Jai was awesome. Ive had my 18 Corolla for over a month now. We test drove for two days, each day they let us have it 4-6hours. We had our mechanic look at everything and said it was good to go. No pressure to buy and worked with us while I was getting the funds. Once purchased two days later the check engine light came on! I called them and they said bring it over so the mechanic could read the code. Nothing major, easy fix! Really impressed with the service and follow up service!

From beginning to end, THE BEST car service place I had been too. We had been looking seriously all around Columbus for a while now and finally found something for myself at this dealership. The person I spoke with I believe his name was Jay and he was super knowledgable and helpful the entire experience. I was a little nervous because of the area around the place, but they were beyond professional and super responsible. They were willing to help the entire process and offering to help with maintenance after the purchase if needed. If you are looking for honest dealers, GO HERE!!!! I was interested in a vehicle and called and set up an appointment for Wednesday after driving four hours I arrived to see the vehicle on a truck. I called and they told me they were in the middle of selling it. A phone call would have been professional, but I guess thats not for this place. The area this buisness is located should have told me it was not going to be good.Thank goodness I found the same vehicle 4 year less and 2500 cheaper in my own cityI would say stay away from this place if you are not a local.I should of taken the other reviews to heart and from the way they responded to those would be customers,of well you live and you learn

After reading the reviews online and what witness to totally different. Found car on car gurus and I inquired about it. The staff were very friendly and the told me that they got the car from new car dealership trade in and provided me the Carfax with all the information including all the service that has been done. They gave me all the time I needed with no pressure and they allowed me to take it to my mechanic for inspection. I returned the vehicle after 3 hours and still got best customer service. The price was more than fair deal and vehicle was in great shape. I will recommend this place for an affordable good cars. Will definitely refer this place to my family and friends. Honest business

We test drove a car from Via Roma. They explained that the car had rust and cosmetic issues, but nothing else. Upon test driving the car, we noticed a lot of other problems with it. We took it to 2 independent mechanics who discovered multiple problems with the car including: rotors, rear brakes, excessive oil sludge, and problems with the chain and sprocket due to lack of oil changes. These problems were not explained to us initially, so I would highly suggest bringing any car from this dealership to an independent mechanic. I would highly suggest doing this for ANY car you buy from any dealership.

We just got our vehicle from this place after looking around at SEVERAL cars and several dealerships. They had a really quality selection, and Jay was so helpful. He was super upfront with everything and helpful without pressuring us. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and helped us find what we needed. Went to the dealership on Monday 28th, to look at a Land Roover that was on the lot, but some Somali kid said it was in storage. So he said it would take a hour to bring. So he proceeded to tell me, to get preapproved before he brings it here! I don’t want to run my credit PERIOD, before I test drive a car! Why advertise a vehicle if it’s not here to drive and feel! Makes no sense! So anyway, said he will have it here by Tuesday the 29th and would call! No call, STILL till this day, and I went ahead and went somewhere who had better customer service who APPRECIATES A EAGER BUYER, and purchased a newer Land Roover no issues! But horrible, I wouldn’t buy nor go here AGAIN!

So my husband and myself have been looking for something reliable for the last 3 months. Countless searches. We have one child on the way and a one year old so we didnt want to purchase something and be stuck with a lemon. I went to this place and was greeted immediately by Ismail offered us to test drive any vehicle we would like! All I kept hearing is how their all about making costumer happy :) after we tested a few cars we fell in love with the Hyundai Santa Fe which at that time I went in and spoke with Bazi whom from the get offered my child a drink and made sure I was comfortable and allowed my husband and I time to crunch the numbers and see if it was something we are good with. He was not pushy nor did he try and force me to buy anything. ( which is what I like) he said he is all about getting families in cars that will last, I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Good friendly welcoming people. I went to check out on Honda Accord. Test drive the car and requested if I could take it to firestone for inspection. They were very happy for me to take it for inspection, Firestone quoted me over $800 repair that were recommended and via Roma referred me to honest mechanic and helped me discounted price on parts. It costed me less than $300 for the repair. Good honest people to work with and I would really recommend it.

Bought an 08 Honda Civic for a more than fair price. I set up a time to go see Jay, made it out, and had a test drive. The car seemed to be great on the surface. But my mechanic wasnt available at the time wed seen the car; Before leaving I asked Jay if hed have a problem with holding the car until the next morning so my long-time mechanic could inspect it. Without hesitation he said sure.The next day came and we took the car out to our mechanic and our mechanic confirmed that it was a good buy. Jay worked with us on what was already a more than fair price and we closed the deal.Do yourself a favor and give Via Roma a shot. I know theres a stigma against independent used car businesses but if they all handled their business like Via Roma, that wouldnt be the case. Ill be checking their lots in the future should I need another used car.

The car we went to see was as advertised, and we got a good deal. The salesman (J) we worked with was very pleasant to work with (also with no language barrier), and there was very little sales pressure. I will come back here next time Im looking for a used car.

This place is a joke! They buy these used cars and give them a poor excuse for a cleaning, then just throw them on the lot for sale. I went and test drove one of their SUVs and when you hit the brakes the whole steering wheel would shake back and forth. More than likely wasnt an expensive repair but it just goes to show they obviously dont test drive their own vehicles to make sure theyre reliable and safe for their customers to drive.

This dealer is a joke. I bought a car and 1 month after timing belt and valve broke. So I went there and talked the guy he promised me he would help me but when go to he kept saying the owner is busy so another promise another day. Make sure ya all play a lottery when you buy from there . And the mechanic back in the garage he is so rude.

Very rude and couldnt reply to a simple yes or no question. I was willing to drive 2 hours just to buy. I didnt care about the car conditions. I was willing to negotiate if I get a response.

I bought my car in March2019, after spending $6800 with Bazi, he assured me the car had no problems and everything was new, the engine went out in the car June 26,2019. I tried to call him and went over there several times and his mechanic told me he wants nothing to do with it because it’s over 90 days. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! He ripped me off my money!

I stopped by a couple of auto sales places, and the way i was greeted was the first indication that this was not the same old force you in a car and pressure you to buy type of business. We had a cup of coffee, walked around the lot, talked about what kind of car would benefit me, and from there i was suggested a Toyota Venza. The car was pulled out for me and i fell in love the minute saw it, very clean. On the test dive i was taken on the high way and the car was a jet. from that point i knew it was a must by.highly recommend this place.....pirod

I bought a 2007 RaV4 in here. They told me everything was perfect. Bought it for 6K and a month later I want to trade in for an another car. So I went to Carmax to have an appraisal. Carmax told me the car was only 2,500 dollars because there is a damage on the frame in the history of the car base on the Autocheck that Carmax pull it out but this place did not disclose to me about the FRAME DAMAGE. I tried to contact this dealership but still no replied. If you are going to buy a car in this dealership ask for the Autocheck and Carfax at the same time, and by the way the break was not working properly so I did paid out of my pocket for the repair of the break. Thank you.

When I went to clear it up and do the right paperwork I was promised to be emailed the right Carfax. Ive called and called and still have not received it. Also Ive had MANY problems with the vehicle and we are positive it was a flood vehicle!! Do NOT buy from here!!!!

I had no intention on buying a car when we came into the Via roma auto sales. Mr. Bazi Ahmed greeted me and we chatted a little for him to learn about me. We drove a Honda Civic. After Bazi explained what a service and maintenance records ts has, he showed us all the reports, I was sold. Bazi was not high pressure me at all. It was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a customer for life. I will recommend any customer especially if you are looking for your self and kids.
