I love the wide assortment of things that they have for sale here and their inventory is always changing.

Cath the store manager is very disrespectful, she put an older lady stuff out of the door. and push her out.And the police didnt show up.she call her names just because the lady ask for her things to be returned,thats picture of the disrespectful store managerpicking up the lady of the stuff she put outside.I have videos of her preforming the act. Am not done with her yet.

I brought a Blazer without a tag to the register. They checked the price and said it was 49.99. I put it back and found another with a tag for 19.99. The cashier told me the tag was on wrong and can not honor the price on the Blazer. I ask them to show me a tag that was on right. They walked me to the blazers and all the tags were on the same as the one that was on the Blazer I wanted. They said all the tags were wrong. They ended up honoring the 19.99 price.

Can always find a bargain.. store is very well organized and clean. I saw one of the employees sanitizing shopping carts as they were being put away. Very important in these current times with the covid-19 virus. So I was a little impressed. I am not from Columbus, I come to visit here frequently. I have been to several other Ohio thrift stores in the area but I will be more apt to come to this one in the future.

Heavily used, left-over garage sale items at department store prices. Obviously, they dont understand the meaning of the word, THRIFT!

Clean and organized. The skinny Caucasian young lady with her hair up in knot on 7/5/21 was overheard speaking very rude to other customers at the checkout line.

I have acquired from this Thrift Store an earthy rainbow of trenchcoats and an arsenal of NERF ballistic weaponry with which to devastate my beloved step-children. They have a vast selection of things other than trenchcoats and NERF guns, too I suppose. If youre in to that sort of thing.

Crazy high prices!! For basic items you are better to go to Target, trust me.

Definitely not the best Ohio Thrift on the area. There was a lot of overstock new inventory here, but the prices were way way too high for most of their goods. Though it seemed like they had a lot of books, none of them were really unique or appealing. Their furniture selection is definitely not what is seen in some of these pictures, work mostly second hand and broken furniture. Probably wont return to this location.

What I love most about Ohio Thrift is 1.00 Sunday and 75 cent Monday; they are organized, have daily 50% off color tag specials in addition to 20% off for seniors and students. AND the color changes weekly. In addition they have public restrooms, are customer friendly, have wheel chair accessible isles and entry . They play great music thatll have you singing while you shop.From sunglasses and hats, to scrubs they have a little bit of everything to keep your wardrobe nice.

This is my favorite thrift store. I have been thrift shopping for over 40 years in Columbus. Their store is organized by size which I love.What I am upset about is that they no longer have their 50% off sales on 2nd and last Wed. of the month. This is so disappointing. So many people have lost their jobs during this pandemic. Now more than ever we need the 50% off sale.

One of my favorite thrift stores. It is HUGE. Very well organized and good stock. They have the largest book selection of a thrift store I have seen so far, Ive already saved a bit of money in that respect. In terms of clothes there is a lot to choose from in nearly every isle so I always find at least one nice item even if I cant find exactly what I was looking for. I find their mens sweaters to be particularly good. 2 weeks ago I snagged a long black wool jacket from womens (they had a few), it is the heaviest, most durable thing I have ever worn and I paid $17. To find a coat of that quality at Macys easily would have cost me $300. Like any Ohio thrift, there is a discount on certain colored tags everyday, so thats always something to look out for. They also have a nice house-ware selection with luggage, candles, kitchen ware (some of it new). They sell new pots for a really good price, non-stick and durable, I own a bunch and cook a lot. Their prices can be high sometimes but are usually fair, especially after discount. However there are NO CHANGING ROOMS. So wear something light if you plan on trying things on. %50 off every last Wends of the month.

Great thrift but extremely dirty...youll see bedbugs, fleas etc... beware

It took me some time but I found exactly what I needed. The selection is pretty good, got a few long sleeve dress shirts that were originally from Kohls for an average of $3 each. Spent $34 altogether for 12 shirts, roughly the price of two shirts at Kohls on clearance!

I always enjoy thrift store shopping. This store is like many thrifts; searching and taking your time will almost always reveal something wonderful that you werent even looking for. This is a large store with a good variety and fun sale days.

Great selection with good prices! They were short staffed today and the lines were long but the employees kept a smile on there faces and the customer service wasnt compromised. I will be going there first whenever Im in the market for more clothes or other housewares!

This is my go to thrift store, been shopping here for a long time now. My husband is required to wear black pants at work so anytime we need new, this is where I come to find them! I always find at least 1 pair!

Found a wonderful antique dresser here for $60.00 the locks have an 1874 patent date... like most thrift stores timing is everything. Clean well organized...

It was great except for the fact they didnt have any carts when I first came in. Had to wait for someone to go through checkout before getting one. 50% off sale!! It was busy!

Well organized and kept cleaned. Staff was nice as well. Very large selection of all type of products. Will return for sure.

It seemed that everyone who worked in this store had very negative attitudes. I was with several people. We shopped separately. When discussed the store everyone felt pretty much the same. We will not Shop there again and will recommend the same to others. Thank you for this opportunity.

Love their 50% off days!

Best spread of clothing and other accessories. This store has a great book section. Other stores have more clothes but this store is very equally distributed with merchandise.

Mostly good deals. For used items, some things are way overpriced though.

Their selection is hit or miss. This isn’t one of the better store locations of their chain. And management doesn’t seem to be too knowledgeable about there systems and practices as compared to other locations. I’m always having to unsuccessfully converse with the staff and engage management as it pertains to the rewards program when shopping at this location. I never seem to get my points for the rewards program whenever I shop at this location and it happened again today even though (like every other time) I have to remind them and nearly force them to take my information to apply my purchase. Yet, I still never get credited for my purchase as it happen AGAIN today. If this wasn’t the closest location to my home, I’d stop coming here!

My favorite thrift stores. You can always try on the clothes in the dressing room. Always clean and neat and very friendly

Getting pricey. Used to have reasonably priced stuff. I find better quality and lower prices at Target.

This store has no return policy. If you buy something that is not working, you cannot return it. Be very careful, especially you buy electric appliance. (They dont tell you when you purchase)

Im not sure why but they seemed to have jumped up the prices . It was clean and easy to get around in, alot of items. I think that the price hike is due to people who shop for christmas in there. I also believe that this is totally unfair.People cant afford to pay some of the ridiculous prices that are on the items, after all this stuff is donated . Getting as bad as Goodwill

Got a watch and a swim suit and some snacks for $10.30 .

My husband went here today and they charged him for both yellow lamps as if they werent a pair. Next door is a furniture department. Instead of giving us a brand new sectional they give us the one that was on the SHOW ROOM FLOOR! Like who pays for a sectional that has be SAT ON!! I am terribly disappointed with the customer service here... We will clean the items but I will never come back!! 😤

This is a very well stocked thrift store... like all thrift stores, you have to hit it at the right time, however, they have daily sales based on their color coding of the price tags.

Used to absolutely love but now seems a lot of the stuff is over-priced for a thrift store. Always ship but never buy anything

Affordable prices if your budgeting. Plenty of nice, up to date clothing & accessories.

Way over priced. They have electronics that do not have power cords so they have no idea if they work or not and most are outdated and have it priced at $30 I dont get it and the stuff is donated.

Wow. Had a return and first got in line to drop it off. I told the woman I was going to go look around while putting my items on the counter to which she said, Oh, no youre not. She then went on to mumble some nonsense and then told me to go look. I quickly grabbed something, jumped back in line and was twenty cents short of my original exchange; I didnt care that I was out that much. Well, the associate who was checking out said I had to spend the twenty cents, even though I stated I was fine with not. So she grabs a pack of gum and tells me my new total is forty-nine cents. Get out of here. I didnt want to spend money, I just had a return. Never again!

Prices are a little high and very few items are on the color code discounts. Also noted they are selling expired food, otc meds and cosmetics (- do not buy food, meds or cosmetics from a thrift store folks!) Clean store and a lot of employees on duty.
