Ive tried soo many from so many different places and these guys with out contest are the best... they not only have a million flavors but thats just it they have FLAVOR and arent made to just light you up.. they have those too but the taste is no comparison to any other brands ... they are all I use for my food truck and catering company customers ❤❣

My brother gave this to me I had the Reaper super hot alsa its amazing and I wanted to order it online but the shipping costs more than the actual salsa WTH??? So unfortunately Im not going to order it do to that. :(

I stop here almost every time Im in town. I personally love their Black Garlic Chipotle Hot Sauce but you really cant go wrong with any of their products.

Flavor & Fire, who did you hire?I seldom leave bad reviews, but this is a must.Not even sure where to begin with the horrible customer experience I had here today, so let me tell the story and you decide if you want to buy from them. I have friends in town and we decided to go to North Market for lunch. They loved the Flavor & Fire display so we stopped to try a sample. As my friends grabbed the sampling spoons the guy behind the counter says try this one and hands them the bottle on display. They were a bit confused, as there were already open bottles for sampling so my friends accepted the bottle and thinking that they guy was handing him something different than what was displayed, started to open it. The guy behind the counter then says No, what the F are you doing. Seriously what the F are you doing, dont open it or I cant sell it. Only he used to whole word that starts with F, TWICE !So my friend handed him back the hot sauce and said Sorry I was confused because I was going to try this one but you handed me another. I dont know why you would hand it to me if you didnt want me to try it.After checking that the seal had not been broken the salesperson apologized and said Whew okay, its okay I can still sell this one, it hasnt been opened. Hey I am sorry about that.Being a business owner myself I wouldnt dream of speaking to a potential customer in this manner. The use of profanity offended me and any business that keeps an employee that speaks to potential customers in this manner, is probably not going to have many customers because I most certainly will never make a purchase here, nor will I bring any friends here in the future. It even turned me off a bit to North Market as whole.

Was in town for the weekend and found this wonderful place inside the North Market. The customer service that Ginger gave us the 2 times we visited to buy sauces was the amazing. She truly knows her sauces and spices. 5-star employee. She really showed us the best of what Columbus has to offer as far as courtesy, helpfulness, and heart.

Great service! Accidentally came in right before they closed and they still let us sample and guided us to what we wanted. Clam lube Trinidog hot sauce is awesome!

Yes I will share my Fire Dust!You know I love the heat. CaJohns is the one that adds the flavor. It says so right there in their name. My only fault here is the high traffic volume. They do run out of items. Give them a name and number and they will call you when its it back in stock.Labels and names of products change. Just ask Hope at the kiosk. she has a book and chart of previous named flavors that just have a new shiny face for that international website shipper Hot Shots. CaJohns has been nice enough to keep this small kiosk open to sell products to their locals without the website shipping costs. Plus you get to taste it all right there.Thats right! grab a tortilla chip or tasting spoon and sample away. Many mild heat items bursting with flavor. The salsas and bbq sauces are fantastic. Check out the marinades. It would be so easy to make a gift box for someone in your life.Ask about the deals. Buy a certain amount of items and get a free item.Many of you see me always carrying Fire Dust with me. Cajohns showed me that I can reduce the sodium in my diet by using this instead of reaching for the salt. Big letters on the container.. NO SALT NO MSG.Its OSU vs Xich week now, and Im carrying around this bottle of Stomp Xichigan(see pic) hot sauce. Hope recommended it for my free item special. I loved the name and label, but how was the taste? Fantastic burst of habanero pepper with flavors of other spices dancing on my tongue. I admit to adding some to my Thanksgiving plate. I hope this is not just seasonal. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Absolutely horrible customer service! I was sent 13 bottles of bad product (bad batch because the first time we ordered it was great), sent multiple messages to customer service through email and through website and they never responded. They also had to send multiple shipments because they didnt send the right quantity the first time. Once they make a sale, they dont care about customers satisfaction afterwards. Save yourself the headache and money
