that will guarantee to have your glasses ready in an hour, go to Eye Wear Unlimited. The place is smaller so you won’t be nervous and it won’t be full like a Walmart. I don’t like to be around big crowds cause my anxiety is bad and my experience here was fantastic. Tabiath was awesome she was so sweet and even helped me find the right kind of glasses. She was so patient with me, if she was annoyed with me she sure didn’t show it. If you’re looking to come here, do it, you won’t regret it.

I scheduled an appointment for my granddaughter and when we arrived I was told they dont see children under 6 yrs of age. It wouldve been great to know before I took her out of school and drive 40+ miles. The gentleman at the front gave me a number of another doctor and said sorry. SORRY are you kidding me?

Eyewear Unlimited is one of the best optical shops in town! Everyone is always friendly and they have your glasses done in the same day (in most cases). It doesnt get much better than that!!!!

Bought a pair of flex tech 770s. I told the tech I wanted UV and when I received my glasses I was told I paid only for scratch and would have to buy another set of lenses. The Flex tech has broken twice now. First in half and now the nose piece. I have to go two days without glasses because I was led to believe I was buying a durable product which so far has been unable to survive normal wear. I am unhappy with my experience here.

My eyeglasses broke on a wednsday at 5:00pm i made an appointment for thursday the following day ordered some more glasses got an eye exam and ordered 6 months of contacts all for an EXTREMELY affordable price not to mention the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to mention I didnt have to wait long to be seen. Im definately going to this place from now on for my eye care needs.
