As a devout Catholic, I cannot recommend this particular organization. I am typically very accepting of all religious views, but at some point a line needs to be drawn. When I entered the comic cave, I was greeted with (what appeared to be) an employee performing witchcraft on a customer. At first I assumed it was part of the Magic The Gathering card game the kids are always talking about, but I noticed the customer began to act abnormally. He started levitating and spinning around in mid-air. The employee muttered the phrase, KO MALO AFIBA and the customer disappeared. Events such as these should not be tolerated. I am blessing the entire building as we speak, and have called upon the local priesthood to deal with the aftermath of the event. Please please do not go near this building. It is unholy and possessed by a supernatural force. Other than that, I did appreciate the comic book and action figure collection.

Used to be a great place, but it has turned into a dump. It isnt cared for, its overpriced, and it doesnt seem like an inviting or safe place to be at.

So sad to see a childhood hangout go to the dogs. This used to be a clean, well-kept store, with walls of merchandise and the latest comics, plus graphic novels and trade paperbacks. When I moved from Columbus to NY in 2003, I left a really charming comics store. 10 years later visiting in the summer I come back to a dilapidated store that looks more like a garage where miserable people play yu-gi-oh, comics and trades have collected dust and there is barely any merch to look at. New owners a grumpy old (very Indiana-brand) redneck who seems indifferent about his store. I guess it makes sense that a store would gain different management within a decade, but its the last thing I wanted to see go when I revisited. As great as downtown Col. has improved, the downhill trend of little places like Comic Cave that made my home is very unfortunate.
