Brittany your review is a lie considering it is mostly African American that work there. Did it make you feel relevant Karen? thats an absolute lie all the employees black or white are friendly and courteous to everyone if youre in there doing something youre not supposed to be doing would be the only time they would be following you around, so your review is an absolute lie I have shopped here for years and I do mean years youre a liar.

I loved the layout of this place! The entire store had a very natural flow and the store feels like the TARDIS, bigger on the inside.The staff were very friendly, which is a welcome change from some of my local stores.The prices were fair for second hand goods. They write on non-clothing items with what feels like a wax pencil which comes off easily. Women’s clothes and especially plus sized women’s clothes weren’t priced way higher than men’s or straight sized clothes which is a VERY welcome change. I love the set up for the color tags for deals, in Pittsburgh (where I’m from) only one store does the three color variation the way this store does.Lots of plus sized women’s clothes in great styles and in good condition which you don’t often see.I picked up quite a few items and my total was loooooow. Absolutely will be back for more clothes.

This is where I go when Im on a spending spree (save up for the trip from Zanesville). The quality of their merchandise is so worth it. Their warehouse is big! Filled with so much. If you only go there once in a while, give yourself at least an hour to peruse. You will find so much for your wardrobe but theres many great treasures hidden on the shelves, waiting to be found.

I just dropped off four bigs bags of clothes and other miscellaneous items that belonged to my granddaughter and myself. Im just glad I could donate the items to such a great organization. Thank you!

Good quantity and variety of stuff - both the front and the back sections of the store have notable stock so be sure to check out both! The fitting rooms are also freely accessible, no need to ask to have them opened like other thrift stores which is nice. Only docking a star because this is the only thrift store I’ve been to where they have NOT installed dividers between the cashier and the customers - which I think is important to have for the health and safety of their staff in these pandemic times.

These items up for resale are brought in and donated by the surrounding city and VOA always advertises a color trio with sale percentages. But before the shop is open ...said colors are GREATLY removed to the back room. A CLASSIC CASE OF BAIT AND SWAP. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I love this particular location! Its always clean. The staff is polite. They greet you as you walk in. There are plenty shopping carts and shopping bags. The items are nice and priced fair.

Every time I come in here at least find something I need for the house maybe not need but one that gives that perfect little touch no matter what. Im just always remember youre always getting a bargain and youre always giving back. Here are two of my best finds.

I am just leaving this thrift shop. An african american woman was a fellow shopper there and had to alert the manager that she noticed she was being followed by an employee while she shopped. I have never experienced that while shopping here but I promptly put my things back and left. I will not shop at a store that racially profiles its customers, what a disgrace.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores because of the huge variety of clothes and household items at the absolute best prices anywhere. Organization and tag accuracy are pretty terrible but the deals cannot be beaten. It is well-staffed with awesome people but is usually busy (the great prices are not a secret.) They have tag sales, dressing rooms, and they are wheelchair accessible. Not the best parking lot but there are enough spaces.

This thrift store is everything! We are having all DIY micro wedding during this pandemic and this store as well as the one on Indianola Ave have legit provided all the supplies we needed. Love this place!!!!

Very cool thrift store. They have a nice selection of merchandise, that always changing daily. They have so much clothes! Items are sorted by color, and season. Nice selection of used electronics. Very reasonable prices, even in their famous labels / designer section, which is always packed with quality items. This is one of the best, if not the best thrift store the Columbus area.

I should preface my review by saying I shop only for womens small and medium sizes. I think of this thrift store as my medium thrift store. There are ones in town that are nicer, and ones that are not so nice. Theres a pretty big range in selection, with a better brand section, and a regular session that is quite a bit cheaper. Ive had pretty good luck finding things here that were fashionable. The staff is always friendly.

I like this thrift store quite a bit. It is very large and has a huge selection of clothing. We almost always come here for back to school clothes and fill everyones closet for less than a $100. The housewares and toys section is also nice.

This is my favorite thrift store. They have a great selection and really good prices, even if its not half price day. The store is always clean and there are changing rooms so you can try on the clothes before you buy them.

In the past I have generally liked this store. Its not particularly clean ever, but there arent too many thrift stores that are and I always wash the clothes before I wear them anyways so it never really bothered me too much. The two star rating comes from my last experience. Everyday they have a few certain colors that are 75, 50,and 25% off. I searched 8 aisles for the 75, and 50% colors and didnt find one. Come to find out the employees are talking about how theyve gotten every one of those colors off the racks to put back on later when there are other colors on sale. Why even post a sale?! Just leave prices what they are and stop trying to trick your customers... very disappointed.

I love this store. I only had one problem though. I bought a cordless phone not realizing it was part of a set that needed the base to work. So why sell it like that? Went back and got the base and didnt realize it didnt have the power adapter. I was trying to save money by not buying a new phone and ended up spening the price of a new one and still had to buy a new one. Anything else Ive bought from here I had no problems with.

I went to 1/2 price today... Spent $47.57 and pink tags were supposed to be 75% off but the cashier only gave me 50% off on my 4 pink tags... I called and spoke to the manager and she said i had to bring the receipt and the items with the tags still attached... I told her i already removed the tags before looking at the receipt but i had the tags and receipt.. She was VERY RUDE and said they couldnt refund my money because the tags were removed and hung up on me.

13 yr old was trying to purchase a camera for me to surprise me for my birthday. He was told he couldnt buy it because he was underage what since when is there an age limit to see things in a showcase or to purchase something from thrift store sounds a bit like discrimination to me

People are fairly friendly. Prices are a little high compaired to right next door. Store is organized but old and pretty dirty.

I love it here and always find a lot of nice things, some with tags still on them.

They dont deserve one star but you cant go lower. The store is dirty and many of the clothes are smelly and overpriced. The management is unprofessional and well in need of training in customer relations. Perhaps a company will donate classes toward the advancement of higher education in quality salesmanship.
