The worst service spent two hours waiting something on are bill

Customer service was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding the best deal for me. They also took their time to make sure everything was correct before I left the store. Very impressed!

This store used to be good when i first signed up back in 07. Around 2012 it started to slowly went down hill. In 2017, I needed a new phone and stopped by one day. There were 5 employees helping other customers and one by one when they got done they went to the back. After 30 minutes from walking in, I was the only one up front. I walked put with disappointment and disgust. I ended up switching over to AT&T later that day which has been amazing and better. Avoid US Cellular...especially this location.

Just switched from Verizon to get a better deal on cell phones but the first few months are outrageously over priced and I cant understand why. Really is a downer.....

The staff in here are very friendly, helpful, and try to help ad much as possible. There is usually a line though so expect a wait.
