Sassy and southern has been my go to store for all my outfits ever since they were at their very first location!!! The store owner, Julie, is soooo sweet and so is the rest of the staff! Always have multiple of each size stocked and a huge variety! Especially for plus size! This is the top plus size boutique in the Columbus/Phenix City area! Very affordable!

I stumbled upon this boutique when I was looking for a hot pink beach dress. I found the perfect one...when it arrived, I was so impressed with the handwritten thank you note. It was so nice to actually feel appreciated as a customer. I just received my second shipment (a much bigger order this time) and was very happy with it as well. Worst place and by far the most unprofessional. No one knew where my package was, and the owner sent me an extremely rude email concerning on how I supposedly” hung up” on one of the employees. When you live in the country service is spotty, so sorry that I lost service. Won’t be buying anything from this store again 😘

Sensibly priced boutique with exceptional customer service. Shopping with/for my teenage granddaughter recently. Bailey and Wanda provided the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. They asked a few questions to target size, fit and color preferences and then pulled clothes for her to try on. They knew their stock well and were ready with different size or color in the items we liked. Very helpful with suggestions and encouragement.

Julie Heath, owner of Sassy and Southern, over on Airport Thruway is absolutely amazing.Thisplace has the VERY best customer service. It wasnt very long ago that the owner, Julie Heath, caught me in the middle of a mental breakdown at Walmart (yes, shocking I know, I usually handle things so well 🤷🏼‍♀️😅😳😉) and she helped me out in the absolute sweetest way ever. Offering her kindness and generosity to me when I was frantically having an issue with Wal- Mart, she stepped in and showed myself what customer service is all about and gave them a very humble example of what Customer Service should be in all retail chains.Now, today she is once again trying to go above and beyond to help someone out at her own store!I strongly recommend her boutique. I can assure you all, that Sassy and Southern is to a boutique, as Chik-fil-a is to fast food when it comes to outstanding Customer service. She goes above and beyond.
