The wife brought home this box of donuts. The blueberry cake donut was pretty good 👍. However, I must say the lemon filled donut was the most dense toughest donut Ive ever bit into! All the fried donuts were that way.. I had to use my hands to rip through the Donut as I bit it. I tore it open and ate the filling which was good. The bread wasnt even worth the calories. Idk if thats normal because this was the first time we tried donut central. Im not sure what the issue was she picked them up on a Monday morning. I read another review that said this place was better than Longs Donuts.... NOT A CHANCE!

Donuts are good but customer service skills need to improve. I don’t feel welcomed “no smile no hello welcome to donut central” when I come in just seems customers are more of an inconvenience. Been coming in once or twice a week and these experiences just turn me away.

Donut Central is a great place to go for donuts. They have a friendly atmosphere and offer unique combinations as well as your everyday favorites. They start making donuts ar 10 pm every night to ensure you get the freshest donuts possible. I tried the coconut cream bismark. It was fantastic. Stop in and check them out. You wont be disappointed!

Their donuts are always excellent. The girl behind the counter kind of soured the taste of them for us though. Rolling eyes at how long selection took, snappy comments, etc.

Homer Simpson comes to mind when you see Donut Centrals sign.The round donut, pink icing with sprinkles seen in homers hand - it could be their intention since the Donut is the same Donut seen in the TV series The Simpsons.As you approach the building the hours on the door - Monday thru Saturday 6am - 2p. These hours prevent business from purchasing donuts for employees before 6am, a terrible decision for business I think. More money to be made earlier in the morning. Dont worry there is another place in town who allows you to buy donuts super early.When you walk in the space seems large and welcoming although youre not hit with the smell of donuts like youd expect. Why?? Are the donuts not made here, maybe their trucked in.As you turn the corner youre in front of a small counter. If a large group or lines formed it could become contested.When deciding on the donuts the ones in front of you arent the ones you get or wasnt in our case, but the donuts were taken from the racks behind the case which dont look as good as the ones in your face.The seating area is painted with inspirational sayings and large flowers. On the wall is large scrabble tiles allowing you to make words. Great idea!I visited moments after they opened (6am) and just a few people were in line. The staff was very friendly and greeted us.It is exciting to walk into a new business seeing the donuts all lined up ready for the picking.The donuts are priced from $1.20-$1.40 but it is cheaper to mix them and get the dozen.The box the donuts are packed in is a standard white box with no markings. Maybe later theyll get something stamped on it. Giving it just a bit more Pizzazz to the experience.The donuts are small compared to what Im use to but still make your mouth water.The cinnamon nut rolls are thin and the maple icing leaves an after taste with a hint of grittiness. Although it was okay to eat it does appear to be frozen dough!!!If you love lemon filled - youll want to get the powered lemon filled donut.Overall experience is what Id expect, normal taste with no wow factor. Lets be honest its simple donuts! Im still loving Donuts N Coffee off State St.I wish them well, as this business is still growing from its early start.

EXCELLENT doughnuts! The expected choices as well as creative creations. Loved a strawberry cheesecake doughnut. Also loved the pictured turtle(?) cinnamon roll. Reeses dosant, smore, and maple bacon also all very good. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Best doughnut shop in Columbus.

World Class! I guarantee that you will not find a better donut anywhere close to here. Its not just donuts either. They have several gourmet breakfast sweets and amazing coffees to choose from as well. And to top it off, the staff is amazing!

Every time we go in here for a treat, the girl behind the counter is absolutely downright rude. She rolls her eyes and cannot seem to ever give you 30 seconds to pick out some donuts. You should support local business but not when you are treated the same way each time you visit. Won’t be back.

I have always been so warmly welcomed, and the donuts are so wonderful, my favs the new blueberry cream cheese croissant, or how about the maple bacon, or the lemon, or the coconut, oh, and the fruity pebbles, and the yeast, well they just melt in your mouth. This is definitely a MUST TRY when in Columbus. You can call ahead for drive up orders. Call for more information for menu and times. They even have delivery service!!!!

Christian based owners with a fun and tasty product! Very kind workers and was a great 1st experience. I didnt get there until almost 10am and they still had a line! I overheard some people being told there were some types sold out for the day, so shop early 😉

Good selection. Good service. Can be very busy in the morning. I have never had a bad experience at Donut Central. Several of their donuts are just fun (fruity pebbles topped donuts, for example).

We went in there over 3 hours before they closed & they were out of regular glazed donuts. They only had filled donuts left. I would have understood if it were close to closing time but it was not. A huge disappointment.

The morning i stopped in i wasnt impressed at all. I had heard great things about this place, but it didnt live up to the hype. The selection was limited=i can find a wider variety at Krogers. The creme in their creme-filled donuts was much too sweet for me. And they were a little pricey. It may be great for some people- they have gotten a lot of great reviews. But i wont be going back.

This place was fast and friendly. They have a great assortment of donuts with some great gourmet flavors, and theyre changing all the time so its always fun to go in and see what theyre selling. The donuts are good also... Very fresh. What I looked its that the staff are not afraid to make an assortment for you if you just want a variety.

Its my favorite donut place! They have the best tasting donuts Ive ever had. BUT! Theyre not open on Sundays, the day that most people want to go out an enjoy some family donut time.

We arrived at 6 am as they were opening on Sat morning. My children loved the large viewing window. The staff were still hand cutting the dough and making what I think was blueberry fritters. We watched for about 10 min. The staff smiled and waved at us and seemed to enjoy an audience. This alone was a treat for all of us but then we picked our donuts. I chose a cinnamon nut roll ( loaded with peanuts) my preteens chose chocolate cake with fruity pebbles and a long John with crumbled crispy bacon with maple icing. The donuts were so yummy, we ate them as soon as we got in the car. I also ordered a sweet Nitro and my husband had a Tinker coffee. Both were exceptional. The staff was very personable and greeted us warmly, thanks for coming to Columbus Donut Central.

Let me start with how amazing the donuts are, they have a large amount of flavors and offerings, from nutella donuts to bacon flavored, they are simply amazing.But the best part is the staff! Customer service in this place is probably the best Ive seen in Columbus bakeries.Definitely worth it!! My only complain may be that they close at 2 PM and sometimes I would love to have a coffee and a donut in the afternoons after work.

The donuts are so flavorful! They have fun events from time to time like the Harry Potter one going on now with Butter beer donuts! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. 11/10, would eat here again :)
