Worst place to buy a car from in Columbus I would not encourage anyone to go here they sold me a lemon after taking 1,000 down payment from me . I called attorney general After they refused to give me half the money back for a new car and they told them I blew the head gasket after having the car for one day. They didn’t even try to get me and my kids in another car considering hard times in a pandemic if u value your hard earned money please stay far away from this place . Home of the lemons

I bought a car for $3,200 and it ended up having a broken frame. They said that they would try and fix my car or find a part which they were trying to get from a junkyard they could not find it. I went out of pocket and paid 1200 for a brand new piece that they said that they would even put on for me since I couldnt find me a piece and because I sold me a car with a broken frame. After I took him the frame a week and a half later they still hadnt fixed my car so now I have to take $900 more out of my pocket to get the car fixed because they wouldnt fix the car that they sold to me with a broken frame.

Purchased a 07 Scion in July and still haven’t received my title. Called but told me to wait an extra day when the “temporary tags” are soon expiring. Enjoy the car but have had many problems so far including brakes all the way around and installing a new power steering pump and lines. Would like some information!

Its been 3 months and still no title. They sell junk, wouldnt recommend to ANYONE. Next stop will be BBB and Ohio Attorney General office for me.

They price their vehicles within good reason, they give you leeway as long as you stay dedicated! I bought one car that caught fire and they helped me get a new one that was way nicer than the old one. I highly recommend this place. Very courteous, AND HONEST!!! Seriously, I asked for info on the vehicle and its history and they told me flat out what all needed to be done and if you need tune up and recharge etc, they help you out and hook a person up.

This is my 3rd ride I got from them they are super nice and they understand if you cant come a week to pay.. as long as you take some type of payment to them they are cool I got my truck paid off Im so happy see you Billy and everyone else in February.. thank you guys for always being kind to me and my family

Bought a 08 Dodge Charger from bill in June car is paid off, car does have a few issues . But this rating is based off of the customer service he worked with me and even held the car for me . I do recommend. Also my car hasn’t blown up or gave out yet fingers crossed 🤣

The people here are awesome my radiator blew while waiting at the light and the only place to park was in their lot they had no problem with it even though i was there a few hours before I could get it moved even helped me with a cheap towing company and tried to help me to fix it while i was waiting without me asking for their help....also offered to trade it in on the spot (of course lol) but anyways they didnt have to help me and be friendly but they were would definitely check out getting a car from them when Im looking seem like straight forward down to earth guys at this place :-)
