He came out to give me an estimate and within 2 weeks, someone was out to install my new carpet. And the installers were amazing! Very professional and even fixed my closet door!! Would definitely recommend!

We bought a new home and wanted the 4 bedrooms and stairs carpeted. We are new in the area and GCC was recommended to us. I told the salesman, which I think is one of the owners, that we hadn’t purchased carpet in probably 20 years. He was the expert and that I did NOT want to be able to see footprints and sweeper marks. He sold us a carpet that he said was very low pile and would NOT show footprints. Well it is the WORST carpet I have ever seen for showing footprints. I called and talked to a guy who was very helpful and ended up sending me a check for $1,000. Wasn’t going to review because of his kindness, but I said I don’t think you would use the pics I sent of the carpet after being swept and three hours later, two grandkids were there, to try to sell and he said no. They are in the wrong and I feel should have redone my whole upstairs. I would give no stars if I could. Wish I could put my pics on here. I get sick to my stomach every time I go upstairs. I can add pics. The first one is my husbands office which only he walks to copy machine and in and out of his office. Within three hours after sweeping.
