Purchased a Honda Pilot from Shaddai several months back. It was an awesome experience and I love my new(to me) car!! They were very down to earth, knew their stuff and were upfront about everything. I came back several times to test drive a few pilots and they were never pushy and let me take the car to get checked out and take my time deciding. They were trustworthy and priced reasonably! Went and looked at used cars on a Saturday. Found one that our son liked and because it was a Saturday, sent in for a car loan but knew we wouldn’t hear back until Monday from our bank. Put a deposit down and was told that would hold the car for 7 days-and would go towards the down payment on the vehicle and was told we would be able to get the money back if we didn’t want the car before 7 days. Loan wouldn’t go through because of more accidents on the car fax then we were told. Called to let them know that we wouldn’t be getting the car. And we can’t get the money back. Basically said that is not what we were told and now no car and no money.

I love Shaddai auto sales. When I showed up, I already knew what I wanted when I got there and I was test driving the car I came to see within 5 minutes. They weren’t pushy like most car salesman. They gave me room to breathe and didn’t hover over me while I looked at some of the cars on the lot. I definitely recommend them and I would buy from them again. I love my new car!
