Very mediocre experience. They were unable to make a pour over, and didnt have an everything bagel for my sandwich. Sausage was the only option for meat on the sandwiches.The sandwich and coffee were average at best, although thankfully not too expensive ($7 total). My sandwich took ten minutes to make, and the only employee there complained about the new management.The bathroom had toilet paper just sitting out, instead of in the holder, and I had to unclog the toilet myself.The decorations inside were also all religious, which I found annoying. Im here for coffee, why do you feel the need to rub your religion in my face? Strange choice on a college campus. Overall, I wouldnt recommend Coffee Connections and wont be returning.

An awesome addition to the Gateway community. Ive been to their Hilliard location multiple times, this is a great expansion for the brand. Bre was very knowledgeable of the menu and options, if you love coffee, theres a new favorite spot in University District!

Really good coffee, a decent variety of drinks and the owner is very knowledgeable about their beans. Pour overs are very good with several different beans to choose from.

This is a great place to go hangout for the day and get some work done! They may not have as many options as your fancier coffee shops but their brown sugar cinnamon flavor lattes are really unique and delicious, as is the trifecta roast. They also offer smoothies and milkshakes, tea, and cider. Its a perfect little place to work and really close to campus. Plus, they are a great presence in the community around them, donating tips to charity and offering a Love your neighbor campaign where you can buy a cup of coffee for someone in the community and pay it forward. Loved their place in Hilliard, and Im glad to have one close to campus!

Me and a few buddies of mine visited Coffee Connections for the first time today and our experience was extremely pleasant. The young lady who took care of us was very accommodating and very helpful. Our drinks were festive and delicious, and we will certainly be back soon.

Awesome coffee! I went here on a Saturday and it was very relaxed. I sat and studied and I didn’t feel rushed out the door. The interior is very clean and well maintained and they have a fireplace which adds a homey touch. It’s very accessible to university students as well.

I love Coffee Connections!! This place has such a cool atmosphere and is very cool to be at. I come here with friends to study a lot and love the coffee. I usually get a caramel macchiato because that’s my favorite but they have so many other good things to choose from. They play great music to study or read to and it’s very peaceful. It’s not too loud or not too quiet. The staff is awesome and they always greet you very nicely when you walk in and want to order something. They can explain the menu to you and answer all your questions. Truly a great place for coffee and friends!! You should seriously consider checking this place out!!

This coffee shop is dedicated to making the community they are located in a little better place. The barista, managers and owners have always given me stellar service and make me feel like Im a friend, not just another customer. The pour-over coffee and homemade syrups are amazing. Never had one of their hot teas, though.

Coffee Connections is the addition The Gateway has been needing for quite some time. I work nearby and this is now my coworkers and Is exclusive coffee spot. The staff always greets you with a smile and their drinks are great! We often have small meetings at the shop as it has a great atmosphere; good music, welcoming layout and design and as I said before, great coffee. Its a great way to start the work day!

Absolutely love this place! I was there on opening day and quickly fell in love with the place. Wonderful atmosphere, incredible friendly staff, and of course, best coffee in town!! Coffee connections makes a great addition to the gateway!!!

I had a Guatemalan pour over that was really great! Got to hear about their partnerships with their producers and local businesses. Good coffee, good atmosphere, and doing good with their business.

This is a great place to study. The coffee is awesome and the Wifi pretty reliable! The seating is very cosy too and its nice that they open pretty early even on weekends. If youre looking for a quiet place to study, this is great!

If you are looking for a sweet spot to do your homework or follow up on those emails, Connections is a must.Sweet spot, great drinks, and awesome customer service.

Brand new small shop which brings some much needed personality to the Gateway. Drip coffee is spot on and the service is splendid. Will return!
