I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle from Queen 1 Auti Sale. The process was stress free and pleasant. Queen was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs.

So I got a 2012 Ford Focus from this place, 3 days later I’m in mechanic shop being told it needs a new transmission, then on top of that 1,400$ worth of of work aside from the transmission. I reach out to the owner about this and she was not only rude to me but once I confronted her she blocked me on Facebook off her profile and also deleted the post from where I inquired about the car in the first place. I also stressed to her about my hard ship and she still took advantage of my family and I, I have 3 kids, I messaged her about this to see what we could work out if we could work anything out at all and she was so rude about it, I also ran a car fax on the car after buying it and it’s been through 2 accidents, long story short she sells lemons and doesn’t care about her customers. In the pics I provided show the proof from the mechanic and also her and I’s messages back and forth and it was very un pleasant to speak with her.

I bought a 2009 Chevy traverse in 2018 from her. Upon test driving it we noticed that abs light.tire pressure light, air bag lights on, rear and middle ac not working. Missing seatbelts. I told her I liked the vehicle but it had too many issues and she guarantee me that if I purchase it she would fix all tide issues. Day after I bought it she ordered the seat belts and and fixed that. That was the only thing she fixed. When I pointed out that she told me she would fix everything else, She started getting an attitude and said that she already spent enough on it and that the car is mine and she’s losing money. Mind you I spent 7500 on this car and we spent an additional 2000 on the car. Had it for a less then and the transmission went out. Very dishonest and all she cares about is money.

My boyfriend and I checked out a Kia Soul yesterday and I honestly really liked the car; however, I didn’t like the woman’s attitude at all. She was highly unprofessional and rude. The car didn’t seem to have any serious problems but after reading these reviews and realizing the place has 2.5 stars, it makes me think twice about purchasing. We could tell right away that it would need new breaks. There was a strong smell coming from them after test driving too. She claims that she works hard detailing the car; yet, we found melted ice cream and peanuts. They were things that weren’t a huge deal to me but I can’t trust someone who is arrogant for no reason. Word of advice to the woman: you should really work on your attitude because it makes people not want to buy from you.

Would not recommend purchasing from this establishment. We purchased the owners personal vehicle that he drove for years. So this wasn’t a vehicle he was unfamiliar with. We specifically asked a question about a noise a vehicle was making and was blatantly lied to. Ended up costing us over $1100 for repairs because of their dishonesty. They refuse to make it right although they admit the problem with the vehicle. Very dishonest people. Buyer beware.

Worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. We’ve bought many cars before and have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism in my life. Please please, stay away from this place. The bad reviews are here for a reason. Their cars are salvaged title cars that are way overpriced with problems that they are not honest about telling you. Lies lies. The woman that works there not only looks like a monster but acts like one too. Very rude and disgusting behavior. When they realize that they can’t scam you they will fight you. Complete junk yard, beware of this place!

I bought a 2013 equinox the 1st day I got it I had replace all bth sets of breaks and rotors plus a inner tire hub. Now it rains today and the freaking sunroof leaks water is just pouring in my car we my mechanic looks at the sun roof its taped all the way around where the seal is supposed to be dnt say that you have done all the Matetince on the car and every week im fixing something. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THEY ONLY CAR ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!!!

Absolutely ridiculous how these people can sell the cars they do. They tell customers these cars have been thoroughly checked and all problems diagnosed and repaired. In the 6 months we have owned our vehicle from This horrible place we have replaced almost 4 thousand dollars worth of issues and there still many that need fixed. They are scammers and complete worthless people. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Some People dislike this place and they dont know the mechanic inside there, is one of the pro mechanics in whole columbus area, i do recommend this place at end of the day u pay less you get junk u pay more and not negotiate the price then you gone receive for what u paid for.

A great dealership with service in Columbus and friendly staff, I like this place.

I bought a car from here. After driving the car we noticed a check engine light, so my wife asked about it. We had been told its just a sensor and they already ordered it and they will change it when it comes in, we also found a power steering problem. When we took it. back she tells us its not a sensor it needs a timing kit. then says she will still take care of it cause its the check engine light and she will fix whats wrong... so she fixed the power steering and the timing kit. the check engine light came back on and now it says sensor, took it back and she fixed that. then light comes back on... now she starts ignoring calls then she calls me yelling saying she has done enough and the car is mine I tested it and Ohio law says when i drive it off the lot its mine and she shouldnt have to fix it cause she spent to much already.... well i say if you wouldve told us the truth from the beginning we wouldnt be in this position and she said she would take care of the check engine light, I also informed her that all conversations of her saying its her problem had been recorded. she told me she didnt care to take her to court. then she told me its my car now and to stop calling her... not good business. I dont recommend anyone to go there or bring a mechanic with you cause they lie

***BEWARE*** do not buyI purchased a 09 Saturn outlook, it has problems that keep appearing weekly since purchase. We were told nothing was wrong with the truck originally. The owner Amanial was working with us at first but since problems keep recurring after its fixed, she has stopped (4th occurance since purchase July 25th, weekly so far).She also deletes bad reviews/ complaints on her fb page, so you would be unaware of any complaints. There are 2 complaints on BBB however. She deleted mines.First it was the timing belt, power steering and windowsThen light came back on after 2 days, fixed the camshaft and vvtLight came back on 2 days later again; bank 1 and 2 exhaust catalyst
