Always love coming to this store, the employees are always super friendly and welcoming and everything is in great condition for recycled fashion. Been shopping here since it opened instead of going to main brand stores. Very happy with every experience!

Nice quality second hand clothes. Great selection for smaller sizes like 0-10/12 but not too good for the bigger plus sizes. Prices seemed reasonable for the quality. Everything was clean and the clothing was organized. The whole store has a nice fresh clean smell that we noticed when we first walked in, which was very pleasant.

This is like a basic persons dream. A thrift store it is not, think of it as a Rag-o-Rama with Karen vibes. Bleh

This was my first time here at the store and I loved it!!! Me and my family go on vacation to Virginia Beach next week for my nephews graduation and I found all the things I needed! My daughter loved the store as well as she found the right type of shorts and tops that she likes to wear! First time shopping there.. we had a great time picking out items.. very nice customer service..

Was beyond disappointed. They advertised fill a bag for $20 and showed clothes hanging in store. They didnt open doors until 10:45 when store says it opens at 10. Than you had to stand in line and pay for a bag and you could only pick from the totes they had outside, basically things they couldnt sell. Shouldnt advise clothes on racks if that wasnt part of the deal. Also they could have collected the money while we waited in line for 45 extra minutes while they were still setting up. Will never waste my time with this place again.

The worst of the Uptown Cheapskate locations in the Columbus area. Go to Hilliard or Dublin, itll be worth the drive.I brought things in to sell and waited an hour, with only one buy ahead of me. Theyd been done with my buy for 40 minutes and just never said anything; didnt get the text notification either. Staff are a bunch of high-schoolers who just want to get off work so they can go spend their paycheck, and theyre not super willing to help and dont seem to care if youre there or not.The selection was alright, which is the only reason the review is 2 stars and not 1.

I called ahead, before driving over an hour to sell a basket of cloths. They said they were buying things. I took Nike, UA, Addidas, AE, MK, Pink, Vans, BM, All new or new condition. I took it all nicely folded, after going through, and throwing everything back in the basket waded up, they picked 2 t shirts and said they cant sell the rest. The things I brought were nicer than what I saw in the store. I went strait to the Dublin Uptown Cheapskates.. They bought the whole basket for $110.00. So you know it was good stuff. Idk what happened at Easton, if they werent buying or didnt like us or what, but it was a waste of time and we were treated rudely by goibg there. I would reccomend the Dublin store to everyone. The have different owners and they have a much better inventory, as they buy nice things.

This was my first time shopping at this store. Everything was very clean and organized. I found a lot of clothes that I was looking for. I will definitely be back and I will recommend this store to friends.

The customer service was the best, everyone there was very helpful, I enjoyed every second in there, I bought a jacket from there it was firee 🔥 I can’t wait to wear it . Love this place! They offer you a good amount of money to sell your clothes. All of the clothes they sell are in great condition at a great price. Like, Free People jeans for $12 that look brand new. You cant beat that! Also the staff is so friendly.

Seems to be catering to a younger and younger crowd. I 1st went in about 18 months ago and there were things for everyone. Now, most of the stuff is for 20 somethings. No longer impressed with this store. I will continue to use Hilliard and Dublin, but not Easton.

Amazing store. Really well organized. Separated by sizing and color. Bright store with Lots of space. Well decorated with items for sale. Had no problem walking out with some new gems for minimal $$. Run don’t walk!

Definitely my favorite thrifting experience. They have all of the popular brands, e.g. Jordan, Nike and Adidas. The staff is amazing, and it’s incredibly easy to find great products in this very organized store. Get there as fast as you can!

Yikes. Steer clear of this store. The management at this store is the worst! Don’t expect them to do anything for you. They don’t help you and rudely turn you away if you find something wrong with THEIR clothes. I found several men’s tshirts with holes in them and they looked at me like I was stupid. I unfortunately couldn’t find the corporate email. This store is the worst. If you want bad customer service from management then go there.

Loved the fun, little hipster vibe of this place. Was greeted by two cool young women and great style clothes everywhere. One eager girl offered me 80% immediately certain items, and I was intrigued, excited to find my youngest a jack and skirt for her cosplay . The girl in the Black Sabbath shirt said no problem even though it had expired. Am impressed with both their customer service, will be back.

Sorry had to edit my post I tried to return and buy something else in the store and was told noYoung lady at the counter said well buy it back for you but not even at a fraction of the price you paid They cant even reprint your receipt. 80$ is what I paid so Im stuck with shoes my son cant even wear. What a way to run a company shame on you.

My experience wasnt terrible but the management wasnt very helpful. The workers didnt answers my questions too well and they also seemed to be very uncomfortable with a male coworker on the floor. When i asked what was wrong they dismissed it but you could definitely tell something was off. Wouldnt recommend.

My dad and I hated the management!! He was not very helpful AT ALL!! My dad pointed out fake Jordans and fake Coogi sweatshirt! We found shirts with holes and them and he looked at my dad and had a very rude response. The employees also looked very uncomfortable with the manager! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I liked this store the first couple times I went, but recently I’ve had some bad experiences. I purchased an item at a different location out of town and was told there I could return at any location, then came to this one to return and was rudely turned away. Couple weeks later I tried to return a shirt I bought for a family member at this location and was told I could only get store credit, which I was never told when I originally checked out. This policy doesn’t quite seem fair, especially considering items can’t be tried on due to COVID-19. Now I have a coupon and store credit that seem useless since I don’t think I want to shop here again

They have nice stuff, its clean and organized. You cant try on the clothes though. They def got some gems in that store.

Very nice selection of clothes. Had some awesome shoes. Went there for anime costumes, found stuff perfect for starwars and a really sexy dress for the rave. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very friendly. Very satisfied with the experience.

This store could be great. The selection is large and varied. I saw many things I would have maybe bought, they were priced unreasonable, especially for non-new items. They had a mens watch I would have absolutley bought. I buy all of these I can at Platos, usually for about $15-25. Here it was over $60. To give you an idea, I bought a new one at Nordstroms rack for less than that. That watch I noticed has been in the case last time I came several month back. Just a thought, but why not price items more competetively and actually sell more stuff?

Was offered $12 for a pair of lululemon leggings, and 2 logo champion tees. I passed on the offer however they did not buy my hunter boots and other various Lululemon items (they had only been worn once MAYBE)I just feel like the buyers need to be researching the brands they are pricing because they seemed to be unaware of the value of quite a few piecesThey did leave a sweater in my basked that wasn’t mine which Is a little concerning as it makes me wonder if any of my items ended up in someone else’s basket as well.

The people are very nice, but the prices are way high, for used. Many items were more expensive than I sometimes pay new at Tj max, marshals, for the same things new
