I have found Express tops, blazers and pants at extremely reasonable prices. Now, you have to do some digging through the racks but its worth the time and 💰 saved.

I bought something in the box when I came at home I opened and it was empty 😳 it wasnt nice of them the customer service should have to check to make sure everything is well😐 I was disappointed! Thats was really bad 👎 😕 😐

Loved the prices at this place. I found some great deals they had a $2 sale. I saw so many great deals I tried to stuff everything in the little shopping bag they give you to carry around in the store. By the time I was finished I was dragging the bag over to the fitting room it was just too heavy to carry on my shoulder. I was 2 hours into the shopping trip and pretty tired. The guy at the fitting room saw me coming and stated you can only try on 10 items. I didnt bother responding to that I just wanted to know if he knew where I could find a shopping cart. He didnt and I was digging through the stuffed bag and realized I had lost one of the shoes. I had to put everything back in the bag, go back through the store to find the shoe and then start all over with the fitting room guy. Geez people!!! Are shopping carts on hiatus?

Keep an eye out for stains and tears, you might end up sewing some stuff when you get home, but I love this place and keep coming back. I’ve gotten some great stuff. For example, the velvet bridesmaid jumpsuit I’ll be wearing in October, I got from here for $3. I’ll definitely be doing some alterations, but you cannot beat that price.

Went Olies I had a wonderful time shopping there. The store just needs more staff but my cashier was very nice and got her line down fast.

This location is absolutely TERRIBLEI work retail and I’m usually courteous and forgiving for poor customer service. I had a refund improperly processed I don’t know how they messed up. I have waited more than just one week and still no record of it. I came in with my original receipt and the manager said I needed to call my bank I tried to tell her that I already did and she tried arguing with me and said that it was my fault. Now I am out 40 bucks for items I did not set at the register it was already there when I got to the counter and she wasn’t paying attention and scanned it apparently with my purchases. They didn’t offer me any more solution and I am mad. So beware you might get charged for extra items and never get your money back!!!!!!! The people who work here couldn’t care less to help you out they are unprofessional and was cussing while customers was in the storeBTW!!!I also wanted to hold a bag at the register because there was no carts and they told me no so I just couldn’t get as much as I wanted because I’m on crutches and couldn’t hold it or else I could understand their policy of no holds

Great name brand finds! I was pleasantly surprised by all of the great deals. Staff members are polite and this place is relatively organized! Definitely will be returning! I found VS bras and underwear at a fraction of the price!

Good deals. But poor check out process. First, I had a sweater I could not purchase because they couldnt get a security tag off. I had pointed out the tag. However I grabbed one additional item for my husband and forgot to check for a security tag. I should not have to, but Today was the second time I left with a security tag still on an item they dont check well. Not worth it to go back.

First time there and it was an Almost great visit. When I asked how the cleaning procedures were being implemented I was very pleased with the answer plus I could smell the cleaner. She was very kind and helpful. What I do suggest is some better well good customer service when paying for my purchase. Wasnt greeted or talked to other the total and then AFTER my daughter said Thank you and have a good day did she respond. Now I know Covid is going on but my daughter has lost a lot of weight and so WE NEEDED to go shopping. It was a need to shop not a want to shop. Be nicer. Be kind. It goes a long way

As a Muslim woman who loves fashion and enjoy going to my neighborhood discount fashion store, it saddens me the discrimination going on at this location, store manger was completely rude and aggressive as a full time business operator I would never allow any of my customers to experience what I had experienced yesterday.

Great concept, but the organization of this place leaves a lot to be desired.

Most of the clothes are not in common sizes and mens selection is generally very small.

I can find good, current styles. Cant beat the prices! Then a SALE pops up!! I saw bathing suit in catalog $150ish... It was $6!! Im older, i find nice, age appropriate clothes. The staff are always so nice & will let you know about sales & extra special deals! I can shop for my teen girls. They get name brand & my Visa doesnt blow up!

The got nice things with good prices BUT they do not have public restroom(s).

The racks for womens clothing are filled with merchandise but even so there isnt a huge variety: mostly the same item in different colors and sizes. Junior and plus sizes dominated the set-up which left regular sizes with the smallest selection. Prices are very low with some good quality items but you have to look through everything.Least favorite aspect: All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

Oh how I love the deals! But the staff is 90% of the time not great! They all act like they are being forced to work their and they hate their jobs. A couple have even been super rude to me. Enough to make me call the manager. Not that they do anything about it but hey. I have never seen the same employee twice so I am assuming the turn over rate is super high!!The location near the airport has the weirdest heating unit that will make you feel like you are in a sauna in certain areas. Seems to be right where all my sizes are. I have had to leave the store because it was unbearable a couple of times, and I love to be warm so that is saying a lot.Always check for broken zippers and holes in the clothes before purchasing! Unless of course you know how to sew:)

Needed more people in front of house. Not organized as when it first opened. Still huge selection of casual wear. Needs more mens clothing.

You never know what youre going to get when you visit. Sometimes the store is very organized and other times theres no rhyme or reason. The helpfulness/ friendliness of the staff can be hit or miss too. In general this is a great place to shop for discount prices on nice brands. Double check to be sure there are no snags or stains, as this may be why its on sale. If you can get past customer service, then Id say its a great place for business casual wears, casual wears, and other things. Cant beat the prices.

When this place first opened it was my go-to for plus size clothing. Ive noticed over the last two years the selection has gotten smaller. The last several times I have been in over the last year I havent found any clothing that I was interested in. It seems to be the same handful of clothing thats been there forever.

While I was in line checking out, an employee was behind me in line to check out as well. I had some difficulty with my bank card I was using for my purchase. My Merchant was really patient and he was very understanding....but the employee trying to check out so she could go home was really rude! She kept huffing and puffing and saying she was tired, she was off work now and just wanted to check out with her discount so she could go home! At one point my Merchant told her to check out with another employee, and asked her if he wanted him to call her to complete her purchase...she said NO, because I dont want to get in trouble...I dont know what trouble she was talking about, but she sure was rude and got on my nerves!!! Especially since there was another female merchant with NO customers who could have checked her out so she could get home after her Long days work!!! I Would have given 5 stars if it were not for the employee behind me! But 6 stars to my Merchant! He was awesome!!! I wish I would have got his name!!!

Ugh, nice prices but very little organization. The clothes are new, not used like a thrift store, but many are beat up. They have try-on rooms, but no place to hang the clothes!

First off, its a WAREHOUSE, so dont except a beautiful aesthetic (which I did not). With that said though I have found some amazing deals on brand-name clothing items.I just got three dresses for $6 each! This is my new go-to place.

The selection for big girls is bad. A lot of it seems like its for older woman. I was able to find some shirts and some pants but there wasnt a lot of cute things. If you in a 12 and up jeans size forget it, they dont have anything. But normally like what I find and ppl are very nice.

Great place to get really good deals on name brand clothes. The womens selection is HUGE compared to the mens selection. What is there depends on your luck. What you see one day might not be there another day. The store is clean, there are fitting rooms and the employees are nice. Two things of caution: 1) there are no restrooms and 2) all sales are final.

I was hoping to inform the store manager without using social media, however nobody has been answering the phone all afternoon since my experience...I would like to first say that I have shopped this location a few times and most of my experiences have been good ones. The store manager is friendly and you can usually see him on the floor or running register. Most of the employees follow suit. That is what surprised me by my visit today.As I was completing my shopping trip today, I was waiting for an open register. The cashier was ringing out another patron and I was waiting patiently. The assistant manager them said she would check me out. About the time I got to her register, her cell phone started to ring. SHE PROCEEDED TO ANSWER IT! At first I was okay with it, just a little shocked, but then she proceeded to talk to her repair shop the whole time I was in front of her. She was trying to handle my transaction one handed and was slow and fumbly with it. She finally told me my total in which I gave her cash for it. She recounted it 4 times before I just told her how much was there and she started fumbling with the register to complete the transaction. Mind you she was still on her phone! When my transaction was through, she finally hung up and said sorry my car is in the shop. I just told her to have a good day and left.As the ASM you should be setting an example for your associates and frankly I dont think that is the example you should be using. Even the cashier could see I was frustrated.Had I not been in my lunch break, I would have tracked down the store manager who was on the floor, but because of how slow she was I was already running late to get back to work... I hope they see this and readdress their cell phone policy...

Great way to find steeply discounted clothing. Mens sections are predominantly Express brand clothing. Stock fluctuates so you may not find exactly what youre looking for but if you get lucky or check back regularly you can save a lot of money!

It looks a lot bigger from the outside, but half of the store is warehouse space. They have a huge selection of clothes, however I found the sizes were completely in the wrong places, which was frustrating. They definitely cater to the worn look. I was able to find some nice ties and polo shirts for my husband, which is who I was shopping for.

This place has great deals and a helpful staff. I bought two weeks worth of clothes at dfwh for the price of a few outfits at the mall. New clothes, not used. The store was overwhelming, but Xavier helped me find my way through the maze. I asked a ton of questions Xavier calmly and completely answered them all, paid attention to me and didnt act like he had more important things to do he even helped carry my stuff. Great store. Great staff.

I love fashionable finds on a budget and this place has it all, shoes, bras, a huge dress selection, coats, pants, and tops! While visiting family in ohio I was able to find name brand clothes at a fraction of the cost. So glad my cousin introduced me to this store, I wish there was one in TN.

Great prices, but you have to really look them over for rips,snags and tares. Only draw back is how they dont keep the sizes organized, you find a lot of smaller sizes in the larger section. Cashier was very pleasant and thanked us.

The Discount Fashion Warehouse is a great place to go if you are looking for nice clothing at a reasonable price. They have unused clothing from Victoria Secret and Express. Very large section of womens clothing, little section for mens clothing. I can find a lot of great deals there, but a lot of the clothing have stains or tears. Watch for that if you shop here.

Great buys! I have found several designer, Express, shoes and VS swimwear items cheap. Just make sure to check it for stains or holes. Usually cleanable or repairable.

Overall decent experience based on the great deals I received. I was able to purchase ~8 dresses and 20 tops for $200! The only flaws I noticed were 2 different dresses missing buttons (an easy fix!). I will say, it took me nearly 3 hours to look through the womens xs/small dresses and tops. I wanted to look at bottoms, but did not want to spend anymore time there. There are A LOT of clothes! So you have to be patient. But the payoff is worth it.

The African lady at the counter is busy talking with the customer she is checking out and doesnt worry about other customers who are standing in the line. She almost had 10min with the customer (who was also from Africa!), while me and other lady in the line had to wait.

This story always has at least one or two good finds but you have to be committed to looking through A LOT of stuff to find the good things!

The new worker there now are very rude. The talk to people anyhow they want and most time when u ask the questions they dont reply. The Managers I heard from one of your associate hide the dresses and call their favorite customers to come buy while someone is waiting at the store for the same dresses. This only happens at the store on the northland. Gahanna and others are awesome.
