Next level customer service. Ive stopped reading signs on doors under the assumption that masks are optional for vaxxed customers, but they were super nice about telling me that theyve reinstated their mask policy. They didnt make me feel guilty at all, which is an accomplishment, since guilt is my default emotion. Also, I was presenting pretty femme today, but they defaulted to they/them pronouns when addressing me! I love that!The drinks are super good, and not all of their flavors are sweet. When I got the cardamom/clove drink, I remember thinking, ah, this sure is... exactly what I asked for... Dont be afraid to mix syrups if you have a sweet tooth. I got lavender/vanilla today and it was amazing.

Interesting multi use building. I finished my hybrid CPR and First Aid certification class in their mercantile area for my business. The other side you enter into initially really is a coffee shop!! That was nice. Quaint shop in a poor location though TBH...

Yum! Cute little place. Easy parking. Quaint interior. Creative lattes and coffee-based drinks. Friendly staff. Hit the marshmallow mocha. Seasonal for March but if it was year round I would not be mad about it!!!!!

Absolutely amazing community spot on the South side. If you’re a lactose intolerant dairy-loving human like me, you have to visit community grounds and get their vegan soft serve. It’s delicious and they have it every day of the week!

Stopped by for the first time today and was warmly welcomed by the staff who gave me a run down of the operation and provided some tips on the menu. The coffee was great. The vibe was great. The people were better.

A lovely coffee shop tucked right across from the Parsons Library. Community Grounds is the kind of place that the neighborhood was asking for. Unpretentious, welcoming, and warm. The owners do good for the area and have the best events. Its great to see a space that is so welcoming of children and their exhausted parents. Their drinks just continue to get better and better. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Absolutely wonderful service and yummy drinks. The chai is very flavorful. The cardamom clove with oat milk was a wonderful suggestion. The frozen hot chocolate with toasted marshmallow shot was absolutely delicious! Very happy and caffeinated now

Ive been meaning to come in for a while and so glad I did. They carry these nice soaps and art from local artists. The vegan salted caramel is on point! I hope them the best as they continue to grow.

I went for the first time today and I left with a huge smile! I had the Mexican Hot Cocoa and Vanilla Marshmallow soft serve! The soft serve was delicious and the service was amazing! I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend!

Community Grounds: Coffee & Meeting House. Great, high quality beverages. Good snacks, cookies, donuts, bagels, and the soft serve. The rotating flavors for the soft serve are always unique, and delicious. Vegan options too. Check it out.

Friendly service and great attention to details

I like this shop more every time I visit. They have delicious, from-scratch specialty drinks, and they have vegan drink options! I had the tastiest vegan pumpkin spice latte on my last visit. I hope in the future they will add vegan food options, too.It is a place I am confident I can meet up with a friend, and there will be a place for us to sit together. They sell products from local businesses, like soap and lip balm, and they display art from local artists. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and every employee I have interacted with has been a delightful personality.What I love most though, is their suspended coffee program, which allows you to purchase coffee or food for a stranger. A ticket is added to a box, and someone who is down on their luck can come claim it. I wish every coffee shop did this.They have lots of community events here as well. I have not been able to attend one yet, but I definitely plan to!

The owner is on higher grounds with his attitude, community minded actions and quality products n service. PERFECT place to have FEED & READ OHIO. This nonprofit group supports the community by turning the page on hunger. Today I visited this coffee shop for the first time. I ordered a white chocolate latte, and was very pleased with this choice. The barista was friendly and drink was quickly prepared. Parking situation for that area is a bit unclear. I ended up parking at the local library.

Super friendly owner. Loved getting a hot latte in a ceramic cup. Very inclusive feel to the place. All are welcome. Clean and bright. Would be a great place to get some work done during the week. And of course, they have vegan options.❤️

The vegan soft serve is delicious! I took two friends who are not vegan and they loved it! Plus this shop is local and invested in the community. Super friendly service! Its a win win!

I had a wonderful time. Joel was knowledgeable regarding the products and provided excellent service. The vegan soft serve with espresso poured over was a real treat. Yummy!! I highly recommend Community Grounds for coffee espresso smoothies tea snacks and merchandise.

This is a really great little coffee shop. The Family that own it are the nicest people ever. Its actually larger that I thought when driving by. The inside is bright and cozy. They have all kinds of fun random events to attend. They also agreed to host our Women Business Owners group. This place is a must visit especially if you love to support local businesses!

I always pass this coffee shop since it is so close to my house. Today I finally stopped in to check it out and of course grab a coffee. It is spacious and very welcoming inside. A great place for meetings or just a coffee date. Also : They still have their pumpkin spice latte on the menu which absolutely made my day as it is probably the last place in town where you can find it! Go get one while they still have it!

Love the overall look of this place. Very clean, spacious and not overly crowded like some of the more popular places around town. I loved being able to enjoy drinks that are carefully made (and made the way you ordered it) and enjoy the chill atmosphere. This might just be my new favorite coffee shop. The owner (and family) are super nice and pleasant people.

This place has been amazing since even before they were open. I have rarely met a neighborhood coffee shop so invested in their community. Beyond beautiful! Even when life throws them curve balls, they have risen above it all. My kidlet loves it, too. Comfy couches with play area and toys! Great place to meet someone. Once the city opens back up, I am going to chill there one afternoon a week, for sure. Until then, its ordering through the app and picking up some Grogg on the days I need a jump start! 💜

This local coffee shop is a great find. The coffee is great, the owner is really nice, and the bakery items are fantastic. The only downside to this shop is the hours. I have only been able to visit a few times because I have to be at work before it opens and it closes before I leave work. It is also not open on the weekends. I wish I could visit more often because it is definitely worth the visit.

Just opened! A great place to get a delicious, affordable cup of coffee on the South Side! Theyve other drinks and goodies as well. Family owned and operated by folks who not only live in the neighborhood but are - and have long been - heavily invested in its development for all residents. The name REALLY stands for something, and youll feel that right away when you visit!

I absolutely love this place! i usually get the mocha with oat milk or the southside chai with oat milk. both are delicious! also they are super welcoming to families... we go in with our three young kids and always feel wanted. they even have a small children’s area with toys and games!bonus: this place is locally owned by a lovely couple who lives in the neighborhood :) it’s so great to have a delicious, family friendly, reasonably priced coffee shop in our neighborhood!

A great space in an area which really needs a coffee shop, but only once in the past two weeks have I found it open. It wont be very much longer that I stop looking to see if its open only to see a Closed sign on the door--again. I hope to update this review with at least four stars should it ever decide to really be in business.

What a great atmosphere! Live music, relaxed & friendly vibe. Staff was friendly and coffee was great but I would especially recommend the iced chai- delicious! I would rather support a small family owned business over any nearby chain any day! Very family oriented, they even have toys in the back to entertain my toddler! I will be back for sure! I want to check out an open mic night!

Best coffee in Columbus! House blend is smooth and robust medium roast. Add the great service and community engagement, and you have a superior coffee experience.

I originally gave it 4 stars for good cold brew coffee and potential for nice environment. They are expanding their hours and open in the morning. Their staff is courteous and new items and events are being added all the time! Check it out!

Lavender Berry ice cream is amaaaaaaaazing!

I came in with my wife during the grand opening. We got the chai and lavender lattes. The chai wasn’t too spicy and the lavender wasn’t too sweet which is usually the case at most cafes. The vibe is cool and the staff is so kind. There was an area for children to play and we got to meet the owners. It’s a more casual feeling place than a fox in the snow. Overall a good experience.

Quiet, unpretentious. Coffee isn’t brewed great - it’s usually under extracted and sour - but it’s nice to have a solid coffee shop to walk to!

Great atmosphere good food and drinks

Ive recently really got into drinking coffee the last few years. Ive tried dunkin tim hortons starbucks McDonalds but the Iced Mocha Latte here blows everywhere else out of the water!!!! I believe its the espresso they use but its amazing. My wife is in love with there home made Chai Tea as well! The staff is very friendly and outgoing. Its a very nice place to have coffee and just hang out. My daughter wife and friend ended up just hanging out playing cards while drinking our drinks. Love it here!
