The guys at CPR were awesome. They were able to fix my sons phone that looked like a total loss. Very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Better than the phone company could do.

My cousin from Bexley Ohio is trying to fix her phone for the last 3 weeks I drove down for a memorial for my aunt and been here a month and we couldnt find anybody to help her with a it. was a tough situation with a government phone and the manager Zach was able to take a problem and come up with a solution right away that left us very pleasantly surprised and totally happy I am going to tell all my friends and family relatives. Truly felt so sorry for the young man working when i took in my phone. Customer’s complaining and whining about the time it takes to repair the phones they broke. Zac was very professional and stayed late the 2 nights i was there for pickup to help as many folks who needed help even though they were rude !! Hope this kid is paid well. He replaced the cracked screen and some of the functions weren’t working correctly, and replaced it again without hesitation. Now my phone works great, but just wish people wouldn’t be so hateful. Zac always remained professional and helpful, would highly recommend!!

My screen repair went well though it was a little expensive. Felt pressured to buy extra things for my phone and then the protective film they put on the screen was jagged and was not fitted to the screen well. it peeled off within hours. I emailed in to one of the other locations and they offered to fix it for me. I recommend the company but not this location

First of all, I found the owner/manager to be an ethical businessman who is fair and reasonable.My wifes phone needed a new screen. At $80, the price was right. About a day later, the screen started acting weird. Took it back and they fixed it.Seven months later, same thing started happening again. By the next day the screen was dead. Touch still worked. They honored their warranty no problem.After two weeks, four replacement screens tried, they couldnt fix it. I said either fix it or refund my money. The guy said hed speak to the manager who was in the next day. I was always polite and patient, so I was also trying to be a good customer. That is important to do as well, peopleNext day, I walked in. The manager had my wifes old phone ready to have back (still broken, but able to get the data off) and all my money in cash in an envelope so I could just walk in and walk out. He shook my hand and apologized that they couldnt fix it.TL;DR SEVEN months later they refunded my money back after they couldnt get my wifes phone working again because they stand by their warranty. That deserves four stars.

They’ve had my iPad for many months. They don’t respond. Every time I call they say they’ll check on it and never get back to me. This was for a screen repair, when I originally picked it up there was a dark spot on the screen and now the iPad wouldn’t charge. I still don’t have the iPad back but I paid them, very unprofessional

I just had a great experience at Cell Phone Repair of Dublin. The manager could have given a BS spiel and gotten me to spend decent money on charge port repair; instead he just cleaned it out and gave me maintenance advice. Check them out.

I took my daughters phone there to get her screened replaced. It took almost 3 hours, and when they came out we were told the phone SIM card did not work. Her phone worked just fine until the woman replaced her screen. Now I am stuck paying for a new SIM because of her incompetence. Then when we got home and my daughter tried to charge the phone, she couldnt. It kept saying the phone was over heated, and to unplug the charger. All we needed was a cracked screen fixed, and left with a phone she cant use. They also were not apologetic. Tried to say the phone was like that when we brought it in. When I called the insurance company they were more apologetic than the woman as CPR.

I would recommend this place definitely. As per what I learned from YouTube about replacing the battery of Surface Pro 4, I decided to find the professional experts to do it.Luckily, I met Larry when I walked in this place. He provided me a very good customer service. His knowledge about the repairs of computers, smartphones, tablets is pretty good. And he has done the battery replacement on my Surface Pro 4.Highly recommend this place.

I went to get my front screen repair last year in July and I went to a different store to get it replaced again and they told me I had 9 SCREWS MISSING! HOW DOES THAT EVEN OCCURE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

If I could give zero stars I would. Almost 2 months ago I took 2 tablets to CPR in Dublin. 1 tablet had a cracked screen, but it still turned in and was still able to charge. The other tablet just needed a new charging port. I go to pick up my tablets and the one with the cracked screen is fixed and looks good. The one that needed a new charging port somehow doesn’t work now, it won’t turn on. this tablet worked when I gave it to you! Got the other tablet home and it starts typing stuff on its own, switching screens without even touching it. I immediately called CPR and talked to John. He said that sometimes happens and bring it back in and he’ll get it fixed. It has now been over a month and a half and I still don’t have this tablet. Every time I call I get told they are still working on it. I never get calls with an update, I am always the one reaching out to them for an update. I go into the store and all anyone ever does is apologize. Don’t apologize to me, fix my tablet and give it back. I finally received a call from John 2 weeks ago and he states that now the tablet won’t charge! Are you f#&@ing kidding me. I bring you 2 tablets that both work that need minor things fixed, pay over $200 and now I have 2 worthless, non working tablets, 1 of which that I still don’t have back in my possession. Worst service EVER. I will never recommend them and I will never take anything else to them to fix. Hopefully someone at CPR sees this review and reaches out to me to make this situation right!

Took my phone in for a battery replacement. Technician broke my screen. What should have been a one day repair took 10 days. Not much communication is constantly had to call and check on the status which usually wasnt much other than the part is on order. Should be here tomorrow. I wont be going back to this location.

Had the same screen repaired multiple times on my phone. Last time they gave up and said it was unfixable....really?

I had written a review on this place yesterday and thought I had things resolved with this company- and I deleted my review and now wish I hadn’t because now I am running into more problems. So here’s the timeline- I dropped and cracked my IPhone XS Max (very pricey phone) and cracked just the back camera lens. I took it into this Dublin location to have my lens screen replaced. I come in and and when John (the manager) comes back out with my phone he says “ I’m sorry I took your camera lens off and then realized we ordered the wrong part) so now he just handed me my phone with a camera with no lens and said just don’t get it wet and bring it back in. I then look at my phone camera lens and when taking off the lens he literally scratched my actual camera all up and also scratched the oval part of the phone that goes around the camera and he had made tiny scratches on my actual phone around the camera area where he had been working. He said that he could replace the entire camera now. He’d have to open up my phone and everything. At first I said no I was going to get it done somewhere else because I did not trust this place with my phone but it would cost 200 dollars of my own money to get it fixed somewhere else. The owner of the company ended up reaching out to me and offered me to get it fixed at a different location and I took him up on that. I then today took it to the Polaris location to be fixed only to find out once I came back in to get my phone- that the Dublin location had not ordered all the correct parts they needed so now I cannot click the side of my phone to turn it on or off and I also cannot power down my phone without these correct parts. I also need mesh the guy at Polaris said to protect my phone from dust that was not ordered and they also did not order the circle part that goes around my camera that they had scratched all up previously. The guy, Larry, at the Polaris location was very nice and clearly knows what he is doing and went ahead and ordered everything I need and I’m going to have to bring it back in a THIRD time and wait a THIRD time for 45 minutes to finally get this camera replaced and everything fixed correctly. Overall, do not go to the Dublin location- they ordered wrong parts for me twice, scratched my phone all up- and clearly need to be re educated on how to do their job. I am very displeased about this whole situation. If I ever brake my phone again I might just buy a new phone instead of going through all this because it’s absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I have wasted trying to get this taken care of.

I was just there . I seen it as I was driving past and had some free time so I stopped in randomly . I Thought my speakers were going out (because actually they were dirty ew) and I needed a battery change my Ihone said it needed serviced and would die quick . Instead of “yes the speakers are going out they are this much.” I got a “hold on for a sec I’ll clean them and see if that’s the issue after testing them a few times . On the spot btw .He proceeded in the back and came back and long behold dirt was my problem because my speakers worked fine after we tested them all again . Then the battery change SURPRISINGLY CHEAP. He said 30mins and he looked busy because people kept coming but I came back in exactly 30minutes and he was all finished up. Good guy, good service good speed and my battery and everything else looks as it did the day I got it . Definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I brought my phone in to have the battery replaced. The phone was working, but didnt hold a charge well. I left the store with my new battery, made a phone call until the battery died about 20 minutes in to the call. I plugged the phone in and it was completely dead. I let it sit for an hour or two but it wouldnt turn on.I brought it back to the store probably within 2-3 hours of initial repair. They kept it for several days and couldnt fix it. I asked for a loaner, which they gave me.One month later(with NO phone calls to update my status), I walk in to check on the phone and they said they couldnt fix it. Theyd either give me a deal on the loaner phone (which at $450 didnt sound like much of a deal to me) or refund me the $40 Id spent on the battery replacement and theyd give me the dead phone back. I took the dead phone and the refund.Bottom line, I had a working phone before I visited this store. I walked out with a huge headache and a broken phone. My only option was to buy a new phone. (I found the same phone for $350, so their deal really sucked. On top of the fact that this whole episode cost me $350.)I do NOT recommend this store and will never patronize them again.

Way over charged digitizer broke wouldn’t scroll probably wouldn’t honor warranty Manager blamed me for his faultyLabor. Paid $200 for a broken screen. Going rate should be $100. Avoid this place like the plague.

Went in here demanding a new battery. Guy did a diagnostic test on my cell phone and told me I did not need one. He also gave me advice on my phone and how it may void my warranty.He could have made an easy sale, but was in it to make sure I was taken care of and knew what I was doing; therefore, if I ever do need anything, I am going to these guys. 100% Trustworthy!

Both of the individuals that I had contact with at CPR were professional, friendly, and helpful. The repair that I had done is still new (new battery), but so far so good. The repair required going through the front of the phone and somehow the screen got a little scratched at the top and the bottom. The person who did the repair was honest about it, and pointed it out to me. At least the screen didnt break, so hooray! The scratches were a bummer, but not a deal breaker. The positives of my experience far outweigh the one little negative, and I will absolutely keep CPR in mind for any future repair needs!

I had a fantastic experience with CPR! I was worried they would only fix phones, but they work on all types of electronics! I brought them my custom-built desktop computer and they we able to help me out perfectly. Isaac knew what he was doing, and was very helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I knew all my options and got the best service. I would definitely use them again.

My cell phone screen started to only partially show anything. I was leaving the following day for a long car trip, so being without a phone wasnt an option. I found CPR through a Google search and made an appointment for an hour later. Luckily, they had the Samsung screen in stock and were able to fix it before they closed by the end of the day. The screen feels more responsive than before it was repaired. I primarily run my online vintage bicycle business through my phone and the quick turn around was much appreciated! I will return should I need any other repairs.

I inquired about a repair online. When I called in, Larry right away knew what I was calling for. He pre-ordered the part for me, and we setup a time to repair my Pixel. Unfortunately, I had to push that back a few days but Larry was patient with me and assured me that was fine. I dropped my phone off and Larry had it fixed when I got back less than 2 hours later.I am thrilled. Not the cheapest fix but heck I didnt ruin my phone trying to do it myself.Larry was a class act and Id recommend his work and service to anyone!

The two young men at this Sawmill branch were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The service, having the screen on my note 5 replaced, was also rapid. I had my phone back in less than 24 hrs even though they had to order the part. Verizon, Micro Center, Geek Squad, and UBREAKIFIX could not fix it because it was an older model phone and they either no longer had the technology to fix it or they could not get the parts from Samsung.I was so grateful that CPR was able to help.

They were able to fix my surface pro cracked screen in less then a day. It looks and works just like new. A couple other places I talked to said it could lent be fixed. Would highly recommend and will use again if any of my other devices need repair.

They were able to fix my sons Nintendo DS XL whose case had become detached. It wasnt working well and seemed to be barely hanging on. However, they were able to fix it in under a week and it was like it was brand new. My son was thrilled and we were very pleased with our experience with CPR.

I had a great experience with Cell Phone Repair on two separate occasions. Breaking a cell phone is already bad enough as is, and the service at CPR really helps to make that experience less painful. The team was welcoming and helpful right away when I walked in. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They do excellent work. I have now had 2 phone fixed there, an iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 Plus and both times they finished my phone within an hour and I was able to pick it up right away. There prices are very fair, cheaper than most options available. I strongly suggest using CPR for your next phone repair. They are just wonderful, I have nothing but good things to say!

Dropped a phone for repair and John accepted it with my motorola mod attached to it, he now claims no knowledge and refuses to return or replace the mod. I have a witness.

All of the employees I interacted with at CPR (Which is hilarious because Im an emergency room trauma nurse) were professional, upfront, and honest. They told me upfront what they would do and what it would cost me. There were no surprises and I appreciate that greatly. I thought the pricing was fair as well.

Went in yesterday to have a cracked screen replaced on my iPhone.They told me it would take an hour and they would then call me. After a few hours of not hearing from them I called to see if there was an issue. They simply failed to contact me. I went to pick up the phone, I even asked if it had been tested and was functioning properly. Once getting back home I found the right side of the screen was not functioning which left me unable to send emails or messages and the screen was not installed properly. I called CPR and they advised me that they were closing soon and to bring it in the next day. This morning I dropped the phone back off for them to fix their mistake, a few hours later they contacted me to pick up my phone. I just went to pick it up and the screen is still installed improperly. Poor quality of work, Poor service. UPDATE: My screen randomly goes black and I must restart phone to use. This may be unrelated but my phone is dying rapidly in comparison to before I took it in.

Had a failing iPhone screen replaced here - all was good for three weeks, and then the replacement screen cracked in my hand WHEN I WAS TAKING IT OUT OF MY POCKET! Never dropped - just cracked for no good reason. And they refused to replace it (again - after only 3 weeks). He said how do I know you didnt drop it?, implying that I was lying to him. DO NOT go here - they wont stand behind their work. Very disappointed.

Do ever go here I spent 103 dollars for them to change ps4 HDMI port but what they really was deactivate my ps4. If you guys ever have any problems with game systems it would be cheaper just to exchange it for used system. Also because the work they did on the ps4 it wouldnt turn on so could not be exchanged if you work here an are reading this review at least have the common decency call and explain how it broke
