Sells damaged electronics and does not honor the warranty. Had an iPad 3 weeks and it stopped working so we took it to them and they lied about fixing it then said there’s nothing they can do. DO NOT GO HERE!

I got a iPhone 6s Plus from them almost two years ago now and I plan on going back in a few months for an upgrade. The service was great the guy at time was very helpful and explained everything to me easily. I honestly didn’t think I would even walk away with a phone a really wanted so easily but I did and can’t wait till I can go back. I would recommend.

I don’t know about these bad comments but all I got is 5 stars okay? Okay, so we bought two XS Max and it was a busy day only one staff and he did great! We got free stuff along with the purchase for the wait and it was a great experience!

Paid $275.20 for flashing, phone service, and activation, and SIM cards. After the process was not successful for us, I went back to the store to request a refund. I was promptly contacted by the owner, who hear my plight and made an effort to make us whole. He granted a partial refund, and advised that he would file a claim for the remaining balance due. He advised that this process would take 15-30 days, but he would continue to keep in contact with me for the duration of the refund process. I will update this review again once this process is complete.

ISSUE STILL ISNT RESOLVED!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY❗🚫❗🚫❗🚫❗🚫Went to get my iPhone 8+ unlocked, clean IMEI, sim, and phone plan. The works. The person who was working clearly had his hands full. Sent me home with the wrong cellphone and had to make another trip to pick it. 2 trips down. Then my phone kept saying blocked from making calls. From my understanding from the first trip, dude said it would take 3-5 days to unlock. Still not unlocked after a WEEK. We make another trip to the store, guy said I needed a new sim and it would take 15 DAYS to unlock. Mind you, we paid for $181. That included full months service on a phone I couldn’t even use. My phone started working about a week or so ago after calling back to the store and dude said that he didn’t have a way of contacting me to let me know my phone was “unlocked”. Anyway, I tried making a phone call yesterday and my phone is blocked from making calls. I called the phone company and they said that my IMEI is reported BLOCKED or STOLEN. I basically paid 181 for a week and a half of service. They didn’t do their job. Far as a refund, I highly doubt they will give one. If you choose to buy a locked iPhone, DON’T. If you do, I don’t recommend them to unlock it. They’re rude because you want answers as to why things aren’t working.
