They close at 6 and the gentleman stayed open until 8:30 just to finish my husbands car, that’s what I call true customer service!! They done both our vehicles remote start. The prices is very reasonable.

Stopped into South Side Audio today to purchase some 1/8 slide on terminal ends for some speakers my wife bought me for my birthday. He had them in stock and gave me what I needed for no charge, just wanted me to remember him when it came to upgrading my audio. Really a nice guy! The auto parts and big box stores had no clue what I needed. When its time to upgrade to an amp and subwoofer I will be back!

I bought a stereo from Best Buy and called a few places for installation, they gave me the cheapest at $39.99 for labor. Although I do have to pay extra $15 for a dash kit and for wiring I think its worth it. I called and dropped off the car on the same day and he was done in 10 minutes. Cant beat that.

I just came from this place. I called them on November 5th and asked if they would be willing to service my 2005 Lincoln towncar for audio service after because of issues with the sound. I had another establishment install my Sub but after 3x of going there it just didnt sound right. So I called on November 5th to South Side Audio and was told to come in on Saturday after explaining the situation.I went there today and the man at the desk treated me like I was up to something or trying to fraud that I had called them. He said they were not scheduling till after Thanksgiving but then didnt even offer me an appointment. Maybe he didnt want to deal with black folk or thought I wasnt going to pay him.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. I blew a couple speakers and he recommended the american bass 12s. They sound great and i can push them a lot harder than than my previous ones.

Came in early on an appointment.... had a Bluetooth radio installed took about a hour.... fast service.... He helped us set the radio up.... definitely worth the price.... Me and my husband will be back..

Not bad customer service. Most of my interactions was with a guy named Mike. He seems to know his stuff. However, most of the items they have here are high end electronics and subs like JL Audio, Kicker and etc... So unless youre just balling outta control you will definitely have to apply for credit if you want some good quality bangers. Overall I give them a 4 out of 5. Im kind of new to the whole car audio game and after asking 2 million questions, I must say that they answered them all.Pros. All Installs they do are best in Columbus in my opinion.Cons. Short staffed. May take a bit longer but its definitely worth the wait.

I had my Honda Accord 2005 stereo replaced with my default Honda stereo since I wanted to have the latest tech spec like Bluetooth/USB and Aux cables set up and I would say he was reasonably cheap with price and quality of work was great!! It was couple of months ago and it works so good andso neat and even my friends really appreciated his work.

I had a keyless entry/remote start system installed for my caravan. These guys saved me money over the other shops (I called around) and they got it installed in one day with one days notice. Also, their compustar product line feels more OEM than the other product lines out there, in my opinion. Overall, excellent.
