This location is pretty terrible. I’ll never forget when they decided to put up a tacky, computer generated, Microsoft word document sign that stated they were closing at 4p one day. I called corporate and they confirmed they’re much later and normal store hours closing time. The standard here is terrible and if this isn’t the Zara way, corporate needs to come in and make some serious changes. …But you all steadily spending your money. I don’t shop where I have complaints. I learned my lesson my first encounter with this store. Shop online Columbus until they get their professionalism together. Case close.

Terrible customer service, rarely organized, and always short-staffed. The dressing rooms are still closed and there are only 1-2 registers open, resulting in massivecheckout and return lines that take at least a half hour and sometimes stretch all the way to the front door. In-store pickup for online orders seems like a good option, but it’s not. They never have your order ready (even after confirmation email) so you wait in line for ages just to have to come back a few days later. The manager is less than helpful. I wish they didn’t have cute clothes so that I could just eliminate Zara from my life due to my several experiences at the Easton location.

I’ve always shopped at Zara i love their clothes but this store is not great. It’s always messy, the line is always long and today this young kid working at zara was rude just gave me an attitude didn’t even said please or thank you. after returning the clothes I tried on she just took the clothes from me and didn’t even bother to say anything i said thank you and she just completely ignored me then I heard her talking to her co work “im grumpy today i just don’t feel like it” like what?! if you don’t want to work retails then don’t! or if you’re not in the mood you do not take it to other people especially to customers. I will never shop here again.

Did not accept returns without a receipt despite all tags being present. Not even store credit. If youre not going to let clothes be tried on at least allow for returns. Will never shop here again

The main floor was a Mess, things thrown everywhere, literally no organization to the clothing that was in the store. Limited choice of things to choose from. Very disappointing!

Don’t understand why they do not allow in-store items to be returned without a reciept. Old navy does it Macy’s does it. Literally most stores do this. Zara should have enough money to update their old “system”.

Large store, but horrible horrible customer services. Every single time I’ve been here, the line has been half way to the front of the store. On top of that, merchandise is never neat or sorted on the go back racks. That is literally all you have to do once the store closes, so I’m not sure why it’s not done. I’ve worked retail, I know.

Zara easily makes it on my Must Stop list when I head out to the mall. The styles and trends are always top level. The layout and environment of the store overall is always clean and well kept. The sales reps dont approach you much, unless you call for there attention. When they are requested they have been very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. You guys have a regular from this side! Keep it up ladies and gents.

My favorite shopping store in Easten mall! Very unique collection

The store sales floor is always clean and tidy, very well arranged. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do well helping you find your fit and help you better complete your look.The fitting room had clothes stacking up in the individual room I was in despite the attendant working the rooms.Great quality of clothes at a great price.Overall a great visit and will return at some point Im sure.

Do not do business with this company period. Absolute worst customer care possible. Package was said to be delivered on the 12th of December. I check following day it says possible delay on delivery. I then wait another day and call their customer service where I am told to wait 24 hours for it to be updated. 48 later it is updated as delivered on the 12th. Never happened, I have security cameras and I was home that day. In a panic I order another pair to try to have shipped to local store, since this is a Christmas present for my daughter, hoping I could get them shipped to store in time. I call customer service to tell them the package was never received and that I went ahead and ordered another pair since I need these by Christmas. He told me he was making a missing package case and I would be contacted. So I just received an email stating that my claim was denied because it was delivered . Why would I call twice after said package was delivered if it was delivered? Why would I order another pair of the same boots if I received the first pair??? Do not trust this company.

Ultra marvelous, the service employees synergized respectfulness rubs off in a great way with people there. So nice I almost forgot why I was there and wanted to stay. Thank you.

Pathetic store and stock available in that store. I dont even know how come people buy and wear such useless and nonsense clothes which I could never imagine to even wear as my sleepwear. I would definitely not buying from here or recommend this place!!!

Of all the pop up fast fashion stores in the world, this place by far takes the cake for modern fashion at a good price. They always have such beautiful clothing. I have no complaints! Staff are well dressed and very professional, it’s very obviously a notch above the H&M’s of the world and f21 etc.

Im wondering if they should reserve their young ladys for the mens department. The store was was new to me. And I enjoy personal service when shopping. The guy, seemed really disinterested in helping, but the young lady- definitely gets 5 Stars from me. Frankly, Id prefer to only go back if shes on the schedule. Thanks for your help!

Great selection

Never been but my husband said we should and I was happily surprised. It was a very nice store with great prices, friendly staff and modern clothes. Even bought a double pack of cologne and it didnt only smell great but awesome price too! Cannot wait to go back for a visit!!!

Very different

This is my new favorite store! So I was so happy that Easton got one since it’s my favorite mall. This Zara has such friendly people! Also the store was so organized. Can’t wait to come back, keep it up Zara!

In March, I made a purchase at the Zara store at Easton. I ordered from online, but paid in the store. The item supposed to be shipped to the store. I waited for the email confirming the delivery of my purchase, but I never received it. The pandemic started and the store closed. Meanwhile I called the Corp and asked for a refund or the purchase to be delivered at my place. I was told that is not possible due to the way the purchase was made (in store order). After the store opened following the pandemic I went to the store to see what is the situation of my order. I spoke with the manager, Carla who did not offer much help. She took my info and the order number and said she will call the next day with updated information. I never received that call, either....Now, after more than 3.5 months I don’t know what happened with my purchase. I put a stop on my card for this purchase and the company will need to provide information in regards to this purchase.Bad customer service, management, and will shop at other stores not Zara!

WOW! I have grown up in the retail industry my whole life and I have never seen such horrible customer service! They were so unfriendly and stubborn. We found a pair of shoes and one shoe was off colored from the other and completely scuffed up, when we pointed this out they provided no solution to the issue even though we were still willing to buy them for a discount. Truly astonished by the poor behavior, won’t be coming back for awhile. Time to support small and local.

Lots of options for men who are typically hard to buy for. Found a fitted, button up shirt for my fiance who is muscular, has a very thick neck and broad shoulders. Nice dress shirt with a slight stretch to the fabric.

In my experience they even returned an item from my order without my consent and then would not let me have it back/buy it back and I was rudely told to call customer service. Fine clothes. Fashionable, fun and decent priced clothing! This is my go to when I need something....I know Ill always find something here! Shoes are way over priced, jewelry is lacking but clothing is cute and fun. Do make sure to try things on as the sizing seems off.

The workers here are so respectful and amazing. I’ve been to so many Zara stores and haven’t seen such great customer service then the one like this. Was greeted respectfully, quick line, and all the clothes was wel organized, just the way I like to shop! The kids department overall was my favorite! Will for sure come back again!!!

WORST customer service ive ever experienced. 2 STORE MANAGERS (both store managers as of July 2019) HUNG UP on me and I had to call the store 4 times and the phone rang for over 10 minutes each time. Managers need to realize u dont just hang up when its inconvenient for them. Took a month to get a refund because the managers never approved online return cases. Ridiculous. I couldnt imagine hanging up on a customer. Definitely called the Zara corporate to report these 2 male and female managers.

Was so excited they opened because Zaras selection is by far my favorite in the world. Their customer service/ manager needs a lot of work. Would return my items, began to laugh at me when i told them i was unsure if it was washed (i purchased two days ago just needed to swap out size). I told them i doubt it was washed unless my gf did it. They asked me “would you buy this if it was on the counter” i told them absolutely, its brand new. They laughed again and said its clearly worn... i told them to check the receipt and then they continued to laugh. Ended up throwing the clothes that i was going to exchange (and buy more) and told them to throw it away then. Waste of my time (45 minute drive) and money.Called the customer service # i found on google, most helpful people in the world and i understand Zara generally does not operate like this. I hope to see change in the very near future & i will continue to shop once there is a change made.

Paid 70 dollars for a pair of jeans and the leg seams do not match . One leg is completely different than the other.

I was very excited that the Zara store opened at Easton. I had some bad online customer service from Zara the past week and wanted to swap out 3 pairs of pants, 3 sweaters and a pair of shoes purchased online for some other items. I was greeted by a hired security guard, not a sales associate, told to go upstairs to return, only to be greeted by the only sales person working an entire floor by himself, and told that I needed to return items back downstairs. Once I was in the proper place, I was greeted by a woman who wouldnt as much look up at me, to continue to hang a top on a hanger, only to be told that my online purchase had to be returned online. So I turned around and left without accomplishing a single thing. Thank you Zara for wasting my time with your poor policies. And on a what some will call a catty side note, the BRAND NEW Zara store had very dirty floors, merchandise poorly hung everywhere and piles of clothes thrown about. Fast fashion apparently means lack of pride to Zara.

Worst, most beligerant employees I have ever experienced in a retail store in my life we have ever encountered. We are from New York and we have never even had anyone in New York be this rude to us. My wife was trying on multiple jackets. She set the jackets on top of HER jacket on the floor. A sales associate came up to my wife and said excuse me I dont want MY merchandise on the floor. Then my wife trying on a black jacket puts hands in pockets TAGS& SENSORS IN POCKET thank God they have cameras they treated us like we did it OMG my wife went to our car and cried for 20 min . Verbally attacked my wife this is NOT OK

Was super excited for Zara to open. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone that works there acts as if they are inconvenienced to help you. Almost everyone working was leaning on counter together chatting or on their phones. Sad because I had a large stack of children’s clothes I wanted to purchase but couldn’t bring myself to support this location. Absolutely awful.

Like others have stated, this store has the worst customer service ever. We found the mini-skirt my wife bought to be defective after washing it. She hasnt worn it at this point after trying it at the store.When we brought it to the store to exchange or return it, they asked us how we washed it. We told them exactly what we did, cold machine wash and then hang dry. The store manager told us that we needed to iron it as well, so she went ahead and did it for us. It did appear to be a little bit better, but the next day the inside skirt portion was longer than the outside part again. After we went back to the store for the third time, they repeatedly questioned us again about how we washed it. This is not the first time weve purchased clothing from Zara and my wife did not even wear it after washing it, and it felt like they treated us like liars and would not offer any solutions to this issue. Instead, they just gave us the number to their customer service department.So we contacted Zaras customer service and submitted everything necessary to get a claim started. I was quoted a return time of 2-3 business days, but a week later someone finally contacted me, just to state that the product was not defective and there was nothing they could do.Huge waste of time, and it seems Zara treats their customers like liars. Stay far, far away.
