Early each Saturday morning this guy roasts some batches of premium coffee at different levels - dark, medium, and so forth, then he sells the beans throughout that one day. So youre getting the *fresh* roasted stuff. My taste buds have taught me this makes a whole new experience - Its not like any other coffee I ever had.

The coffee is absolutely phenomenal. Jovan’s storefront is refreshingly straightforward - this place makes coffee, and only coffee.His offering delivery during the pandemic is great too, once every other week I get fresh (roasted in house) coffee delivered right to my door - with a personalized note - for no additional charge!I really feel like I’m supporting a great local business, run by a great person, and the fantastic coffee is the cherry on top.

New to the Coffee game/world. Jovan’s Mexican and Guatemala were my first grabs. Roasted that morning, I had to grind it up ASAP. I had two fat cups of each. On-point with incredible flavors at the forefront and the aftertastes are incredibly pleasing.The cold brew is something you have to get, too. I recommend grabbing a bag of Sumatra for a heavier cold brew at home. Lighter roast cold brew... Guatemala

Best coffee roaster in Columbus. If you buy a pound of beans you get a free coffee as well. Dont come and expect to get an extravagant coffee flavored drink, the owner only sells coffee. Its really good, but thats the only option. There isnt a place to sit and use wifi or to chat with people, but the area is really nice to walk around at and there are benches outside. Dont come to this place expecting a coffee house experience, its really just a place to buy coffee. But that coffee is the best Ive found in Columbus and the owner knows how to roast a bean. The owner operator really is a master of his craft.
This is by far the best coffee Ive ever had. It is a great place to run in and get a cup of coffee. The owner is friendly and always helps me with the door and the coffee is always fresh. They only serve coffee and there isnt much space to sit and study. But you should try it, youll be hooked.

Indie coffee. Like buying coffee in 7 record form. Fantastic french press coffee . Absolutely no frills - just a guy ready to pour you a cup of coffee. No espresso, cappuccino, etc. No seating. No wifi. Just faint echos of 90s Columbus indie rock action.
I went in this morning for the first time and after the gentleman poured my cup, I realized they only take cash, so he gave it to me in the hopes that itll bring me back. Let me just say, that was THE BEST straight-up cup of coffee Ive ever had, and served by such a nice man. I will definitely return.
Nothing but coffee. No specialty coffee drinks. Just excellent French press coffee. You can get a cup of coffee or a pound of coffee. Thats really it. But SUCH GOOD COFFEE. Love this place!

No seating, just a counter where you order coffee. Not espresso, latte, sprinkles, flavored syrup, donuts, or pie. Walk in the door and one guy makes you a very good cup of coffee from a french press. Beans are roasted on location. One of the best cups of coffee in Columbus. Highly recommend.

Affordable, expertly crafted coffee is something that college students, struggling parents and starving artists alike seek like a finely written essay or a kid friendly lunch paradise.Coffee fuels us. Oh, sweet nectar. Or in this case, no so sweet. Because I dont need to cover up this cup of joe with anything other than a lid on my way out. French pressed, roasted in house. Theres no option to eat in and its a one man army. The walls are decorated with local art and two tables are set up for local acts and musicians to peddle their wares and get a little bit of advertisement (Ive recognized a few of the bands that frequent places such as the Rumba, Ledos, Tree Bar, etc.).The only option is coffee, you pick a size and add creamer and sugar at your leisure.Not only is the service amazing (hes patient and will do any explaining you need), the owner even offered to give me my coffee on the house when I realized that Id forgotten my cash. My friend ended up covering me until we got back to our apartment, but the fact that he was so conscientious and put his customers before the three dollars my large coffee was going to cost continues to stick with me.Best coffee in town, hands down.
