Im not a trendy individual. I am a typical 50ish rural individual. I wasnt sure how my request for basic black coffee would be accepted. But the necessity for mans basic operating fluid outweighs the awkwardness of trendy coffee shops.This particular coffee shop was friendly, polite, and the dark roast basic black coffee was not only reasonably priced, but left my coffee deprived body quite satisfied. Very tasty, far better than some west coast chains with a political agenda. I wish we had one in our community. Thank you

Better coffee than Starbucks and more coffee for the same price.

The man that works here kicked me out even though I had bought food from the location, because I had a smoothie from down the street. I cannot have caffeine, but obliged to the rules that they have by purchasing food to use their space and WiFi to do work. I will NOT be returning back to this company.

Very similar to the one in Dublin, just a little bigger! Clean, friendly staff, good coffee, and a good view with the big windows. I love the location too, the Polaris area is super trendy, clean and theyre adding TONS of stuff. Per the usual lately for me, I camped out here, worked and just people watched. Everything and everyone was great!

Great place and even great vibes! I ordered a Mocha Latte and it was super good. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who likes coffee shops and chats.

Friendly staff, with lots of unique options for drinks. This location sometimes has gluten-free bakery items, but they do sell fast.

Great location for coffee, small pastries and tea. The parking lot is not quite big enough, but there is a parking garage behind the coffee shop. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is free Wi-Fi for meetings or just time to get work done.

LOVED this little coffee. Great selection on the menu (they have Thai iced tea and it’s my favorite!!) The ladies working were kind, warm, and helped make for an exceptional experience! Would highly recommend to anyone :)

Im so glad I found this coffee and tea shop! It has a really nice interior design and a very unique menu. They have a good variety of coffees, teas, and frozen drinks (the strawberry bliss is delicious) as well as bakery items. The barista was very friendly and gave us tea recommendations based on what styles and flavors of tea we like. Ill definitely be going back to check out other drink options!

Have been to many Sweetwaters locations and its my favorite coffee! First time going to this location, and I placed an order through the app once i sat down! I was waiting on my order, not even 5 minutes later one of the baristas approached me for not ordering anything! I understand having to purchase something to sit there, but at least give costumers some time to settle in and have a seat! (Even though i was waiting on my order and was about to go grab it from pick up table). The same barista came back to clean around my table spraying stuff around me which some got into my eyes! Even though no one was sitting on these tables around me! Being the only one there wanting to spend time to study i felt unwelcomed and pressured to leave ASAP! definitely not a good place to spend some time studying!

This is a new favorite for me! So cute and delicious, havent tried the snacks but the drinks and parfait were so cute and delicious! Will be ordering again. They also wrote UwU on my bag which made me laugh. I used to be a huge weeb but Ive retired mostly, I was offended but then amused and touched they went out of their way.If youre in the mood for cuteness and specialty drinks definitely check this place out!

The first time I experienced Sweetwaters was on a road trip up to Michigan. Stopped to eat at a Mexican restaurant and just happened to notice a coffee shop around the corner named Sweetwaters. Had never heard of it, but now wont ever forget it, and Im so happy there is one within an hour of where I live. Great coffee and THE ABSOLUTE BEST pumpkin latte EVER! -said the person who cant stand competitor pumpkin spice lattes (because theyre all spice and no pumpkin!)

Coffee was good. No outside seating. The music they played was a little bit loud to try and have a conversation sitting inside at a table.

Very enjoyable experience. Came at 9AM so there was a bit of a line. Ordered coffee and a coffee cake. After a short wait for the brewing process coffee was delivered hot and wonderful. Comfortable seating and atmosphere. Would come again when on this side of town.

Everything weve had here has been great! The staff is very pleasant and eager to help and explain whats in the drinks. Though also customize them pretty much any way you want them! It doesnt hurt that they have quiche from Katzingers Deli and Tupelo donuts.

Stopped in Sweetwaters this morning on a break while running errands. Oh, the Honey Cake! Perfect size for a snack. And, of course, my favorite Iced Tea Lemonade - Yum! Staff is always super friendly and make great recommendations.

We came here on 3/21/21 and were very disappointed in how we were treated by one of the baristas. We were scolded and treated like schoolchildren. Sweetwaters has great coffee, but we will not be back.

The owners are mean, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are good, but not good enough to keep coming here if the owners don’t learn better customer service. The rest of the staff does great, not sure why they can’t follow suit.

I have three coffee shops that I absolutely LOVE. Its a hard list to get on. But Sweetwaters absolutely NAILED IT. Alice and her husband are fantastic owners and Alice has never steered me wrong in a drink recommendation. Shes always so friendly. The coffee is really good too and they have such a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Its a great place to get great drinks, meet with friends, do some work, or whatever!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this coffee shop.

Coffee tastes great and not bitter at all. There are some very unique flavors available here as well when it comes to the regular brewed coffee. Food items are also top notch. Dont be deceived by the pop tart appearance, the flavors are fresh and tart while the shell has more of a pastry consistency. Overall highlynl recommended for the daily coffee fix!

This is my favorite coffee shop. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The ownership is also extremely friendly and clearly takes the time to make this an amazing experience. On more then one occasion they have personally taken my order. Also, I don’t know what they do differently for their whipped topping but it is life changing! I highly recommend this place.

Nice space. Nice vibe. Friendly and skilled baristas. Id be very comfortable here drinking coffee and getting some work done on my laptop.We got a single cappuccino and a single latte. Both were a little bit weaker than expected, but they were quite well made and very tasty otherwise. Next time well order them with an extra shot of espresso. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the baked goods.

I recently moved to the Columbus area and was in search of a comfortable environment to study for my state licensure exam. I adore Sweetwaters shop- they open extremely early each morning and have adequate seating for lounging, studying and even meeting with larger groups (they also have outdoor seating). On top of everything, the employees are inviting and helpful. Everyday that I am in there studying the owner takes the time to say good morning and ask how my studying is going. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

Never been to this place before today! Loved it right off! Large and open! Plenty of comfy places to chill! The coffee had great taste. Not bitter at all. The barista knew what she was doing for sure! I would definitely go back!

This place will always be special to me! My boyfriend and I met and had our first date here, and turns out that he’s the love of my life. The place was perfect! Genuinely kind people, vibrant atmosphere (especially in the summer), and delicious drinks! The staff always have a smile on their faces. My daughters and my granddaughter and I walked in about closing time and they all welcomed us in and served us drinks and were all very polite. Going above and beyond. Especially at closing time. The drinks were delicious! I bought some coffee to make at home, because I figured it was probably going to be good as well!

Barista was awesome & nice seating area behind the building, but the policies of no refills and charging $ for a cup of water (for the cup, since they wont take mine due to covid) is stupid. I wont be back due to this.

We came here after dinner in Kitchen Social next door. We were pretty full so decided wait for a while before purchased a coffee. Cashier came and said to us you need make some purchase then have a table. This is the first time I’ve heard like this in ohio. The cashier is a girl with blue or green hair

Absolutely love this spot!! Staff is so friendly and very receptive to any questions about the menu. Not only are the drinks amazing, but the pastries and quiche are to die for (The Dreamy is personally my favorite drink, but you cant go wrong with any). Great atmosphere and overall a wonderful experience every single time I go in!

Their Great Pumpkin Latte is the best Pumpkin (spice) latte Ive ever had! My wife concurs! Chill atmosphere and food is locally sourced (where applicable). We will be back when Im Columbus.

Updated review: if youre not going to provide paper towels in the bathroom, then you need to provide a way to exit the bathroom without touching anything...Also the straws are SUPER long. Like knock your drink over long. Only one size for all drinksVery pleasant variety of drinks, fast service, and plenty of space. The parking situation usually leaves something to be desired.Recommended drink to try: iced chider

It was a good experience. Great variety. Coffee was very good and competitively priced. The Frappe was not priced well. $7 for a frappe is expensive. It did taste great. Place was clean and very friendly and helpful customer service.

The drinks were very good and as soon as we walked in the door the workers were very helpful and trying to find out what we wanted to order. The staff was willing to walk a step by step through the menu. They also bring in food from local vendors in the area which look delicious. Prices were right on par of what they should be.

I have been here multiple times and Everytime was a delight! The employees are knowledgeable and accommodating. I have ordered some pretty elaborate drinks and every time they have delivered. I was getting so sick of Starbucks, and this place is owned by members of the community. They are also a quick stop, so you can swing by on your way to work! Would definitely recommend.

My new favorite coffee shop! First of all, the raspberry pop tart I had was to die for... so tasty! I love a variety of their drinks, but Ive only recently discovered that an iced caramel creme is pretty much their version of the Starbucks caramel macchiato... but WAY better. Best caramel macchiato around! Super delicious!!

Sad to say I was disappointed from the start. The young lady working was more interested in what she was looking at on her phone than waiting on me. A gentleman, who was also a customer, got up and told her she had a someone waiting. I ordered two of the Dragon Eyes singles. They were extremely hot! Yes, Im aware its coffee and both had sleeves, however, I actually had to stop outside and get tissues to further wrap around the cup to keep my fingers from burning. Coffee has a select temperature. Tea should be hotter, but neither should boil your hands off. The coffee was incredibly bitter and just not enjoyable for myself or my husband. This was my first visit but I dont think I would revisit personally.

My Vietnamese Au Lait was perfect! Delicious cup of coffee. At the Polaris location, the menu is very hard to see from where you place your order and the cashier seemed annoyed with me walking back and forth.

I love this little coffee shop. They have the best soy lattes. They also have vegan baked goods. I have tried their vegan pop tart. So yummy.

The Viet Au Lait is such a nice treat — more coffee shops should use condensed milk! Their bright interior, yummy food options (try the breakfast sandwiches) and fast WiFi make it the perfect place to hang out with friends or get some work done.

Literally my favorite place to go for coffee with my family. I tell probably all my friends and even strangers on the street how much I adore the coffee here, but not just that the staff is AMAZING! I used to pass by Sweetwaters on my way into work and would grab a triple frappe with whip on my way and after only 2 days the barista would already know my order... After I moved I was a little farther out but I still meet up with my friends and grab coffee there whenever I can!

I went Friday afternoon and it was really chill. The staff was super helpful because I had no clue what a tea latte was!

This coffee place is WAAAAAAAAAAY better than Starbucks! To be more exact.. The Coco Cafe and the Napali Brew Shakes are AMAZING! Sad to say I went 4 days in a row for these two drinks! Maybe I will switch it up one day :) And the Almond cookie is perfect! The staff is super friendly and they know customers names :) I just enjoy going in!!
