I had them for quite a while without issues but recently ran out of data. I bought more which was added my account but was inaccessible. Frustrated I bought a new plan since I needed the data and again it was added to my balance but my phone never regained online access.

They are listed as having government phones ... THEY DONT they are listed as having government assisted sim cards.. THEY DONT ..THEY ARE JUST A WIRELESS DEALER LIKE ANY BOOST or T MOBILE STORE . PROFIT COMPANY.

If I could give you a half star I would in a heartbeat but was yelled at soon as I walked in then the man threw my stuff at me if I didnt have my kids with me lol I would have said some words but aye God deal with you

The store manager Mr. Shafi Kero always helping and assisting us if we have any questions. The cellphone apparatus and accessories are a reasonable price. Thank you once agin.

05/13/2019 I drove to this Total wireless store to buy a phone and a phone plan. That is the only reason I drove to their store. They are supposed to open at 9 AM It was 10:15 AM. They were not open. I asked a couple of business in the same shopping center if they knew anything about why they were closed. Apparently, the hours of business are just possible suggestions of when they might be open. If you have a phone make sure you call ahead because posted times mean nothing. Waste your time, waste your gas, leaving you disgusted. Useless is the word that describes this store.
