My old phone died and needed a new one. All the staff was very helpful and transparent, helping me find an affordable phone, get it delivered quickly, and get it set up in no time. Ill definitely be coming back if I need anything else.

Great service with knowledge & navigation of process to repair and/or order a new device. As compared to a very recent Verizon Corporate store experience --night and day. I plan to never return to a corporate store near a local mall where I was treated as though I, the customer, was 100% unwelcomed. Cellular Service treated me how I expect so I am now sending family and friends here.

Ive been to this store several times and worked with a variety of the staff. Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly. I like coming here because I can ask my questions to a real person who can explain the answers. I stopped into today for assistance getting my trade in phone processed. Dan was great and assisted with my trade in quickly. This is the only Verizon Ill come to. Stop in and see them sometime- you wont be disappointed!

Taylor and Dan were so helpful and went out of their way to help me find awesome deals for a new phone plan and new set of devices. I searched at AT&T and T-mobile for new plans but nothing compared to the customer service here. Dan walked me through different plans and I never once felt pressured to pick a plan or new phone. Dan even took the time to get back with me on his day off. Highly recommend talking to the team at this store!

My experience has been nothing short of amazing coming here. I had my phone stolen and Brady hooked me up with an awesome Galaxy S21. Brady was super professional and knowledgeable about the phone. After a couple days I came back to return the phone and get an iPhone 12 instead. Taylor helped me out and knocked it out of the park. He let me know of the new upgrade promo that Verizon is having with the iPhone 13 as well and got me signed up. Both Brady and Taylor were super helpful, Covid compliant, and life-changing. My husband lost his phone & we ended up at the Verizon store 2x to get him a phone immediately. Brady was fantastic at helping us outline his options to switch from iPhone to Samsung, explained the key differences & user functions. We came back to the store when my husband decided to switch back to iPhone (not due to store experience, rather personal preference) and had another fantastic experience with Taylor. Came in the store today to get my brand new smart phone, first one for me. Taylor did an awesome job explaining everything to me and I think I’m good to go! I also purchased all the accessories I needed at Taylor’s suggestion and I am sure that when I need something else I will come back to this location and hopefully see Taylor.

I came in to get my account transferred, there was a wait, and Tony began multi tasking and helped four people at once and was patient and very helpful me and the other customers. I am glad he was here to help with my phone and will be leaving a happy new customer with my new iPhone.

I’ve avoided Verizon retail stores after some bad experiences, but the one that moved into my Clintonville neighborhood a couple years ago has been stellar. All of the associates have been friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. It’s so nice to have a Verizon store nearby to help me out from time to time.

I’m reading the other reviews and I’m pretty surprised. The person that waited on me spoke very fast and was definitely trying to squeeze in up charges when I bought my phone. Additionally they said that the warranty was mandatory which I have found out is not and so they were deceptive as well. When you go in I would suggest taking a notepad and writing down the charges that they say you are gone to have as you go. My bill reflect charges not mentioned at the time.

Dan was awesome…he was very detailed in finding the problem with my phone that was dropping calls …he explained the process and answered my many questions…he is very knowledgeable and personable…I would definitely go to that location again …

I used to be an ATT customer but did not like the service I received. I have heard good things about Verizon service, so I went into the N. High St location on my way home from work to speak to someone face to face. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Tony in particular was patient with answering all my questions and explaining my option in a way I could understand. Because of the positive attitude of your employees, you have a new customer!

Cameron was a great help in downloading my app and setting my card up for automatic payment. He was very friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed his service.

I’d spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to work out some issues with my wireless plan, and decided to stop in and see if someone could help me. I’m glad I did. Quinton,went over phone plans with me, if I were to switch over. He went over an Insurance option,with me. Also a trade in option for my two lines, if eligible. I am huge on unlimited everything and he made sure that the plans would be unlimited. I always come into this store to pay my bill and every time I come in they take care of me. Buying or not I have a really good experience. Originally Matt provided excellent customer service from start to finish at the North Broadway location in Columbus Ohio. He assisted with a data transfer from my droid to an iPad. We spent over an hour and he was patient, helpful, and answered all my questions. I would recommend taking any of your phone or tablet needs over to Verizon and ask for Matt. Later I came back with another issue to the same store but different sales associate Sabrina provided impeccable service as well. I will be back here for sure.

The store is awesome. I had some trouble with a new phone that I bought about a month ago. The reps were effecient and got me a warranty replacement the next day!
