The owner was honest & responsive and went over and beyond to explain it wasnt cost effective to replace the screen. It would have cost me more. I had ordered the glass replacement through amazon and it was the wrong item. He has an Amazon kiosk. He helped me return it. I ended with the exact phone for less and the data on the new phone. 100% satisfaction and great pricing.

If you break your phone screen, call them and they will fix it quickly and at a reasonable price. The owner even came out to my house due to all the COVID stuff. He really knows what he is doing and stands by the quality of his product. There was an issue with a bad batch of screens that he got from the manufacturer and he made sure to get me one that was perfect for my phone. Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism.

I was able to get a new iphone xs max screen for $175 and he replaced it the next business day. The service was quick and the employee was kind. I would give him 5 stars but my screen is still having some issues. I will be typing a word and all of a sudden a mess of letters appear instead of what I was typing. Also, I can no longer turn my flashlight or camera on through the lock screen. Otherwise, I’m pleased with the outcome.EDIT: he had me come back in after ordering a new screen and replaced it quickly and no charge. after he replaced it, the keyboard works better however i still cannot use my flashlight or camera buttons from the lock screen and there is now a random light/orb in the middle of my screen on some apps. since it was not fixed correctly, he offered me my money back and i accepted. as much as i don’t want to recommend him to anyone since i had two failed replacements, he was honest and returned money when he couldn’t fix it.

Let me tell you the top rated hero Mira Wireless was! Son had his phone RAN over by a truck. DEMOLISHED! I cane to know about this place via facebook marketplace and i am glad i did. First of all they have excellent customer service and are reliable in the products they sell like screen repairs etc. I had my Iphone X repaired and there was a 30 day warranty on it, and unfortunately my phon’s screen stopped working probably due to technical failure or it got dropped. I went back and they accommodated my device after three months with half the price of screen repair.
