Person at the counter was not willing to advise menu options. Did not help to show which sandwich was which in the refrigerator. The top layer was completely soggy. The hazelnut coffee did not have a hazelnut flavor. Very disappointed in service and food quality. Tossed the half I was eating and took a photo of the half left for reference.
