Very good customer service

I’ve had MetroPCS for quite a while now. I have NEVER had an issue with my phone or service. Because of COVID I’m quarantined and couldn’t pay my phone bill on time. They gave me an extension with NO HASTLE until I can go pickup my paychecks. Thank you Metro for the awesome service and even BETTER customer service!!

So me and my wife wanted to purchase new phones my wife told me that we should go to the metro Pcs located on broad Street as soon as we walked in the employee named Harper and the Manager helped us both get an phone and my wife wasnt sure about getting that phone so the manager told her to raise her hands up and down five times over her head in if she did he would give heran deal so she did it tell me why he give us both an 300 hundred dollar phones for 300 hundred dollars we would have had to pay 600 hundred dollars for us both an phone instead we got my phone free not to mention that if we would have paid 600 hundred dollars for are phone we still had to pay for the cases and insurance plus phone bill which probably would have been 800 hundred dollars we got a major deal AND ONLY PAID 300 FOR EVERYTHING Go to MetroPCS on West broad Street off of central they are the bomb Im telling everyone about them THANK YOU AGAIN METROPCS IM STAYING WITH THE WINNERS 🤣👌💪

4 iPhones for 25$ each, can’t beat it. This MetroPCS surprised me, the staff was knowledgeable and generous. The manager even knocked a few bucks off each activation. Will come back to this exact store in a year or two. The surrounding area wasn’t the best but this store had it where it counts.

Don’t go here when the first open. The sign says their open at 10am. The employee in the front said they could not open the door until their manager arrived which would be in 20 minutes. We waited for thirty minutes and when we came back to the door the employee acted like they couldn’t see me five minutes before telling us just come back later they don’t know when they’ll be there.
