My personal experience was pleasant, friendly and quick. It wasn’t a sales pitch or confusing; the rep was friendly and sweet. I was skeptical as usually I aim for authentic Verizon retailers as opposed to authorized dealers.
This was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Dominic and Trey were both very engaged and made me feel important as the customer. Neither was pushy about about bundling options, but presented to me in a logical and straightforward manner. They answered all of my questions without any hesitation, and I cannot stress how kind and easy going both were. I will never go to another Verizon as long as I can go here and receive the top notch customer service that I did today.
Unprofessional and rude clerk and manager.My spouse and I were looking to upgrade our phones and the clerk, Kamal, seemed very confused and giving us conflicting information.They didn’t have the phone I was looking to get and didn’t offer to order it. I felt very uncomfortable when he pushed us to sign forms without reading and wanted us to give him our phones without seeing the new ones. Overall just got a weird, shady feeling. I let him know that I changed my mind and didn’t want to settle, that I’ll wait for the phone I was looking at and apologized. He then commented twice that he had done so much work to get everything set up and was annoyed. At that point we decided to leave and let him know we were no longer interested in the phones.Unfortunately, the clerk charged our account with new phones (and not the same phones he offered us). We spoke with a rep at a corporate Verizon office and they stated that the store would have to remove the charges or at least provide the phones so we could sell them back.We went back to the store and asked the clerk to remove the charges or provide the phones. He had to call his manager for help and lied saying we had to step out for an emergency. The manager was on speakerphone with us when I explained the situation and let him know we weren’t comfortable purchasing, the clerk took his manager off speakerphone and lied again telling him that I said something else. Other customers witnessed this and left the store.When we finally got to see the store manager (I think his name was Dom) and explained what happened and why we didn’t feel comfortable making the purchase, he didn’t apologize but instead told us that we were partly responsible for leaving and making things more difficult. Our account has not yet been corrected but we’re still working with Verizon to have it fixed. Save yourself the headache and go to a corporate store.
Do NOT go here, they are an indirect store, charge extra fees, and I have 4 trips to the store and over 10 hours invested in picking up a phone and smart watch. When I got home I was charged double the price I was quoted, when I returned the watch because I was not willing to pay the amount, they would not refund the setup and go fee I shouldnt have been charged to begin with as they never set it up. Avoid this store at all cost and deal with verizon directly.
Rob was amazing! I had five phones that we switched from another carrier and Rob was very patient and helpful through the whole, very long, process. Ive been with several carriers over the last few years and Rob has been the best person I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I would recommend Verizon and especially Rob to anybody looking for a new phone!

Wow! Where does one even begin to express such stellar service? Rob went above and beyond in so many ways! I decided to switch from another provider while I was out of state and the salesperson decided to not listen to my needs and wants and I went with a phone and watch I really did not want! The very next day, I tried to switch to the iPhone, but they did not have any, so I had to wait until I got back to Columbus! It had to be ordered, but it was so worth the wait! Rob made sure everything was taken care of for me. Not to mention, I have always been an android user and he made the switch easy PLUS, for the same monthly cost, I also got the Apple watch and iPad! Did I mention I got 2 iPhones?? He really is awesome! It took me 5 hours there one day, with a 7 year old that he made sure was entertained and had lunch! He made the transition easy, made sure I had any credits/promotions needed or that I could get! Truly the best experience! As a previous Verizon employee, he really did a fantastic job, stayed extremely calm under A LOT of crazy pressure and has a new little helper! Definitely your go to person for phones!!!! ROB is his name, in case you forgot already...just ask for him! Thank you so much!
AVOID THIS LOCATION! If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Unprofessional sales associate, rude and VERY shady. Gave us the run around and associate kept lying to us and his manager. They lost our business and our trust.
Rob was extremely extremely extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. He was just a pleasure to deal with AND was able to do in 1 hour what two other places failed to be able to do at all. Great experience!
When walking in I was unsure about switching to Verizon. However, the manager Rob was very informative and assured me that I would receive better service from the staff and the signal. He spent the time to make sure I was well Informed and was able to make the best decision for myself. I am very happy with my service and the service he provided.

The associate Nick who was able to help me with my SIM card issues went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. He was informative and was clear in explaining every step of the process, making it simple and painless. I highly recommend this store that has underwent management change several months ago and looks to have returned to Verizon’s excellent service standards.
I had been having major phone issues for a week and felt defeated when coming into this location. Rob turned everything around and fixed every single problem I had come into the store with. He was extremely helpful and his attitude was amazing. I was going to the store with the intention of leaving Verizon and he turned me into a loyal customer! Thanks Rob!!
I am very upset with this srore, the representative that was helping me told a lot of incorrect information. He knew the info was not true. He even went as far to make it seem like he was on his tablet /computer making the changes I needed to be done. He went as far to tell me it will be finished within 24-48 hours. I am going to the store to speak with a manager or supervisor to make a big complaint. He should have just told me he couldnt be able to do that and call Verizon because that is the only way to make those changes. It will not allow me to put 0 stars or I would.
Rob was amazing in helping us get the documentation and knowhow needed to prove that Verizon erroneously charged us over a grand and get that refunded
I always hesitate going into an actual store for Verizon but I thought I would give the Lennox store a try. Im happy that I did. Rob was so helpful and patient when I bought my new Google pixel phone. Ive been back a couple times for additional items and he always friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable so if you are hesitant to visit a store like me. Go to the Lennox store and they will take good care of you. Kudos to Rob on awesome customer care. Its very rare these days.
I had a terrible customer service experience at this location. In 2018 I went in to upgrade my phone, and the sales staff were somewhat helpful but the process took quite a long time. I was told there was a promotional running to trade in my old phone, for a set $ amount. I went through the process, and expected to see a credit on my account as I was told. After waiting a few months and following up, the manager apologized and said he would take care of it in the next 1-2 days. I waited several more billing cycles, with no result. I called back several times, and was told the manager wasnt on site but to leave my number and my call would be returned. I am still waiting for my credit, many months after the original transaction. I would have at least kept my old phone if I had known this would be the outcome. Id be happy to change my review if this issue were acknowledged and resolved, but I have reached my time limit for trying to chase down this $, which I shouldnt have had to in the first place.

I was in this location yesterday because of a tech issue with my iPhone. The sales representative that took care of me, Nick, was extremely helpful! He was knowledgeable with all of my questions that I had. Ill definitely recommend this location to anybody that needs a new phone or troubleshooting phone problems.
I stopped in because my laptop wasnt connecting to my hotspot. He was very helpful and so nice! He got everything synced together again and working in about 10min! Then showed me that getting a tablet to replace my laptop for work was worth it. Best help I have had in store for awhile.

I am uniquely impressed with how poor Verizons customer service has become. The employees at this particular location were of zero help, and continuously fed me different phone numbers that I had to call to get anything accomplished. I do not understand why nothing can be completed at the store anymore.

This store is great. It isnt very big, but they usually have three staff during peak times. Darrell helped me last time I was there and was patient, walked me through costs, and was super informative about all phones. Did not try to sway me or upsell.I went here two years before that and had great help. Pretty much every time Im ready to upgrade, this store comes in clutch. Ive been to some bad ones too... They do it right here.
I would like thank Jorden and Ian for all of the help they gave me. They were very kind and helpful to me. They did not poo poo any of my questions. They were so patient and cleared several things for me. They have very nice personalities. I would like to say they are two aces in the hole for Verizon. Keep these two on board !

Service was AMAZING. The store manager Ian helped me so much. He knew all of the deals and took the time to answer all my questions and really made sure I understood my plan. I feel bad that some people had to wait because I was taking too long, but it just shows how dedicated they are to service. I am definitely going back whenever I need help with verizon or my phone.

Literally the worst retail experience Ive ever had. This is the first negative review Ive ever given in my entire life.1. I asked to purchase my phone outright. The sales associates told me that purchasing the phone outright wasnt possible and Id have to pay it off afterwards. I thought this was strange but after arguing with him for awhile, I bought the phone since I needed it. After speaking with Verizon directly they informed me that you can always buy your phone outright and the guys at the store had lied to me. Weeks of frustration ensued trying to get this straightened out.2. They sold me a bundle. They never asked me if I wanted it or even told me what was in it. Turns out it was just a screen protector and a case. $150. They had led me to believe this was for my first phone finance payment.3. I had told the sales guy not to turn off my old phone because it wouldnt turn back on. He turned it off. I lost all of my pictures, videos, etc.4. I said I didnt want a protection plan. They signed me up for one anyways.5. In the said mystery bundle there was a screen protector that came with a tray for applying it. I recently realized that they took the tray and never gave it back to me. So now I cant replace my screen protector that has cracked because the replacements do not come with an application tray, as they assume you already have one.These are the main points. When I called to complain they told me that they were too busy to talk to me and theyd call me back later - they didnt. I dont know how this place is still in business.

I dont know how Steven got good service at this place. They are awful. Like the others below the salesman lied to get me to get a product once I realized that they had given me false information and was charged an extra 60.00 I called right away to get it refunded and taken off of my account. It took them a month and a half and a dozen calls to get the 60.00 back. Then the next bill I got, I was still getting charged for the product and it had not been taken off of my account. I called to get this taken care of and the manager josh assured me it would be taken off and guess what it wasnt. So I have been charged again. I called the customer service line to let them know what happened. He then asked did the employees not tell you anything when you brought this back. I said no they just took it back. The guy tells me that the product is still active and that if I deactivate it I will be charged 175 for breaking the two year contract. I then explained to him that I didnt even know I was being charged for it until a month and a half later. Im still trying to get this solved. I went into the store on Saturday and to no surprise the manager was not there. I left my number and ask for him to call me it is now Tuesday and i still have not heard back. This is not a way to treat your customers. Im severely disappointed in Verizon at this point. I just tried calling and no one picked up.
Had really good service and experience but... this is not a legit Verizon wireless store. I bought something here and decided to return it to a Verizon store in a different suburb and was told they couldnt give me a return because the location I bought it at isnt a corporate Verizon store. So just be aware of that when you go here.

I have been trying to replace my broken phone for 5 days. I have called the insurance company through Verizon and gone into a different Verizon store, instant messaged with a Verizon customer service rep, without ever getting any kind of answer as to why my claim wasnt being processed or what i needed to do to get it done. Ian at this location picked up the phone and called the insurance people with me there and made sure that all my questions were answered and I left knowing exactly what needed to be done; all while effectively assisting other costumers. I was so appreciative of him taking the time to help me.
DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE. Just upgraded and they did not tell me that as a consequence I would be downgraded from my unlimited data plan to the minimum, 2GB data plan. ALSO gave me a rebate form that was rejected from Verizon once I mailed it in.This is a Verizon Wireless Authorized Dealer, which means they are just a random store allowed to sell Verizon products, NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE. This makes a difference because the staff at a corporate store are trained at headquarters for weeks and give you all the information you need to know. These people are clueless and you will get screwed.
We stopped by to look at phones. We told him we were not buying because we were just gathering info and we get our phones through work.Nathaniel Winningham who was helping us was great. He could have ignored us but he didnt. He answered all our questions and showed us the different models. Id definitely consider coming back should our phone circumstances change.
I recently purchased a new phone (using an upgrade) at this location. I was on an unlimited data plan and although they assured me that my plan would not change by using my upgrade, I am now on about a 5gb data plan. I contacted Verizon and they told me that I would need to return the phone to this location within 14 days to go back to my old plan and then buy out a new phone. When I went back into this store and explained my situation, the first thing the representative said to me was Not to be mean, but most of what you just said is wrong and then proceeded to tell me that theres no way my data plan changed and tried to sell me a brand new plan instead. It has been a week and I still have yet to get my issue resolved, but I will never go to this store again in the future.

The employees at this store will use any tactic necessary to make a sale including lying and severely mis-representing products and services. Not only are they dishonest, but they peddle a second rate insurance policy. Beyond this they charge an extra fee when buying a cell phone so you are much better off visiting one of the many Verizon retail stores in town.
Unsure whether these people went into the same store as me. Every time i have been in the store i have received excellent service.I have been in three times now in the past year and each time it was great. They helped me switch phones twice and reactivate a phone that got shut off.The salesmen and the manager want to actually help you, not just sell you stuff.I have never wrote a Google Review before this one, but after seeing the poor ratings of this store on Google i decided to write this review to say that i think this store is great and that compared to other stores in Columbus (Bethel road in particular was terrible to me) it is fantastic.
The employees (Ian and Anand) were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I visited the store on two consecutive days to get a new phone and handle some of the issues of switching from one brand to another. I was very indecisive on both days, but the employees helped me to make an informed, confident decision.
Nick and Ein were so helpful in activating my new phone and troubleshoot problems. They were very knowledgable and patient and provided great customer-centered care.

One of the worst cell phone purchase experiences ever. They take your phone for store credit only and can only be used cheaply made but over priced accessories. And they do not offer any type of support after the sale. All of the sales people Ive dealt with have a lack of knowledge about most of the current promotions currently running, nor do they sell to have a grasp on most of the devices they sell. Do not waste your time victra or zwirelss, as you will leave very disappointed.

Period.If theyre being nice or helpful to you, its because theyre ripping you off and you just dont realize it:)The salesman (and manager, actually) repeatedly told me it would only cost so-much every month for a new phone, and when my bill ended up much higher they said Well, its past your return period and we cant help you because it was your responsibility to read the contract and understand it before you signed it.Oh, and also, they added the insurance to my monthly bill without EVER asking me, and when I mentioned it to them, they said it was mandatory for all purchases. But when I talked to a corporate store, they clearly said that is not a policy AT ALL.Theyre a shady, dishonest, slimy company with terrible customer service (I called for MONTHES before being called back and helped).Just DONT GO HERE, please. It will save you a lot of trouble and heartache.If I could, Id give negative five stars.
Unbelievable I just walked out. This rude associate told me I had Walls up because I wouldnt listen to his insurance speal. I was an easy sell, I knew what I wanted and just wanted to buy it. He then told me that all verizon phones were monitored by the government and that I could blame Obamacare. Not the place for political opinions. As I got my phone to leave, he was like ok see ya. Jerk! Stay away this guy is unbelievable.
Go to a Verizon corporate store, not this place. I bought a phone outright and took it in for activation. I then had to wait 30 minutes for assistance because there was only one person working. They made me pay $25 for a SIM card that I later found out was free from a corporate store. I would not recommend this place.
Had a very rough time until the Manager, Michael, came to our rescue. Everything (billing) works like a charm after his help.
