Customer service lady is very rude and their return policy is not clearly seen to thw public. I had to zoom in on photos to actually reas the policies.

Just asking questions about cellular phones and the young lady was very helpful and courteous. If I needed another phone I would seriously consider Boost Mobile based on my experience!

They were very professional they have a large selection of very nice phones available and they have some of the best plans and theyre very cheap I got the impression they were good people they have some really nice phones

Kermit always helps my husband Ben almost every 3 months in purchasing yet another phone because he has already dropped, cracked, broken, lost or dropped the last 1 in a 5 gallon bucket of paint!!! Thank goodness for inexpensive smartphones these days!! Thanks Kermit :•)

It was a very long wait its only two people to help and they really couldnt do much together 😔. Everything everyone was asking them about was told to come back on Monday for their manager to handle because they either didnt do the persons transaction or wasnt able to order any phones without his consent. Other than that they were nice.

I will never ever return to this store again ! I had a bad experience with the lady at the counter with the piercings and tattoos all over her. She is so rude and extremely poor at good customer service. She was mad about me returning a phone I didnt like, like she was the one who bought it or something. My first and last time ever reporting here. The boss was really helpful though.

I switched to straight talk..Boost did not give me service 70% of the time and I had constant dropped calls and loud noises on phone. I have had none of those problems since.

MANAGER OWNER READ QUICKLY, THIS MAYBE WHY YOU HAVE A REDUCTION OF SALES, SERVICE, CUSTOMERS AND NOW BAD REVIEWS!!!!!!! The staff their was very rude, condescending and sarcastic. The short white girl, with the shaved head, tattoos and pink hair is giving this place a toxic environment. She was yelling at me when I went out the door, in front of other customers. all the piercings are gross anyway. I went in to get help with my phone she was so nasty and then when I decided to not deal with her antics she would not give me her name to complete this review. Its done anyway! So my advice to her is stop being so miserable and taking that job soooo serious. She was somewhat informative but very nasty attitude. Get over yourself and stop trying to pass as Hispanic, Brazilian or whatever, here in the south you white! Plus as I read other reviews I realize that no it wasnt just me she is rude to lots of ppl.

Came in to find my son a phone and the lady at the counter was not great to work with. She stated she was having a bad day and gritted her teeth at us. I walked out letting her know I will not be served by someone that was acting that way. I will not go back to that store. I understand everyone has bad days but do not take it out on a happy customer and let them leave the store unhappy. Thanks for nothing but upsetting me Boost.

If I could give a negative -5 stars-i would jump on it!- the nasty tattoo,rude, unbelievable girl-that works there, was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had IN MY LIFE!-SHE WAS like that when we bought the phone, and then 1and half year later-shes gotten worse!-she needs to be fired!4-i drove 30 miles to get to that disgusting store!Im also calling corporate, this time!
