Kari was very helpful resetting my phone and teaching me what happened.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and they do not stand by what they sell you. Now US Cellular as a business has been great-however you need to get rid of this authorized agent. I will inform everyone I know in Columbus how awful this location is.

They helped me fix and update my phone. The customer service person was very friendly and was happy to help.

My wife and I went thru a long, tedious process of switching plans and upgrading to a new phone, and Nicole Vanderpool (Senior Sales Rep) and employee Bailey were extremely helpful, patient, and cooperative during the entire process. Weve been thru other stores, trying to sell us this or convince of that, but here the approach was a simple and gracious what can we help you with today. Recommend dealing thru this US Cellular storefront in the Columbus, NE area!!!
