Dr. Coers is very personable took his time to listen to my concerns and offers multiple solutions. His staff is friendly, always smiling. All around a Great Experience!Unlike some eyecare places, I felt like part of the entire process, not just another appointment.

Friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable and ensure that your vision is corrected just right. They also do followups before finalizing contact lens prescriptions once they issue you trials and you have had a chance to try them on.

Very friendly and efficient staff and Dr. You dont feel like youre on an assembly line like some of the other offices in town.

Dr Coers and his office staff are very friendly. I always feel extremely welcome and comfortable when visiting. Nice selection of glasses and are always willing to work with you and help you determine what is best for you. Will always continue to go here.

Friendly staff and doctor on first visit; however, dont expect the staff to go the extra mile for their patients. Dont expect them to complete simple tasks like calling a patient back when they say they are going to. If a patient has problems with a product, they will not even call the manufacturer to research the issue. They show no empathy for patients who do not have insurance or a lot of money. I would not return due poor job performance among staff.

I go for my 1st appointment July 21st so I will edit this review then.
