Jolie Occasions is my favorite boutique in the Short North because of the variety of clothes they offer—everything from casual to dressy! I have purchased several lovely tops, skirts, dresses, and pieces of jewelry since the boutique opened. If you are looking for something special and unique to wear, this shop is perfect! The owner Stephanie is a talented fashion designer and consultant and has really helped me select the perfect outfit for different occasions.

I had a great experience with Jolie Occassions. I live in Colorado and was only in Columbus to visit my sister. Unfortunately, the skirt I bought fell apart after one morning and I was scared I wouldnt be able to return it since it was a small boutique. I emailed Jolie and spoke with Stephanie who was super helpful! She was so kind and understanding and let me mail back the skirt with the receipt for a refund as well as giving me a gift card for the high shipping costs. Not only do they have a great choice of clothing (thats right up my alley!) but they really care about their customers. Will definitely continue to shop here when Im in town :)

One of my favorite stores!! They always have so many different options. I found the perfect dress for a wedding in may and the sales associate heavin was very helpful with finding a dress for the wedding and finding earrings to match! Will be back!!

This place was really cute from the outside so I stopped in to look at the store. I immediately bought a dress that seemed like a one size fits all, and went to the changing room to wear out. It ended up looking terrible and the desk girl agreed, so I told her I was sorry but I’ll have to return it. After changing back into my original clothes I was told I could only return it for a store credit. IT HAD BEEN FIVE MINUTES. Being from out of town I didn’t want or need the store credit. Instead of apologizing, she simply pointed out that it was written on the receipt.A ridiculous store policy like that should be told up front, not after the fact, maybe even as soon as I said I wanted to return it. I ended up exchanging it for an over priced necklace I could’ve found at Marshall’s. Terrible customer experience and mediocre clothing at best.

Jolie is my favorite store in Columbus! I wear a Jolie dress or top every time I have an event to attend. Their clothes are so beautiful and affordable. Whenever I have a question on sizing the employees are always so helpful!
