Loved the atmosphere and the food. I ordered the veggie omelet with fresh fruit and a pancake...delicious! The coffee was excellent! Definitely would return.

We recently had a baby shower in their event room. It was lovely! The events manager was very informative and easy to communicate with. The food was DELICIOUS and the catering prices were very reasonable. The set up and clean up was perfect. Every staff member was incredibly kind! We received so many compliments from guests on how nice everything was. If you’re thinking of a small space for an event, I would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place to enjoy breakfast/brunch . Our server Brynn was super nice and. Very Helpful. We had 6 people in our party. Brynn kept the coffee flowing never Llowing for our cups to be empty and made sure we always had what we needed.Thank you for the great service and wonderful meal.

I needed to grab some food before heading back home, and this place was great for an impromptu date! They had both small plates for me and larger meals for him without breaking the bank. The seasonal lemon berry French toast was so good and pretty, and they give you a little jug of creamer. Too adorable ❤️

This was absolutely terrible. We ordered bacon for my son and boyfriend, they tell us their out after waiting a half hour. They sub it for sausage which is fine but they brought it out two seconds after asking if that was ok giving the impression it was not made to order.I got the Cali blt that was supposed to have Mayo on it and didnt and avocado. The avocado was mashed and there was so much on it thats all you tasted. The bacon was also so over cooked and hard it broke my permanent retainer which was really upsetting and painful.The service is was fine but yeah the food was terrible.

First time experience. Food was great! Service was slow. I asked for a muffin, I saw what I wanted, however by the time our waitress went to actually get my muffin they were gone. Very disappointing over all. Better luck next time I guess.

Visited this morning for breakfast. It was very busy but we were seated quickly. Both the service and food were very good. The cinnamon roll pancake was the star but we enjoyed everything we had. Will definitely return.

Everyone was so cheerful, Service was fantastic and the food was amazing! I dont think I can get eggs Benedict anywhere else now. If I didnt live 8 hours away, I would definitely become a regular there. If you havent tried this place, you need to. Ordered for mothers day and was not happy. My husbands order was not complete. My eggs Benedict was separated and very vinegary. They told us to pick up 15/20 mins we arrive at 15 mins food definitely had been sitting a while. He had to wait 5 mins to have someone show him which bag was ours it had no name on it. Then with all the madness my husband was questioned for a good five mins about wether or not we paid. I paid over the phone but they where insistent we did pay and delayed it even longer. There was no receipt on the bag that said we paid so maybe they should have done that. Very dissapointed.

Me and my family decided to try this breakfast spot while we are celebrating our Vday weekend from Dayton. This place come highly recommended and boy did it exceed our expectations! Me and my husband our foodies and this place hit the entire list on the value for the money you pay ! I got the Denver omelette and added spinach and peco and my husband got the stuff biscuits and gravy and we both added the cinnamon roll pancakes all I can say was heaven was in our mouths and everything was so hearty we could split the full size order of cakes ! I am a coffee drinker and let me tell you this was good restaurant coffee and I love how the creamer came in a little cute cup ! Before we leave tomorrow I think we def have to double back thank you so much for being apart of our Vday weekend celebration ❤️

For our first dining-in experience since March, we decided to try Sunny Street Polaris. We knew that it had always been a clean place to eat before the pandemic and expected the same now. What a relief to actually feel SAFE in a restaurant. They have taken all of the precautions I expected. While there were some differences from before, like single-use menus, tables blocked off, and employees wearing masks, the quality of the dining experience has not changed. The food & service was just as before - excellent! Thank you to our waitress and her co-workers for giving us a nice welcome back greeting when we entered. And, thank you for providing a safe and clean environment with great food!

Upon arrival we were seated quickly, waiter was polite, service was quick. Food was good. We sat outside on the patio and we weren’t forgot about at all. Waiter checked on us very often and all requests were timely. Great food, great service, great environment. I would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I used to come here at least twice a month. The last 2 times we went, we were seated and waited over 10 minutes for service. The kicker is- another family was seated and served within seconds. We couldnt help but notice that we were the only colored customers and quite frankly their lack of service to us in particular was a trend of racial profiling that could not be ignored. I personally dont feel comfortable visiting a place like that again- its extremely disappointing.

We sat on the patio. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. When I paid I did not have to touch anything and they had hand sanitizer at the register that wasnt thinned out. We will go back!

We stopped here while driving through town. I had an egg white veggie omelet with fresh fruit and sourdough bread, my husband had a chicken salad sandwich with a house salad. Both meals were EXCELLENT! The fruit and vegetables were VERY fresh! The portions were large, but not greasy at all. Very light and refreshing, while completely filling us beyond ability to finish either plate (which is an impressive feat if you’ve seen my husband eat first thing in the morning!) Oh and the sourdough was real sourdough and tasted fresh baked! Even gave us coffee to go! We only wish there was one of these where we live, Scranton, PA! Staff very friendly, clean bathrooms!

I decided to give Sunny Street Cafe a try one morning, and it was a great choice. Service was quick, and food was delicious. I went back again a few weeks later with my family, and we were all treated well with yet another fantastic meal. Prices are very reasonable, too. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been hold up at home for 2 1/2 months, as any responsible Ohioan has been. We have not eaten out, and only carried out approximately a dozen times in this period. We finally decided to try dining out, and chose Sunny Street Polaris as our first choice. I’m glad that we did.We already know the restaurant and know that the food is great. What thrilled is the most is the precautions that the restaurant is taking to help ensure our safety. We ate outside on the patio, on which the tables we well spaced and afforded us comfort that we were not too close to others. The staff all wore masks and still respected safe distancing to the extent possible (I.e. when delivering food, etc). They gave us a single use menu (to share, which we gladly did to help keep their costs down), and we ordered.While our food was being prepared, another family left. The entire seating surface, seating surfaces, and chair backs and arms were sanitized even though the restaurant was about to close and nobody else would be sitting there until the next day.When we requested refills on our coffee, we were given clean mugs filled with brew, instead of possibly contaminating the pot with splash from a mug on a refill.There were so many other small things that they did that were huge for us, both being high risk. We cannot day enough great things about the restaurant, the staff, and this experience. We will be going back for breakfast soon, and are extremely please that Sunny Street made our first dining out experience such a positive one. We truly feel that they have their sh#t together and are taking this threat seriously, and doing everything in their power to prevent its further spread.THANK YOU!!

To open this review, I just wanna say Im not the biggest fan of breakfast foods. But this place offers their full lunch menu in the mornings and even the breakfasts themselves sounded decent. Very generic cozy diner setting. Friendly staff. Food was just fine. Nothing absolutely thrilling but very good if your just in the mood for some clean cozy diner

Food was good, better than most places I’ve been to in Columbus for not being here that long. Service was good for the amount of people that were at the restaurant. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Knowing they have multiple locations around Columbus I will be swinging by if I’m around.

Service and food both very good. We had lunch. Will plan to try breakfast. My son said the Reuben was excellent. Very casual family place. Fun childrens menu coloring page and a choice of fruit or fries with the dinosaur toes (chicken).

Got the protein wrap, girlfriend got the STP omelette. Both were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Fresh fruit was also spot on. Sometimes you get under or overripe pieces but these were just right with a good mix of different fruit.

Walked in with my wife, and was seated - 10 mins later, no service whatsoever. We literally felt invisible. Other family sits one table over, getting service in 20 seconds of being seated.2nd similar experience at a Sunny Steet Cafe within a space of 3 months. Honestly feels like certain clientelle, get preferencil treatment. Quite unfortunate. We wont be going back, and Ill be sure to make sure none of my acquaintances do either.

Yummy breakfast foods with a bright, clean interior. Their kids’ menu has some great options — including delicious pancakes — and the coffee is decent.

Somehow, their bacon isnt good. Asked for hot sauce three times, got none. Hit or miss service.

Have been here two times now and both time have thoroughly enjoyed myself. The food is amazing for the price. The deals are good. The smoothies are delicious. Do not get the chicken fried steak is the only thing I will say. Everything else was amazing. Even their burger is very good.

This was my first visit. Good first impression. The waitress was really friendly and made great recommendations.The boys loved their dinosaur shaped pancakes. My omelette was tasty.

Just ok at best...if Im not mistaken liquid eggs were used for my scrambled ones. Grits tasted like they had nutmeg in them...grits are fine without irreversible flavor being added. I was wanting fluffy pancakes like the commercial but they were flat. Probably wont be back. The sausage however was really good but $15 for average food is kinda disappointing.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly attentive service, excellent fresh food, and very clean. I was in town with friends for a convention and they had no problem accommodating our group of 9 - two days in a row, because we were all so impressed the first morning we decided to go back. The modern decor means its a little on the noisy side, but thats the only fault I could find. Offering coffee to go after our meal was a nice touch.

The pineapple upside down muffin from this place is probably one of the best things Ive had for breakfast in a very long time, and the French fries are absolutely fantastic. Coffee tastes a little bland to me, but it is not terrible. Id recommend lunch over breakfast with the exception of the muffin. Get in before 8am and you can get specials on breakfast, though. Ive gotten take out a few times, but mostly go in to sit down. Overall a great addition to dining options in Polaris!

This place has been going downhill, lately. They hire too many teenagers with little work experience. There was broken glass on the floor, and a customer had to help the girl clean it up. Then, after were warned another young hostess, sthe still sat another table without properly cleaning up the rest of the glass.The food is fair, but it used to be better. Some of the fruit in my fruit cup cant very ripe, but it was at least fresh.

Too ecspensive 3$ for a cup of coffee and everything wasnt so great tasting.

Did a late brunch there and got a half club sandwich and soup combo. Great sandwich, but the tortilla soup was a bit bland for my taste. Mind you, I didnt leave any behind, but, if there was some hot sauce, I would have used it. A little hard to get a refill on coffee, but business WAS picking up. Over all, worth it and Ill be back.

Tried Sunny Street for a late Sunday breakfast this morning. They were very busy and we waited about 20 minutes for a table for two even though 2 tables were open and cleared. The menu was fairly limited in comparison to similar restaurants but offered a decent selection including some seasonal options.We werent overwhelmed by the quality but the food was decent and served quickly. The coffee was good and orange juice seemed fresh squeezed. The staff was very busy and as a result offered limited interest in how we were doing.Overall a fair experience but nothing that would put Sunny Street Cafe at the top of our list of places to go.

Our food was very well prepared and tasty, served Hot and tableware was very clean. The coffee is exceptional ( bold and smooth). Server was very attentive, overall a good experience.

The food is mediocre at best, lack of sides and over priced entrees. If I want breakfast food I want to feel full when I’m done, I left feeling like I barely ate anything. The stuffed biscuits and gravy are made with country gravy that’s bland and tasteless, the homemade corned beef hash tastes like half of its canned and they sprinkled in some potatoes and corned beef on top of it, the orange juice is astronomically overpriced and tastes like sunny d with some pulp added (supposed to be fresh squeezed but most definitely doesn’t taste like it, way too overly sweet! And 4.50$ for one glass is absolutely ridiculous.At least the staff is quick and responsive and the restaurant is clean and orderly,But if you want a full belly of food be willing to pay twice what you would ANYWHERE else. Will definitely not ever be going here again.

Service was very good but food was not so good. French toast tasted like bread with syrup and no egg flavor. Ice mocha coffee had way too much chocolate, eggs and bacon are good and cooked correctly. Sourdough bread lacked related flavor.
