I have shopped in this store 3 times over the last 6 months and they try and refuse to sell me shoes that are on the wall. I have never in my life been more humiliated by a stores staff in my entire life. This store needs to clean house starting with the horrible attitude manager. I can sincerely say I feel bad for Jimmy Jazz corporate for have such unprofessional people running your store. In times where entire malls let alone single stores are going out of business, it is really a shame. I hope corporate can get this store turned around.

JimmyJazz might be the only place I buy shoes or gear for a little minute. Selection will have you dripped to the 9s. I haven’t dressed nice or bought good clothes in a nice minute and today I was overwhelmed about going clothes shopping. I didn’t know where to start being honest. The staff in their got me right and made ya boy feel like straight family. It’s the best of vibes and all love backed with family type energy in there. You want an over the top, more than comfortable shopping experience??? Jimmy Jazz is the place for that.

Nice and friendly atmosphere employees were very knowledgeable about the material and product that they had that was very happy.

Me and my husband went to the mall just to see what Jimmy Jazz was all about!!??? AND we have bought and ordered shoes from their on-line store and got a great price on a pair of Adidas!!! AND it was the same thing as online!! They have great deals on their shoes and clothes!!!! AND the customer service was great 👍 👌 😀!! I will be going back to Jimmy Jazz again when I need another pair of shoes 👞!!!!?? And me and my husband still find deals on their website!!!!!?? Truth be told 💯!!! Pretty cool store

I placed two online orders and paid for expedited shipping and several days later nothing! Which leads me to the store itself; this store needs an adult on the floor at all times. There are too many kids working there and they are just in the way. They only want to help you if they see you picking merchandise up to try to get the sale. Additionally, as I rummaged through the mess to find a size, 2 female associates were at the front table talking about going out and wanting to get drunk. Lastly, the store was overcrowded and no one was enforcing store occupancy; there were small children and young children in the store standing around and running around in addition to adults standing around and just talking. So the online experience is trash and so is the store.

Don’t order anything from there store!!!I ordered in the store on 8/25 and they told me 3-5 days for my order to come and today is 9/7 and still have not got my order I called the store many times and they keep saying there going to reach out to the District manager and then call me back. Smh will never do business with them again it’s just sad.

Do not I mean not buy nothing from here. They sold me two different size shoes They did it on purpose to sell their last shoes. They are haters and broke. I went back they tried to make like I switched my shoes. The managers told me no refunds and didn’t do nothing to help

In the midst of a girl helping me, a guy abruptly calls her to the register. She comes to me and says that another sales associate would be bringing me the shoes I picked. I wait for a long while for the shoes she was suppose to get, right before he calls her ( keep in mind this is the second shoe she was helping me with). After a while of crickets I asked another sales associate where is the guy that is suppose to be helping me? and he said she will be there with your shoes I told him she is behind the counter ringing up people. A few moments later a guy who had my shoes behind the counter says I got your shoes here. I said I need to try them on. He brings me the left shoe (which I had aleady established to the previous employee that I wanted to try the right shoe due to surgery in the near future. I asked him for the right shoe...He gives them to me with a attitude and disappears!!!! I go to the counter and wait about 20 minutes to get serviced with the shoes in disbelief...He wasnt going to come back!!!! Not even on his mind!!! He was helping her with a customer and talking about personal business instead of moving the line.To the point that I wanted to walk out!!!! This is a very disrespectful place and I will not be shopping here anymore.The bold headed light skinned guy working this evening was totally disrespectful! This store knows nothing about customer service!!!! If you pull a sales associate away in mid sale atleast know what the customer had going on with the old one! DISRESPECTFUL

Seemingly bribed to enter store by some door man. They had very minimal selection. They didnt have my size (12) in any shoe. They are in a dead mall that seems to be closing. Ended up flopping to foot locker. At least they had new shoes.
