Went with a friend and grabbed coffee. The server was very nice, the paintings, other decor and cozy chairs, made the environment ideal for study or working on a project. We were there late in the evening, around 8pm and it was calm and warm. I am excited to return and get some homework and studying done! With good coffee, wifi, and a good work space, I think I may have found a new study spot.
Always ask the barista what their favourite drink is and trust them! This place gave two really great ideas for us to try and we enjoyed them immensely. One was a Maple latte and the other a frozen pumpkin latte. The pumpkin tasted very natural and the maple one made your mouth water. The service was kind and I am excited to try their scones the next time I get a chance.
Everyone is amazing and so kind. It’s a great place to focus and study or relax and unwind with a drink. Super happy with their beer and wine list, and their coffee is some of the best I’ve had. Would 1000% recommend coming here!!!
One line in SN was always my favorite coffee in the city but recently went to the Franklinton location and was super impressed. Very clean and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. More food options then the SN location and they serve beer! New favorite spot.
One of my favorite coffee shops in town. The drinks are always made well and delicious. They have a great variety on the menu from traditional cafe drinks to some sweeter flavored lattes—theyre all great. And the food is no joke. Breakfast biscuit sandwich is huge. This is little, but they are hands down the best at to-go orders in Columbus. I hate showing up at the pickup time and grabbing a cold coffee, or having to wait 15 minutes while they make it. If it says its going to be ready at 8:37, its ready at 8:37 and I so appreciate that. This keeps me coming back as a stop on the way to the office.
Excellent coffee and more excellent food, i saw another review complaining about a little wait time. Codswallop, ill wait a few more minutes than dunkin donuts for a exponentially superior product. I actually thought the wait time was short for the flavors i received. Youve never tasted a breakfast burrito like this. The rice was cooked perfectly, it had black beans, eggs, and cheese, and a little something along the lines of salsa, but it wasnt watery at all. The outer shell was toasted perfectly and has a light crunch to it.
Even with the social distancing, this place was still fairly busy! We purchased a drip coffee and an espresso… Both were incredible. You are required to wear a mask when you walk around inside, but once you sit down at a table, you can take your mask off. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Great coffee!
Great coffee shop and more! My family and I were in town for a few days and we came in everyday for coffee and light breakfast or snacks. Great coffee selection from blends to single origins to styles of coffee like pour over or cold brew. Im from NYC so to get a cup of pour over coffee for less than $5 is unheard of! Tried their Java, Rwanda, and Columbia El Progreso. All great! Their baked goods and breakfast sandwiches are also all on point. Staff is friendly and awesome, we spent time chatting with them, and very knowledgeable. Finally, they have a great beer happy hour menu! Come back after your coffee, grab a beer, and sit outside to enjoy the sun!
Yummy, yummy, yummy! Had a maple latte and a cinnamon roll. Surprise was that the cinnamon role had peaches in it. OMG what a delicious touch!! All I can say is that if I was local this would be the place I visited often!
I had one previous abysmal visit here that was saved only by the amazing barista with blue hair, after this last time I will not be returning. I went to buy a bag of beans and Jackie asked if I needed help, after a short conversation it is clear she knows nothing about the coffee industry and recommended a bag of coffee that was the opposite of what I explained I wanted. It is such a waste of my time and money. Next time I will head to a local coffee shop with a better staff.
I feel like I cannot rave more about this coffee shop. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming, and the coffee is top tier. I feel like after being let down by Starbucks and Dunkin again and again, its nice to have a place I know will always be good no matter who is making the coffee.
One Line has decent coffee (the mocha has little to no chocolate flavor btw). I’ve been here several times because the location is convenient. However, the low rating is for their astronomical slowness. Even if you’re the only one in there, prepare to wait 7-10 minutes for a standard latte. Oh, and if you’re lucky, the person who orders AFTER you may get their drink first (equal complexity not just opening a can of beer etc). It would be nice if the baristas prioritized customers in the order in which they come. This location has easy + free parking and the inside is cute. The baristas could be friendlier IMO but not the reason for 2 stars. Consider checking out better and more efficient coffee shops around town.
Erin recommended & made perfect lattes for us. The not-sweet but aromatic ginger snap latte & a tasty maple latte, with choice pastry selections to boot! The shop offers a variety of milk alternatives. They keep later hours on the weekends too, so you can get a lovely evening perk up :)
Love everything about this place, from the single origin espresso to even the decaf, all delicious. AND they serve alcohol here at this location, too!
I really love this location. Very small, casual. Almost never super busy. The location is pretty accessible and serves alcoholic beverages in the afternoons and evenings.
Delicious coffee. Dont expect a selection like a starbucks but everything on their short menu is really high quality. Great place for coffee snobs.
Staff were incredibly polite, and the Vanilla latte was one of the best Ive had in my life
Great coffee. Try the cheddar scone breakfast sandwich 😋
This is the coffee shop I have been looking for! I would Classify this as a 4th wave coffee shop as they use very high end equipment. I loved seeing a Acaia Orion bean counter and the automatic pour over bar. They are very focused on the fine details of coffee and it shows in the cup! It is a very simple menu and that is the way it should be, coffee is the focus not sugary syrups and nontraditional drinks. I will be back here as this place is now my #1 coffee shop. The only concern is the baristas didnt know much about the beans they were serving and asking how the beans were processed did confuse them.
The espresso here is amazing. Came in for the first time two weeks ago and with one sip I was blown away. Felt like I was in Italy again, except better. Seriously.
Fantastic coffee shop. The very friendly barista helped me out when I wanted to have a cup of the Congo bean coffee. Found a bag in the back and made me an amazing pour over. Great service and great atmosphere
Always amazing! Delicious coffee, tasty baked goods and excellent beer selection. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
Literally the sweetest coffee shop Ive been in. They are so welcoming & have such great recommendations for spots around Columbus.
Capital coffee for a capital city. Fantastic espresso. Not burned. Friendly staff. Lots of daylight, high ceilings, lovely all around neighborhood coffee place.
Love their spring drinks - the iced expresso & tonic has a very unique taste that I personally enjoyed and the pink jelly bean tea is also great! They make everything upon order do its always fresh.
Very nice atmosphere kind staff and the food and drinks are delicious. What a quaint addition to the area. Will return!
Great coffee, well-priced, and friendly baristas.
The best teas of any coffee shop in town. Vegan baked goods from Pattycake available.
One of the best ice maple lattes I ever had actually! If not THE best.
Good drinks! Sad I cant eat there though with my peanut allergy🥲
Great coffee, good ambiance. Recommend cycling or walking in, as parking is crazy tough!
I had to wait 10 minutes today just to order, one person making drinks and taking orders by themselves during rush hour. I cannot support a company that overworks its staff like this. I will never be coming back.
Cappuccino was over extracted. The guy working was rude to my date.
Just went in for the first time and I loved it. Great coffee, great service, great atmosphere/location. 10/10 would recommend. 👍👍
One of the top coffee experiences in the city. One Line is an incredible roaster and all that effort shines in this shop. One of the best espresso shots in the city.
Fascinating place; Ive lived in Franklinton since 2012, and Ive seen a lot, but I would say that I love the change. My friend and I were up early and wanted something to drink. I said, lets go to Tim Hortons, but Im not sure because my stomach started to hurt the last time I went there. She suggested looking something up, and Im telling her that there is nowhere else to go because everyone else around here doesnt have that touch. She googled coffee places nearby, and this place popped up; Im like, I never heard about this place, and Im curious to see what its about. We get there, and I felt like I was in heaven, Im not sure about her, but that place gave me new life, from the lovely clean, positive environment to the kind staff. We were greeted when we walked in, which is always a plus because you want to be acknowledged as a customer. We stood there looking around and then looking at each other like whatever theyre cooking smells good, and its making me hungry. We only had plans to get something to drink and go on our merry way, but that smell of the food had me in my feelings, and to top it off, the chef came out and hit us with some fun facts about the business and gave some good suggestions, and we were SOLD. I got a BKT, and I dont know what it was about that BKT, but I enjoyed every bite, and I recommend everyone try it out. My friend got something cheesy which I forgot the name because I was too into that BKT, but you get what Im saying. Thank you, staff, for all that you do
The baristas are friendly and remember your name. Ive had conversations with each that span weeks and its very enjoyable.
Informative and helpful staff and of course great coffee!
The best coffee and staff in town! Plus, at this location you can get amazing food and a beer or glass of wine if you want.
This place is amazing.Great staff. Very friendly, quick and efficient. The coffee is amazing and the wine selection is great. Definitely one of the best businesses of Franklinton.
Delicious Latte. Talking with the barista, she and I graduated from the same High School - Jackson Massillon, just years apart. What a small world!
Just discovered this place. Way better than Starbucks.
Very pleasant and warm atmosphere. Great selection of coffees, teas and other products.
It was great!!! Nice atmosphere, excellent service and delicious bakery items; especially the Basil and Tomatoes scone! Definitely worth a second visit!!!
Beautiful space and the great coffee you expect from One Line! The space was clean and bright. Baristas friendly and knowledgeable. Lattes and espresso were delicious!
Nice coffee, service and scones. Sandwiches are a little disappointing - sort of thing you can make at home - but overall probably the nicest coffee spot in the area
Great coffee spot in Franklinton with a good food selection
A nice clean coffee shop in the Franklinton Arts District, serving great coffee and fresh pastries
