Absolutely delicious banh mi. in case you are not aware, vietnamese banh mi are the best sandwiches!! my meatball banh mi was flavorful and delicious. i also had a cold vietnamese coffee and was excellent iced coffee.

I like this place a lot, because their prices are cheaper than most Vietnamese places I’ve seen around this city so far. As of right now she’s only accepting take-out. The lady/owner here is so kind! My boyfriend said she made him feel welcome/ comfortable. His card accidentally declined once and he said she didn’t look at him weird or have any negative reactions to the situation. I’m stating this because my boyfriend is black and rarely feels welcome in most places. I’m glad to have found this restaurant and I’m proud to support it.

Outstanding experience - went in for a Vietnamese Coffee and happened to grab some food out of curiosity...really glad we did! Honestly blown away, totally exceeded any expectations I had. Saigon coffee was phenomenal, super deep & rich flavor and the perfect level of sweet from the condensed milk. Tried the meatball sandwich with a spring roll and Id be lying if I said it wasnt one of the best sandwiches Ive had, might be in my Top 10. Well be back to try more, no doubt.

Very familial atmosphere. One of the best—and biggest—banh mi sandwiches I’ve had in a long time (sautéed chicken with lemongrass). Shrimp summer rolls were beautifully made, too.I had to wait a bit, but I also went off-hours (between lunch and dinner), and the food was cooked and assembled just for my order.Will definitely return and recommend.

We got the pork terrine baguette, as well as the Vietnamese coffee (cold) and Thai tea (cold). it’s carry-out only right now, but the location is so cute! and the staff is very kind, helpful and pleasant :-) the pork terrine was well seasoned with delicious toppings, and the bread was fresh and wonderful! the Vietnamese coffee was some of the best i’ve ever had, and the tea was excellent as well. we want to try more menu items so we will surely be back. thank you!

We went here after we reviewed the comments & ratings. Boy are you guys wrong!!!We ordered the combo, one with spring roll & another with egg roll, combo comes with coffee.We waited 30min for our order(with no other customer around). Coffee finally was given & it was instant Vietnamese coffee! The kind you buy in the Asian grocery store! Look, if I wanted instant coffee, Id make it myself in my hotel! I wanted authentic drip Vietnamese coffee!!!😡. To top it all, the Vietnamese sandwich is not of Vietnamese baguette! Its too thick. We ordered regular grill pork & lemon grass beef sandwich. We received lemon grass pork & cold cuts sandwich. We recommend you try a different restaurant. Not this place!

My husband and I ordered takeout. We ordered a large chicken pho, egg rolls, beef pad tai, and pateso.The pho tasted like a can of chicken broth from the grocery and we ordered a large pho but it was more like a small one. It had very little meat.The pateso was greasy and the beef inside was under-seasoned.My husband ordered beef pad tai but received chicken pad tai. The pad tai was kind of tasteless.The egg rolls were very greasy.

I am writing this as I eat this sandwich so as to not do injustice to its robust flavors. Saigon Baguette and Coffee is a gem. It is a slice of Vietnam in Ohio.The food is made fresh and is unbelievably flavorful. The Thai Ice Teas are amazing, the bahn mis are what you are looking for, and the bread... well, it is simply divine.If you can give this restaurant a try, especially once you can dine-in where the freshness of the food shines through, dont miss out on this restaurant where every dish is a Bernini sculpture on a plate.Patience is vital as everything is made to order. Remember, Rome was not built in a day, my friends.Enjoy!

Try the broken rice. The pork chop was grilled perfectly and we loved the dipping sauce.

One of the best bahn mi in the city. Owner is super friendly and prices for what youre getting cant be beat. Coffee is great too, less sweet than the vietnamese coffees you might be used to. Recommend calling ahead, at least while they are still carryout only during covid pandemic.

I live close by and was excited to see Saigon go in. The menu has been expanded since they opened. A great place to get pho and Bahn Mi sandwiches. Quick, the food is good and the service is friendly.Ill be back to try the Pad Thai they now list on their specials board.

Excellent family owned restaurant that makes you feel at home. The food is prepared fresh with great care. Service is excellent. Sometimes they are slow due to preparing everything from scratch but its worth the wait. Try the Bun Bo Hue or Bo Kho if you want a spicier touch, or theres the usual favorites which they do very well.

I have been here twice & both times I have had a great experience. I am thrilled that this place is within a short distance of where I work. It is an excellent value which keeps me coming back. I am grateful for their vegetarian options, & also their restaurant is very clean. Last time I ordered the pad thai. I was pleasantly surprised by it. Pad Thai can be a bit hit or miss, scant vegetables or tofu, etc. so I wasnt sure what to expect. Not here. It was delicious, a good portion size, diverse vegetables & some fresh cilantro, lime and peanuts, done proper!!!Yum!Also, the $5.50 Ban Mi vegetarian sandwich has good bread and pretty darn tasty. Beats a sandwich from Subway down the road for the same price, and support a local business, too.I typically dont write reviews on Google unless a business goes above and beyond my expectations in either a positive or negative way.Lucky for them, they get a strong RAVE from me!!! :)

I was very happy that a friend of mine told me about this place, I used to work nearby and never even noticed it was there!Growing up I had very good Vietnamese friends that introduced me to Vietnamese cuisine. They even own a restaurant in the city now and most of the other times I’ve tried out other Vietnamese restaurants, although good, they just don’t compare to the cooking I’ve been used to for years. I didn’t really expect my reaction to this place to be any different, but I was wrong. I was very happy with what I ordered (vermicelli noodles with egg rolls), the food was fresh and tasty and did not disappoint. I was sad when it was gone haha! It was also very clean inside and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming back soon!

Ive been coming to this restaurant for lunch the last couple years and they never disappoint me. I love the vermecilli noodle with spring rolls. The Vietnamese ice coffee is delicious!

The owner was fantastic. Everything was fresh and delicious, not over salted or spiced. The restaurant was impressively clean, though there were some areas of the dining room that needed minor repairs (drywall, paint, etc).

Nice ambience and the hosts are welcoming. But, the food is sub par. I may have caught them on a bad day, but the food wasn’t good and lacked flavor and quality we come to expect with Vietnamese food. The 2 stars is for the warm atmosphere and the friendly owner.

I’ve been here twice hoping the second time would be better than the first. It looks traditional but far from it. It looks like a traditional place but the food in flavor is far from it. The noodles were under cooked both times and just very poor service.

The egg rolls were undercooked, it was bright pink in the middle. The bun bo hue tasted watered down and completely non authentic. The noodles were undercooked. The Saigon fried rice was not terrible, it was very plain and hardly fried rice it was just white rice and pieces of eggs and pork in it no additional flavoring or vegetables. I stated my concern with the owner letting her know I was served undercooked food and I left all of my food untouched and didn’t ask for a to go box but she was silent and didn’t offer any solution. Hopefully your experience is better than mine!

Great food in an unassuming location. One of the best banh mi in the city. Often places stateside will make a banh mi with the fillings falling out or some kind of mystery sauce dripping from one side. Here everything is tucked in and stays there. Its just as good as any Vietnamese street stall Ive been to.Will happily return again and again.

The spring rolls were super crunchy and packed w/ filling, the Pork Terrine Banh Mi was absolutely delicious, and the Vietnamese coffee was one of the better examples Ive had.Its not fancy place, but the portions are insane for the cost, and the staff is super friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

I lived in Vietnam majority of my younger years and I would remember the delicious Pho my grandma would make. Sadly my grandma pass away and I moved to the U.S. No one can ever cook the same Pho as my grandma does. Until I stop in this little place. One sip of the broth and I have instant flashback of my childhood! Thanks to another Vietnamese friend of mine for the recommendation!

Delicious pho (in my top 3 Vietnamese spots in the city), strong coffee, and really nice atmosphere. A great place for lunch, at a reasonable price. If youre a connoisseur, their Saigon style pho comes topped with cilantro and onions and is available with rare beef, tendon, tripes, and meatballs, or chicken, with the standard basil, bean sprouts, citrus and hot chilis on the side.

Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors! Highly recommended!

My S.O. and I live just up the road. We stop by often to get some Thai Tea (something we have always loved but could not find) but today was the first day that we got food as well. While my S.O. got a sandwich, I got some of the beef Pho and loved it! I have had pho before but this was probably the best. It has a wonderful home cooked taste to it, and was fresh and made we feel good after eating it too. Would suggest to anyone.

The broth for their pho is out of this world delicious - home made each day and it shows! The spring rolls were also freshly made and fantastic. We will be back!

Family run and the food is delicious! Everything is freshly made and delicious, so for all the impatient people that cant wait for freshly made food, I suggest McDonald down the street.

Based off my first visit this place is already a gem. I got a Vietnamese iced Coffee and a Banh Mi to go. The coffee was so good and the sandwhich was awesome. Ill be coming back for sure.

They had some kind of meats in our food even after repeating at least a 5 times that we are vegetarians..No words .. there is not a whole lot to choose from .. when I called back they wanted to see proofs.. pathetic.. what kind of business is successful pushing their customers off.. one word. I love this place, never been there to dine-in but i order from ubereats all the time. The broth in their pho is perfect, not greasy at all. Also their veggie sub has tofu on it and its soooo yummy. Cant wait to dine-in some time.

Garbage. Very disappointed!!! First of all the service was terrible. There was just one costumer with us in the restaurant. The old lady there took Forever to take our order, nearly after 15 minutes. We ordered a PHO and shrimp fried rice. The PHO was ok but the shrimp fried rice looked like just satay shrimp over plain rice. Our order took Forever to come.

BAD SERVICE -- AVOID going here... for the fun of it try asking for vegetarian food... youd definitely see meat ... Cuz that happened to me. I got food at closing time and when I came home I discovered meat in my fried rice. I threw it out and when I called in next day manager was asking me to dig into my trash and get the food for proof .. I dont know howd you rate attitude in your services, but Id keep it as a primary requirement.Very bad service... Id ask all my family and friends to skip this place

This place has awesome, real-deal, bone broth Pho. They just took the crown of best Pho in Columbus, in my book. It was delicious and subtlety spiced and just like an inside out hug, like Pho should be.My wife got the fried rice and also loved it!Listen, Im sick today and not wording well. Their Pho made me feel so much better. Run here and buy the pho and be happy. :-)

I am a San Francisco Bay Area native and I relocated to Westerville and THIS PLACE REMINDS ME OF HOME! The pho ga is superior in flavor and the spring/egg rolls are super good too! The service is excellent everything is fresh! PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP ON THE Vietnamese COFFEE! Clean and phycologically took me to my HAPPY PLACE!

Small fast casual restaurant. The prices are very fair woth most thing less than $10 per.We had the pate chaud appetizer. It was awesome! Light flakey pastry puff with meat thats basically the inside of an egg roll. Delicately crispy, hot savory bites! Its a must try.The pho was good too! The beef pho broth was very rich. The broth tasted beefy. Different than most broth, but good. Perhaps a tad too oily for me. The fresh veggies balanced the grease!Overall it a must try and Ill be back.They have siracha of course!
