If your looking for an expensive yard ornament you’ve found it. To start off my buying experience was terrible, we had a scheduled appointment to come in talk to a Nico. When I first arrived I waited an hour and a half to get seen. When it was our turn the salesman was also juggling three other groups. After purchasing a 2013 Chevy Silverado from them I noticed some mechanical issue I wanted fixed. We were told everything was good to go. Now, three weeks later the truck lost all power and started tapping hard. When I called the service and finance manager about the issue I was told they would call back. That’s been the same answer I’ve gotten for the last 4 times I’ve called to no resolve. So now I have a truck needing a cam and lifter replacement totaling $5500 for parts and labor. Only able to drive the truck for a two months. So after not hearing back and being blown off I’m leaving a negative review and a negative BBB review. For a major dealership you’d think they would treat customers right.

The mechanic saved this review, if not for their thoroughness of explanation and consideration, this would have been a one star. Appointment scheduling went great, intake after arrival was a little bumpy, and service desk was terrible... The photos below tell you what you need to know. I was quoted $230, even signed an acknowledgement right next to the dollar amount. After dropping a $40 tire rotation and adding a $199 throttle body cleaning. Somehow, when its time to pay it jumps to $823. This is the place I bought my Jeep from and had a great experience. Needless to say, I wont be buying anymore vehicles from here or getting any service work done.

The service department is horrible, they scammed my warranty company for $10,000 dollars in unnecessary repairs, they kept calling me and asking me to contact the warranty company to get the repairs approved and once the parts came in in 10 days and it took 2 months for them to make the repairs. I took the vehicle in for a minor issue and for two months i was without a vehicle, no rush or concern for my convenience on their part. The service personnel was arrogant and condescending especially the shop foreman or service manager and i would not recommend this place of business for service to anyone. Sad to say but after this happened to us I here similar stories from others, boy if i would have only knew ahead of time.

Bought my Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Ahmad K. in September 2020. He suggested a vehicle I didnt even know that I wanted and ended up loving! The service department RIPPED ME OFF! Took a key fob in to be fully programmed. They took an hour and half as opposed to 30 minutes. Then after I paid them, I realized the fob wont operated the locks. After pushing hard, theyprogrammed it again. I stopped somewhere and went to lock it, it wouldnt lock. Tried calling them and none of the managers were available. They seem to only be able to properly program them when you buy it from them for $200. I wasted time and money on something I didnt need. I need a key fob that the lock and unlock works. Pathetic!

Had great communication with Him from start to finish, and answered all my text and calls before, during and after the purchase. I believe I walked away with a good vehicle, but an unpleasant experience. The used car experience was about as expected and went well, problem came with service. The buying part I give a 4/5, but the service afterward I give a 2/5 so Im meeting in the middle. I was interested in a small used truck that was priced pretty well. I got it the day after it was traded in so they advised they needed to do their standard service. With all their used vehicles, would be detailed, change the oil, top fluids, inspect and and fix anything minor but anything major would be my responsibility. These services, although documented as complete, I had to go through the process of proving (dirty oil, old filter, washer fluid light on) with their tech that it was not done.You could probably chalk all of this up as a miscommunication. With all the back and forth I picked the vehicle up a week after I paid for it in full. The 3/5 is an average of the two (sales/service) experiences. The wrongs were corrected. Meaning, they completed the work they originally said, but if I wasnt persistent and double checked things I dont feel confident it would have gotten done. No steps were taken to go beyond expectations. In the end, with all the back and forth, PJCD did exactly what they said. No more, no less.To me, thats a 3.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Customer loyalty promotions and deals come timely. I have more peace of mind when taking my Jeep here and the overall experience and value makes up for the savings I would get at a local shop. While it wont change my star level, an area of improvement would be estimations. I called for an estimate and ended up paying more than $100 above that estimate. There was no additional work beyond the estimated amount so I was taken aback when the invoice came. Besides the slight embarrassment of having to transfer money to cover the cost while at the register, I typically have a nice experience at Performance and would recommend them to others looking for auto service.

Performance got me in right away for an oil change and their service advisor Joe went above and beyond to help me with a maintenance package I purchased from a different dealer and different state that I did not have any information on. He called two different places and retrieved my information to get my already paid for oil change.

I went there last Saturday with my brother looking for a decent deal. Met with Bill from Sales, acted like he was doing us favor when we asked about a Jeep purchase and a lease for a Challenger. He stated he was too busy to run the numbers that day and would get back to us on Monday. We left our names and phone numbers with him. We did not receive any correspondence until Tuesday afternoon with astronomical figures on the purchase of the Jeep. These numbers included a Friends discount. I was assigned another salesperson who did not call me until Tuesday. I told him what I was looking for and asked him to send me an estimate on the lease for a Challenger. First he kept telling me their base model on a Challenger with All Wheel Drive is a GT when I told him it was a SXT and he never did send me an estimate that I asked for. Obviously these salesmen lack knowledge on their own products and with their attitudes and lack of knowledge I would not trust them sell me a glass of water in the Oasis.

I bought my 2013 Kia Optima from here a couple months back. Great dealership. My salesman was Matt Miller. He was super professional, yet very down to earth. Damien is truly a saint among car salesmen. I went in with my husband to look at some used jeeps for me and ladies, you know how we expected this to go. My husband and I actually even made a game to see how many times the salesmen we got would talk to my husband instead of me. Damien didn’t do that once. He asked me the questions, made sure I was the one who test drove it first, made sure that I was the one happy with the features, etc. He truly listens to his customers and wants to help everyone out. The only reason I don’t leave 5 stars is because the jeep we were looking at had some sudden engine issues in the test drives and we didn’t end up buying. Called to set up appointment on Thursday they set me up for a Friday 8.00am . I dropped off car Thursday night. Did not hear from them. I called Friday evening they told me that they would not be able to look at car until monday.. I ask for loaner car due to a 4 day wait. Was told to call back on Monday and they would talk about loaner car.Saturday got a call they were working on the car .had to call them twice to get the low down on my car. Then when I picked up the car there was a chip in the paint on top of right fender. I ask for service manager and there was no manager working. They said they would let the manager know and have him call me and at this point no call.

Went out there to see what was causing an electrical issue with my Dodge Ram. Was told it had to be completely redone and it would be $2000. Did some talking with a friend and took it to him and it was a fuse.Watch out for this place and always get a second opinion if possible.

I had quite a lot of things wrong with my ram 1500. Performance worked on it and I couldnt be more happier.. they let you know whats going on step buy step. And they are definitely professionals. They got my truck right and running like new. I will recommend them to anybody. Especially if you want it done right. Great customer service and the place is really clean.. The service is terrible. They had my vehicle for two months to replace the engine. I get it back and there are bolts missing, the engine had noise and the oil pan was leaking. This repair took 2 weeks. Now I have it back at my dealership for a/c issue. When I got it back the second time there was no power steering fluid, my antifreeze was a gallon low. If you love your Dodge like I do, go to another dealership.

This is great, I kind of keep loving Performance Jeep service, as they used to be not so good in past but things are turning better. I was offered ride home back since my car needed for a couple of hours and not just that they made to to pick me up from my home, yes they ordered uber for me, thanks for such a great service and being professional all the service staff.

I want to start out that I purchased jeep compass here and sales and finance is awesome. The reason I give one star is because I took my compass in to be serviced and I had horrible customer rep. Hard to hear with the mask on but the guys name I thought was Borris but later in text he told me Royce. I received a text asking about my experience and I said in the text how bad this was. Instead of a apology the guy argues with me on text and tries to make it sound like it was my fault I had horrible experience. Heather you did awesome cleaning up after this guy we thank you.

Their call center is apparently completely separate from their actual service people and they must not talk to each other. I scheduled an appointment to get a new key fob after mine was stolen. Then when I arrived for the appointment, I was told to sit in the waiting room and they would take care of it. An hour and a half later they decide to finally tell me they dont have a fob and need to order it and it would be there in a few days. For some reason they didnt tell me (a) when I tried to schedule the appointment, and (b) when I first arrived at the dealership, or even (c) a few minutes after I sat down?? 2 hours of my life Ill never get back. If you live within a reasonable distance of a different Dodge dealer, go there instead.

I bought one and traded one in (March 2021). First time there. Sales person Dustin Townsend was great, His partner Matt Bauman was Not. Matt added $300 to my paperwork for a spare key we asked for and he did not tell us that he was charging us for it, he presented it to us as the dealership was taking care of it and not to worry about it (free). My husband left him 3 voicemails, Matt never responded. My husband reached out to a sales manager about it and was not given the response you would expect at all, total disappointment and customer service fail. My husband gave Matt the payoff number from the bank for the one we traded in that day, but Matt would not use it. He said they had their own system of checking these things and had to use their number, which was $500 more. Weeks later the dealership had finally paid the bank off for our trade in and we asked the bank where our $500 was. The bank did not have it and the number they said the payoff was and was sent to them from the dealership was the number my husband gave Matt the day we traded it in. Rodney Lash, finance manger, did my paperwork. My husband left Rodney and the generic finance voicemail they have numerous voicemails. Not one call was returned. My husband at one point was calling every hour one day and talked with a sales person who listened and wanted to help. Hours later that sales person called back to say that their was a check mailed out to us surprisingly that day we talked about it. Three weeks went by, check never came. Went through another round of calls that once again were not returned. I then got an email from Rodney, days later, that the check was sent to the wrong address and needed to be reissued and would be mailed again. This experience goes on and on very poorly in other ways. To this day my husband has reached out after the fact to get some answers, but of course no voicemail left has ever got a call back, strange. My husband spent 18 years in the automotive industry and said, there has been some shady deceiving things all throughout this transaction. Actions speak louder than words, and there was neither from the dealership. We had to fight for it.!I will never be back and I obviously will not recommend this dealership!

First off, DUSTIN TOWNSEND is the best! My lease was coming up soon so I started by doing some research online. I wanted a compact SUV and came across the Jeep Compass Altitude. I looked at every dealership in the Columbus area online and Performance had the most options to choose from. Their online site allows you to send a link for the car via text. That was cool and helped me keep track of which vehicle I was most interested in checking out when I was there. I was able to narrow it down to a few different options. I also submitted that I was interested in having someone contact me about the vehicle. Within 5 minutes I had about 7 different people calling asking how they could assist. They are very responsive! Dustin was the first to call and followed up with a text. I was at work so text was the best way for me to get back to them at the time. We set up an appt on a Sunday and I fell in love with a different version from the one I originally thought I liked best. They had so many different affordable options! I ended up coming in that Thursday to get my new whip. Dustin ensured I had everything I needed ahead of time to make the purchasing experience quick, painless and low stress. He was easy going and put me at ease during the entire process. Instead of rushing me out the door, he helped me to return my old car to a dealership nearby. That is excellent customer service! Mark handled the finance portion and was just as pleasant to work with. I will recommend Performance to all friends and family!

As a first time car buyer, I felt like Collin was really down to earth. The last thing I wanted was some overselling, pushy person that would cause me to feel overwhelmed. He listened to my wants/needs and I’m glad I purchased my vehicle through him.Now when it came to the finance guy- I wasn’t the biggest fan. I didn’t get the same vibe with him as I did with Collin. The paperwork and process felt so rushed with loads of info. being thrown at me. Granted, some of the stuff may have been simple, but it was new to me. All in all though, my needs were met.

I was shopping for a car for my daughter and she found several online that she was interested in. After looking for most of one Saturday afternoon, our final stop was Performance Chrysler, we had an appt with Justin Fowler at 3PM, when I text him and said wed be there early, he had no problem with that. When we got there, Justin was super accommodating and an absolute pleasure from the start. The car we were interested in was out on a test drive, so he chatted with us and spent some time searching for another one to try while we waited. He was so transparent, and easy to talk to, both me and my daughter were impressed... and, shes 16, so its not easy to impress teens :) Long story short, Justin gave us the BEST experience we couldve had (and that Ive ever had) while purchasing a used car. We bought a Hyundai Elantra, and she loves it. Me and my daughter will recommend Justin to EVERYONE we know. Great job Justin, it was truly five-star service!!
