I am so relieved that they have a mothers room!!! I was able to pump and change my babies. It had 2 chairs, a table, changing station and sink. It even has a free charging pad dispenser. It is located on the 2nd floor through the womens lounge by the bathrooms.

I always enjoy a visit at Von Maur. Well organized, clean with friendly staff. Great clothes and up to date fashions. This is one of my favorite stores 😍

Ive been here many times and its always a great place to shop.. They almost always have someone playing live piano. They have just normal clothing as well as higher end items. 5/5 as its always clean and bright inside. Only thing Id say Id like better is the trashcan right by the door in the mens restroom. I hate having to touch a door handle without a hand towel.

Von Maur is one of the best department stores in Columbus. They truly service their customers. They offer good wrapping, coat and baggage checks (hint always park by this store for this service) and they offer a$0 free credit card... No fees ever. And they sell high quality merchandise.

The Christmas decor is out and its adorable! The staff is super friendly (not pushy) and I always love walking through this store to see what treasures I can find.

I dont have any experience with this store as a customer, however, I wanted to share an experience that happened while parked outside of this store. While in town on a weekend trip to Columbus, to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, we stopped by the mall to do some browsing & shopping. He parked in a handicap spot by the curb, which was near the entrance where the trees/bushes are. When we got back to my car, I noticed someone had ran into the back of my car, resulting in damage. Id just gotten this long overdue car in June & wasnt happy at all. The 2 employees (both woman) I spoke with on the day of the incident, 8/2, were pleasant, apologetic & gave me the phone # for mall security, Id requested. When I returned the following day to see if the store camera closest to my car picked up anything (mall security told me the day before that the camera(s) on the building were property of Von Maur corporate), the gentleman in the shoe department was pleasant & apologetic. He walked with me (as my family slowly walked behind to let me speak with him uninterrupted) to the customer service desk. Marsha, I think her name was, tried reaching out to someone & ended up needing to take my name & phone # down, for someone to call me back. I appreciate her doing this! The gentleman that called me back told me the incident wasnt on camera, because the camera was recording something else at the time, but, my conversation with mall security was on camera. Im sharing this information in a review so its common knowledge for customers/visitors to know that you cant always rely on cameras to capture incidents like mine or something worse that could potentially happen. Its unfortunate, because these days, cameras are needed to tell a story of what happened in many situations.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was well organized and easy to navigate. Our gifts were wrapped and sent out of state for us. It was literally one stop Christmas shopping. I would absolutely recommend Von Maur. I will be a forever customer.

Anyone else out there experiencing difficulties with returns?? Von Maur claims they changed their return policy while stores were closed for the pandemic. When asked for a copy of the policy change, it’s date, and when it took effect, the company was unwilling to provide this answer. They retroactively changed their return policy on my purchase. Extremely disappointed and I warn against anyone hoping for help with returns they were unable to complete due to COVID 19 closures. You have lost my business for sure and I do hope after reading this, you lose more business.

Don’t be intimidated as it appears to cater to mostly affluent customers. However, they offer a great affordable clearance section. Store Ambiance is outstanding with a live pianist playing in the lobby! Wonderful experience!

Their clothes will last a lifetime they are good well made long wearing clothes. This is what a department store should be. Always friendly staff, always available staff, well dressed staff, piano playing, lots of selection, clean bathrooms, great atmosphere. Prices are a bit higher because you don’t see a new “sale” every 30 seconds. All those “sale” stores are annoying and von maur refuses to play their games.

This store has always been a very beautiful store. I dont shop here often and when I do its to look at the selection of seasonal gifts/ household. I havent had a ton of interaction with the employees, they dont make a huge effort. I still recommend it, connected to the mall, plenty of parking. Clean bathrooms.

I was here in the company of my friend and had great time window shopping. There were too many top quality wears to opt for and I find it hard to leave. Parking space for cars is more than enough to accommodate several vehicles. The store personnel were very courteous and customer-friendly too.

My wife and I visited the Columbus store yesterday afternoon . She was in need of a new pair of comfortable, easy on and off shoes. Fortunately we were greeted by a wonderful sales person(Casandra Ingram). Miss Ingram was patient, very low key, but informative as different shoes were tried on. She displayed compassion as my wife has Parkinsons Disease. I am the worlds worst shopper, but this experience was extremely positive for both of us.Selling a quality product is extremely important in business, but more important is employing quality people. On this afternoon I give Von Maur an A+. We bought the shoes!

Von Maur has deals you just have to look for them. However I am willing to pay a bit more for a clean store. They also have excellent customer service. Its hard to find associates who really care about what they do. I love Von Maur. The fitting rooms are always clean too.
